I felt it was important for my kids to hear their message as well and I hope to work with this group in the future and support their team in any way that I can.

They also handled precious, heavy, and expensive items with great care and communicated frequently. I also appreciated how they adjusted to new circumstances quickly, taking in stride some really challenging workloads that other crews might have abandoned. It's nice to know there are down to earth people who will do right by you in a time as stressful as a move. Could not recommend them more highly.

We have had some bad experiences with movers before. The owner, Sean answered my call on a Sunday morning and they had a crew there (3 hrs away) same day. He was great at working with my Mom before the move in getting her boxes, changing the moving date, dropping off stuff to my Dad's room in a separate area of the building, and answering all of her questions! The day of the move they were all kind and careful with belongings. My sister and I actually had fun the day of the move and helping these guys get stuff done quickly! Their bid was on track for timing and no extra charge surprises the day of the move. They even took down and moved a very large TV that they were not expecting to do - and they didn't break it in the move! Highly recommend!

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCES - We hired this mover to load our stuff onto our rented 12' x 6' trailer…read moreonly. Their minimum - 2guys for 2hrs was $260. There was a text telling us when they would arrive - 2 college kids were meticulously loading what was heaviest and what few things needed to go first. Communications amongst us what excellent. The kids were very knowledgeable, respectful, fast and pleasant. We were resigned to the thought that 2bedroom 2bathroom ranch home worth of accumulations would not fit in this trailer. At the end of the 2hrs, the rest of our possessions were placed in the garage for us to load on our own for the next trip. That was the 2guys' suggestion. As of this review, after unloading the boxes, totes and luggages, we don't know if anything were damaged from their organization of the trailer till now we unpack. We do know that tote lids cracks when another heavy tote is stacked.

First, the crew that moved me was nice. I hired them because they were local and had seemingly…read moregood reviews. However, they broke several big items. They broke a 6 drawer dresser (now the bottom 2 drawers are unusable because they broke part of the side that also had the back leg) , a headboard (completely snapped one of the legs off) and a 55" 4K TV (completely unusable, they cracked the screen). We have moved many times and I understand things happen, but I have never experienced the valuation process that they require. Basically asking for receipts of the item broken and how it got broken. Well, everything was fine and usable before your crew touched it and now it's not. I couldn't watch them while they moved everything and it's unrealistic to even ask that question. When things have been broken in the past with other movers, they made it right and paid to replace the items. They gave me about 30% of replacement value credited back. I still have to replace what you broke, but I'm responsible for the majority of the replacement cost. That's not good customer service. Also, if you have a Sleep Number bed, don't let them touch it. Mine still isn't right. Even though they told me that have had no issues and have moved a lot of them. Well, they don't see the issues because it's after they are gone when you notice there's a problem. I would not use this company again. I would give them .5 stars if I could.

They didn't have a single piece of moving equipment, actually. No dollies - nothing. They packed so inefficiently we were forced to rent another Pod, beyond our 28' truck, which cost another $1800. Upon unpacking in our new home, the truck was in shambles. The pics show the damage which amounts to more than $2,000. The owner has basically said we benefited from his cheap labor and he carries NO INSURANCE!!! He claimed he "wasn't in possession" of our stuff so someone else must have done this?? We supervised the unloading and took pics of everything on the truck, as it was packed. Rich, the owner, takes NO responsibility and blames everyone else but the truck was locked by ABF upon them completing the packing. I don't have a key. ABF unlocked it at our new location, which we witnessed. In trying to resolve with Rich he resorted to personal name calling. Extremely unprofessional people.
