Make sure to wait on the roadside opposite if the lines is too long to not block the road ( someone will tell you that). They are efficient and my car was washed very thoroughly with lots of bird shit and snow. For $3 more, you also can get the interior clean and vacuum. Overall, the soap water initially was using a pressure spray and water was washed by a water hose (lower pressure). But it was gentler than the machines. They ensure to clean the top of my SUV as well which is nice. The interior windows are also cleaned up so I love that small detail. Total price for a SUV (exterior and interior) cost $35 and I gave tips as extra. They take CASH only. Will come back.

I will definitely keep going back, especially given that the inside + outside cleaning was only $30 (+ tip, cash only). I was a little confused at first about where to find this place -- it's located in P2 of the parking garage at 131 Dartmouth. You have to get a parking ticket but he validates it for $5 for 4 hours (usually it's $11 for just 1 hour) - now that I know that, next time I'll try to take advantage of it on a day where I can spend a few hours in the Back Bay. As far as I could tell there is just one guy working here so it's probably a good idea to call ahead or plan to spend at least an hour or so in the area. The guy was really friendly and clearly takes pride in doing a job well done. I don't think you can find someplace cheaper than this, and the quality was as good or better as places where I've paid quite a bit more.

Highly recommended!

I paid $10,000 to have XPEL PPF and ceramic coating done on two vehicles here, and I regret…read morechoosing a detailing shop over a dedicated PPF installer to save money. The PPF work was subcontracted out, and the quality was poor. On my Range Rover, the film around the rear tailgate was left with a wide, unwrapped edge and an exposed seam that started lifting and trapping dirt within a few weeks. This is a straightforward area to wrap, and it contradicts what I was told before booking -- that edges would be hand-cut and wrapped with no exposed seams as much as possible. When I asked for a repair, the owner Rogelio's answers kept shifting: first that the shop no longer works with the subcontractor, then that some parts "can't be wrapped," then an offer to just add more ceramic coating on the edges. Only after I mentioned I might leave a review did the owner offer to have the panels redone -- and framed it as costing him $1,500 to make me happy, as if a defective install was a favor. The part that ended the relationship for me: when I couldn't find my XPEL warranty confirmation (it turned out to be in my spam folder though I doubt I can utilize this warranty ever), the owner proposed issuing me a Lumen warranty for film that was actually XPEL -- in other words, a warranty from a different brand than what was installed and paid for! I told him I don't want to be sued, and he says they will never be able to figure out. I declined. Whatever the intent, I'm not comfortable with a shop that would suggest that, and I will take my car elsewhere for the repair, having learned my lesson.

The first time I went, I was a little embarrassed; my cars interior was full of leaves and dirt from the winter/spring. This place has a full crew working on the car. Small waiting area, but you don't have to linger for long. As part of this review, I posted a photo with the add-ons, a VIP spa menu for cars. You can get your car pampered at any level you wish! Overall, a good place, with good value for your money! I have bookmarked it.

However , you can use their (very) high pressure hose for your mats. While they don't offer any soap, I suppose you could bring your own, scrub your mats down and then wash off. They still offer clean dry rags and cleaning spray if you want to clean interior yourself. It's unfortunate that they cannot locate workers to man the detailing positions. That's a decent price in 2025. The OK: -It's just that, basic. There's no quality control, or guys wiping it down at the end to finish drying, and make sure no spots get missed. You get what you get (we did have some spots that didn't get clean), and it's a decent wash at a decent price. The Ugly: -My younger daughter fell asleep before we drove in, and absolutely melted down when she found out she missed it. FYI, the undercarriage wash starts right away, so be sure to drive in slower to get a better clean. Rest of my wash went well. After the wash, I took a look at the car and it seems the top of the back window area was still a little dirty from suds. I did also attach a photo from the roof of the car, which looks absolutely pristine and ultra reflective. I went in with a pretty dirty car that had dust all over, old water stains on the roof, and some streaks of mud/dirt on the doors. Save for that spot on the top of the back window, everything else looks very clean and I'm pretty satisfied, especially knowing the bottom of my car got a decent cleaning from the salt during the winter months. I'll be back again.
