In addition it managed to remove one of the magnets I had on the back of the car even though I've been through other car washes which didn't do that so I didn't expect Id have to remove it in order to get through the car wash with it on the car and of course there is a nice dirty outline of where it used to be on the car. It doesn't even look like it was washed. by far still Saugus car wash has the touchless and a soft touch with soft cloths. It's still the best around hands-down. My car wasn't even filthy. There was a little dirt on it even even the Saugus one fully touchless would've literally wiped it all off no problem. However, my husband's car seemed to be beyond hope until Salem Auto Salon was able to help. The rug got soaked and developed a horrible odor, and since his car is older, they don't make a replacement rug for it. We'd have to get a custom rug or endure the stench. But Salem Auto Salon removed the rug, replaced the padding, cleaned and ionized the rug, and replaced the original rug. There was mold, but there is no issue now. Great job, Salem Auto Salon! I thought they were bird droppings, but Tony said that it was tree sap. I was ready to get the whole car detailed to take care of it, but he asked if removing the spots was all that I wanted. I said, yes, and he proceeded to take the spots off, one by one. He showed me what to use and how to take them off in case it happens again. He was done with about 15 spots in 10 minutes or so. I asked him what I owed him and he said, nothing. I tried to make him take something for it, but he refused. Thank you so much for the help! Those light tan seats were plastered with deep stains that have accumulated over the years. Other vendors could never get the stains out, so I just about gave up ... but I literally Yelped when I saw the car they brought back to me. Incredible job, looks nearly new. Excellent service as they picked and dropped of the car in my driveway. Believe the reviews here, this is a fabulous servie. These guys will definitely be getting all my business and recommendations from now on.
