Underbody wash did not work..I was offered to sit in lone for another 30 mins. Or they took my info and wrote a paper on the wall. I took a pictire of the company letterhead paper. When I went back a week later .There was no record of that paper and even when showing the picrure the employee did not care. Taking my business elsewhere plenty of other carwashes read more

Best Car Wash around My Car stays so nice Only car wash I can smell the soap through the car. They have double dryers in the wash tunnel and they also have the best outdoor vacuums If I could give it a 10 star I would!!! read more

owner knows his products are causing residue on car , he ignores problem with his products continues to charge full price read more

Horrible car wash! I paid $20 bucks for everything, it left my car still dirty, streak every where and didn't even clean my tire area! what a waste of money! if I could get my money back I would! so disappointed! the pollen is still on my back window! read more

Service was awful. Staff was not very friendly or welcoming, and the owner seemed very hostile and rude.

DO NOT GO HERE. OWNER IS VERY RUDE. I was in the car with my kids, and I ran out of gas, pulled over into the car wash, the owner came out and started yelling and SWEARING at me and my kids. I apologized for pulling in but he did not care and continued to yell at me. Do not give them your business!!! read more

Went back to ask for another wash as some dirt was still there. Young man working at 1 today maybe needs a lesson in customer service. If I owned a business I would want to know. read more

Should have paid attention to the reviews here. I got the $15 car wash - everything but wax basically. My car is definitely cleaner than it was but its streaky and even some bird crap is still clinging to the sides. The issue with this car wash is that it sprays from only one direction - from the top down. There is nothing blasting from the sides. The drying is a joke - a dryer passes across the vehicle very quickly, then you get drive slowly for just 1 minute by two driers that do not reach most of the car. Will try another place next time. read more

Best car wash around! Their touch free wash is my favorite because it's truly touch free. You drive right into the bay, no track to drive on. Nothing grabs your wheels and scuffs them like other touchless car washes. Highly recommend! read more

Place is convenient usually quick and if it's crowded I go back whenever. 18$ for the works I go here for when I don't need inside done however they do have vacuum machines you can use. They have two bays for washing your car or truck touch free and soft touch both are great as I've tried both I actually like soft touch better myself seems to get back window of my SUV cleaner than touch free. If you're there during hours they're open they have clean rags for drying off your vehicles if you go during off hours you may wanna bring some towels or rags of your own to dry with either way I think it's a great spot especially it's well lit right on Route 1 so you can feel safe no matter the hours at least I do but my meaning is there's always cars driving by and it is well lit so you can go in drive through and where you dry your car is actually almost 10 yards from Rt 1 read more

Great Car wash Very friendly staff always taking care of me . Ive come to this car was for 5 years now and its the best in the area- ive sent friends here and they say the same so i definitely recommend it !!! read more

I went yesterday to wash my car, as I had done 3 weeks ago since they were "open". Unbeknownst to me , the entrance was blocked with cones. Kudos to the genius behind the great idea, almost causing an accident. If you are closed , please advertise so on your website. Since I I checked 3 weeks ago and it was open, I didn't think it was necessary to check again., and besides, nothing is posted online. read more

If it's a dry season and you want to wet your car this place is ok! beside that nothing good to add, I had to clean the rems, get rid of the soap and dry the car in my driveway when I got home. Not worth the trip and the money! read more

Terrible terrible touch free car wash my car looks worse now than it did when it went in!! It doesn't wash anything off your car. It leaves a ton of soapy residue. For 20 bucks you wouldn't think that You would have to find another car wash or just to get your car clean. read more

Unfortunately i went here on a whim yesterday and didn't have time to look up reviews beforehand. I picked the 2nd option out of 4 for $12 and ended up with my front license plate almost bent in half and tons of soap left all over my car. I've gone through plenty of carwashes over the years and never had this experience. Save your $ and go elsewhere. read more

Nice touch less free wash...but don't ask for anything else like for change. I had to break a 100 and the two pot head kids working there were clueless on how to make change. Instead they were smoking pot in their car!! read more

Route One Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Saugus, Massachusetts

No-touch is right. None of the dirt on our car had been touched. One-hour wait (it takes 6 mins per car) and $15 later there was still grass and bird droppings, from the front bumper to the tailgate. read more

Waited in line forever there is no sign saying that if you have a tire on the back of your car that you have to only use one lane the attendant made me back up all the way and go behind six cars which took another at least 20 minutes just to get a car wash I would not recommend this place for anything !!!! Totally unorganized and not worth it. read more

Car wash barely cleaned my Jeep. Still smashed bugs on the windshield and front of car from drive in the mountains. Waste of money.

A mixed bag for a car wash. I get the touch less and it gets the job done. I will say that i wish the drying method would improve. You get one cycle while you're sitting there and then one minute to move your car slowly through the big dryers. I feel it doesn't work as well and I usually find myself drying it immediately with a towel as I pull out. You can get pre paid cards to use for washes which is nice. Although the employees there can be a bit salty. The one other feedback that I can say is expand please! This place should have at least two even four bays for cars. You're on one of the biggest highways in the state. Two is not cutting it. There's usually a line unless you go very late or early in the morning. And sometimes the touch less is closed for repairs. Always fun I will say avoid mid morning otherwise you're waiting 30 min to get in. Even two cars will back it up. So at this point I use this car wash throughout the winter, its fine for then. Then I just do it myself when it's warm. Much more cost effective and hey no lines! read more

$15 for a car wash and you could not tell I had my car wash. Not to mention this was supposed to be a spot free dry and my car was still dripping wet when leaving. read more

Stopped in here last week for a quick wash. No lines is always a plus. Prices are what you'd expect/see everywhere else. They have two bays, a touchless one and a soft touch one. I opted for the soft touch, and although I don't know how "soft" it was, it did the job. I also liked the rim cleaning brush they have. Wheels look really nice even after a weeks of driving. What I didn't like was the fact that I had to head to another place to vacuum the car. read more

I've been to many touchless car washes with many different cars and this one is one of the better ones. Its not the best one and certainly does not beat a detail shop or a hand wash at home. But at least you wont have to worry about damage to your car. Plus the touchless is open 24 hours. read more

After a 1000 mile trip, the van was covered in dirt grime and salt. Normally when it is this dirty l wash by hand. The soft touch wash got it clean... Very clean! I was amazed...Even the wheels. I've never been to an automatic car wash that did this well. Other places leave a film and not worth the money. This put them to shame. read more

Great car wash! Why? A couple of reasons. 1) The soft touch bay. (That is the right hand bay) the other bay is no touch, solid but not as good as the soft touch. It's a little pricey, $9 being the cheapest and $18 being the most expensive but again it does a really good job. 2) They have towels to wipe down your car if you get there before 9pm. Otherwise the bay's are 24hr. 3) The vacuum station. They are not free but are strong and work well. 4) This is my favorite, the shampoo station. For $3 you can shampoo your carpets. It cleans the rugs pretty well but leaves a very pleasing scent afterwards. This is my go to wash. read more

Place has been closed last 2 days. Nothing on website and no one answers the phone or calls you back. It's a car wash, nothing more or less.

I have been coming here for few months now since I got my Jeep Gladiator Ceramic Coated. Not one surface scratch on it since I always use their touch less wash. Have been pretty happy. Today, a really nice guy while I was waiting in line decided to use a bucket and brush to wipe down my truck before I entered wash. Why I didn't tell him to stop is beyond me (kind of felt like a jerk) now I'm really a jerk because my Jeep is full of surface scratches. Absolutely disgusted. Again nice guy but bro, I go to touch less wash for a reason. You ruined my Jeep. Spray it down for your clients, not brush dirt and sand all over the surface so it scratches! $1200 ceramic coat just thrown away. Unbelievable. I hope a new ceramic detail will take the scratches out. read more

This place is amazing. Its clean and spacious. Best touch less car wash. Equipment is state of the art.

Guy came out and told me I couldn't throw my trash away in their garbage can because I needed to vacuum my car. He said "this is a car wash. It's not a place to dump all your stuff and then vacuum it out" okay thanks for letting me know. Then I asked him how the hell am I supposed to vacuum if I have all this stuff in the back and he replied with "go home and clean it at your own house and vacuum it when there isnt anything in the back. Ok I won't come back jackass. read more

For the prices, you would think it would clean. NOPE, car was still dirty and left marks.

Come here all the time because of the convenience. Today the car wash garage door seemed like it was broken. As I was going into the car wash I was getting screamed at by the attendant on when to stop and back up. I am a very capable 41-year-old woman and have been through a car wash before. thank you! read more

Last week i used the soft touch side of this place. My car came out clean, and I was impressed. The reason why it gets a 3 star is the dryers did practically nothing. It came out the other end soaking wet. read more

So slow!! This is a 24 hrs "self service" business, yet there were 10 cars waiting in line for wash because an employee is still needed to come out and spray your tires and open the bay. Total time spent waiting then getting thru the wash was almost 1/2 hour. No thanks read more

Of course, this place doesn't display the price anywhere, forcing potential customers to have to drive all the way up to the door to see, in small print, that these thieves charge $9 for an Express Wash. Wasn't hard to figure out why it's hidden and there's never anyone there. And now that Turnpike, further North on 1 in Peabody is only $5 and includes vacuums, no need to go to these clowns read more

Ok so as for the wash, it's so so. I have been there 3 times. First time was great, folks very nice and helpful. Second time I went I needed assistance with the vending machine. The guy was so rude I couldn't believe it! Went there yesterday ( 3 months after the last incident). Was hoping my last visit was just a bad day. Wow was I wrong! The guy there was so rude! Was waiting to use the vacuum and he told me to move my car someone else was waiting. Turns out it was a guy not in line but chatting with the worker. I will let my car rot before I ever go back there. Horrible horrible customer service. read more

I am very satisfied, and I definitely recommend it. Jay was awesome, and friendly. He made sure the dirt on my wheels were gone. I used the 11 dollars Delluxe wash that did an extremely great job making my car spot free. The vacuums are turbo charged so if you have alot of dirt inside your car do not hesitate to use them. I am looking forward to my next wash. The double dryer deal is superb. . Exit slowly when the wash is complete because you don't want to mess the dryer that's on top of the exit so you get extra dry. read more

I paid $18 for the deluxe wash yet my car is still dirty!! My windows look terrible all spotted and streaky and still has dirt on parts of them. They advertise this one as their best one complete with the wax coating but I think it is a rip off for that price my car should be sparkling and I should not have to reclean windows and rims by hand myself!! read more

Price is high (I think I paid $11 and it went as high as $18) but wash was ok. I didn't expect it to get my car as clean as it did.

I am not sure but believe this is the same owner of the car wash in Cumberland but what a difference is quality and highly professional service. I live in Providence but am in sales and my business takes me to the North Attleboro area. I always make time to get my car cleaned while in the area. The manager, I think his name isJohn is very concerned about Customer satisfaction. He personally inspects my car for to make sure I am happy with the condition, door jams cleaned and if I have any issues they are immediately resolved. Refreshing to see a true professional caring about his Customers. The workers are well organized with excellent throughput on the front end and back end of the operation. This is clearly the best car wash in the Attleboro area. Worth a visit. read more

Used touch less wash bay. Did an ok job. Paid $11 and didn't do any better than the $8 wash I get in Wakefield. Bird droppings are still on the car and the back didn't get very clean. Paid for the upgrade from the express because my rims were dirty. They are still not clean...looks like they were just rinsed and not cleaned. Glad I didn't get one of the two better washes. Might go back and try the soft touch side for comparison. read more
