I explicitly mentioned that if this was a problem, I would not be offended if they passed on my request. I received a quote the next day (Sat) saying the COI would not be a problem. On Monday, I received another message asking to schedule the service before the COI. I was told I would have the COI shortly. Two weeks later and no COI, I remind the person who reached out to me via e-mail. I'm told I will have the COI in a day or so. I was also told my request for a COI was pushed back to accommodate work for a large company who shall remain nameless in this review. It's now three weeks since my original quote, and no COI, hence no solar panel cleaning. I'm done. If they didn't want my business - and as I said, no offense taken if that was the case - I would have appreciated not having my time wasted from the start. My panels could have been cleaned by now if I selected another company. Encourage others to go elsewhere.

We opted for the 10 windows to be cleaned inside and outside, and we were all shocked that the price included screens as well. Brian and Jacob worked as a great team. They were super friendly, and even nice to our dog which was a bonus. ;) I really didn't know just how dirty our windows had gotten until I saw the shining results! He did such a great job, I brought him on to clean the 30+ double pane windows on my mom's 3-story house. These windows have NEVER been cleaned in almost 40 years. They removed one pane from each to access both windows and cleaned the outside via ladder. They removed all the screens and washed them down and also cleaned the window channels. They did an amazing job, leaving us with truly streak-free windows! The difference was stunning given the age of these windows.
