Both the owner and the workers provided professional customer service throughout from beginning to end. Last week, we had a new concrete patio built to annex the front porch in a location where one of the gutter downspouts is located. In order to prevent rainwater from flowing directly onto the new concrete, the owner, himself, came to make adjustments on the downspout to redirect future water runoff.
