I had to book a two-hour window (8-10am) and I asked if I needed to wait the entire time for someone. Someone replied and said that I would receive a 30 minute notice before the cleaner arrive (so I still would have had to wait two hours either way?) I replied to that email and asked about a specific time frame and received no response. The next day, the day of my service, I did not receive a 30 minute advanced notice, she just showed up at my door at 8:30am. She did not come with any supplies as the website stated. She only dusted the tops of furniture and did not wipe anything down. She didn't put anything back in its place and I had to go through my apartment and put things away where they belonged after she left. Even organizing things would have been helpful. I specifically asked that she lift the rug in my bedroom to mop the floor underneath and she said she would. When I got home, I checked and this wasn't done. She furiously grabbed the mop and did it quickly in a hurry, while speaking on the phone. A few days later, I received a text message to my personal phone saying that I had a balance due but with no instructions on how to pay it until I asked. Not a single email communication with them stated how I pay for the service. I asked how to pay it was and I was sent a Venmo image and that's it. I replied TWICE to the text message requesting the information over email and have yet to receive a response from anyone. I don't know what experience everyone else had, but mine was terrible and I will never use this service again.

This was made even worse due to a recent and persistent roach infestation that had only recently been eradicated. Your team cleaned all of her old wood kitchen cabinets (inside and out), the stove and oven, the walls, the countertops and the floor. It did not go unnoticed that they had carefully removed and replaced all of the dishes, cutlery, pots and food items stored in the cabinets in order to clean them properly. Your team also did a great job on cleaning all of the metal window frames and sills throughout the apartment. These had collected a lot of dust and grimey dirt over the years and needed some special attention. The difference was astonishing! Between the windows and the kitchen work, it actually feels like the air quality in the apartment has changed for the better. The bathroom wasn't scrubbed at all, and even the sink and countertop in one‑bedroom apartment were untouched. The reviews for this company were already mixed, but I expected a proper deep clean for the price. The information and reviews were confusing, and now I understand why. The cleaner also asked me to request more service hours, which doesn't make sense -- I shouldn't have to pay extra for tasks that should already be included in a deep cleaning package. They did clean the floors, but they didn't touch the blinds, and they didn't have the right tools to reach or wipe higher cabinet doors. Overall, I'm very unsatisfied and confused about what they consider "standard cleaning" versus "deep cleaning." People should be aware of this before booking.
