The brisket, perfectly smoked with great flavor, needed no help, but the sauces brought life to both the pork and the chicken, the latter a bit underdone for our taste. The bill came to $36.80 plus tip. We would drive here for the brisket, but the rest struck us as what you might enjoy if you were just driving by and really hungry. Ordered the combo platter which had their smoked St. Louis ribs (great, I've been told they run out of ribs here some nights), a brisket sandwich (I got just the brisket which was just okay), and the pulled pork sandwich (also good). We stopped in Friday night it was not busy. We were seated promptly because they only had 28 customers. The playoff game between the Nicks and Pacers was about to start so I asked them to change the channel on the television I was facing. I was told that they were not smart enough to operate a television and I could watch whatever was on. We ordered Wisconsin Cheese Curds and after receiving cheese balls that were oozing cheese as if they were overcooked. I tried to return them and they brought them back and told me that they were mozzarella cheese balls, not cheddar. Tried to explain to me that they were from Wisconsin, and that is how they know they are cooked. If I'm getting mozzarella balls I would have preferred to dip them in marinara as opposed to whatever was in the paper cup. I'm guessing it was ranch sauce. I didn't want to risk explosive diarrhea so I just stuck a mozzarella ball in it so the next customer would have to pick it out. We ordered a Trump sandwich and fries. This is a pulled pork sandwich with nacho cheese not a complicated sandwich. They must have unplugged the crockpot they prepared the pork in because it was served cooler than room temperature. The fries were served at the same temperature as the pork. The positive side of this restaurant is that they are cheep. I am adding a photograph of my bill so you can see how inexpensive it is and they can see exactly where I sat and teach the server how to push the channel up button on the remote. read more

I had the luck of stumbling upon this place by chance and spent all 3 nights here for dinner and it has been absolutely spectacular. The wings are some of the best I've ever had and the pulled pork second to none. Midwest style BBQ place with good sauce and flavor. The one thing I'd highly recommend is the smoked prime rib which they only serve on Saturday's. Starts at 4pm and typically sells out in a few hours. The pulled pork and choked brisket were a little dry and I'd guess reheated. Had to use a lot of sauce to balance out the dryness in the meat. Good News is the sauce is a very nice balance sweet, tangy, and spicy. Give it around 3 stars for that. Ribs were cooked well but didn't have a lot of smoke or rub flavor. Seemed like they spent may more time in the oven than in the smoker. Again, needed sauce to get any balance. Another 3 star dish on this night. I have to say, DO come for the smoked prime rib. The taste, tenderness, perfect balance of rub and smoke were excellent!!! Definite 5 star dish and something worth coming back for over and over. Great service and friendly people. read more

This is our first time here. It was very good. I had the combo which is four Pork ribs, a Pork slider, and a brisket slider as well as a side which was Grandma's Mac &cheese. We also ordered the Pulled Pork wrap which my wife enjoyed. Of course, we had to order Coke Slaw and Baked beans. Well, I have to say that this was a great trip here to Tea from Sioux Falls. It was all worth it. The ribs were delicious and smoky and tender. Very good flavor. The Pulled Pork Wrap was very delicious. The sides were also excellent. The MAC & Cheese had a wonderful flavor as did the baked beans with the small piece of Pork in the beans. Coke slaw was very fresh and had a whole new taste. Thanks to Aaron our waiter who did a great job. He was very friendly and professional. And the nicest touch was that we got to meet the Smoke master who pleasantly told us about the way she smoked the meats on her farm. It's always nice to meet such a nice lady. They do a lot of catering big and small. We will be back. I've eaten here several times and always love the place. However, tonight I decided to try the bourbon flight they have advertised, and turns out it's a lie. Menu says any four bourbon shots for $20. When I went to order it the waitress hands me a piece of paper and they have the bourbons separated in to two categories and she told me I can only order two from each category. That's not what the menu says. I've always been excited about this place but now have no desire to return simply on the lie they advertise. I ended up not ordering any bourbon and left the minimum 15% tip out of spite. Don't advertise something you have no intentions of honoring. read more

The number one rule.for bar-b-que is, you've got to have wood. Now, it's debated which kind of wood is best for different meats. But in the end, you have to have wood. I didn't see any wood, I didn't smell or taste any wood. I am left to believe that there wasn't any wood being used. Now, there may have been a chip or two. But, that's still not BBQ.
