I chose Jam because they answered their phone and provided me pricing and availability on the spot. I can't tell you how many companies I reached out to before I found Jam and to this day no reply or call back. I have high expectations for customer service and Jam met those expectations. Jam showed up on a holiday weekend and jammed right into getting the job done. I'm so impressed. So happy. My son was shocked and impressed as well. I signed up for unlimited washes in my car (1x day) and then an associate got me a sticker to place on my car. From then on, I haven't had any issues. The best thing is the pre-wash care. These employees will scrub your vehicle as if it's their own! They target the problem areas and don't just wet your car for preparation--they put their whole body into it! My only regret is that I parked under a tree, so I had some spots later on the windshield from that, but it was not his fault. I'd avoid doing that. It was pretty expensive, but it seems like all the detail services are. Not something I would do all the time, but for getting my car in great shape I'll definitely call 5 Star again.

I also had to spend time picking all the lint, grass, etc out of the carpet before I dropped my my car off. I wish I would have seen this before I left but sadly I assumed they did their job. Immediately after the service, the key was found to have water inside it. I returned to the car wash the same day, showed you the key, and you observed the water yourself. You mentioned that you would review your cameras and get back to me. Since then, I have provided you with Porsche's inspection, the repair estimate, and the dealership's video documenting the damage. Despite multiple text messages and phone calls, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution. The cost to replace the damaged key is $800. I am requesting reimbursement of $800 within 7 days of this message. Payment can be made by any mutually agreed upon method. If I do not receive payment or hear from you within that time, I will proceed with filing a claim in Texas Justice Court (small claims court) without further notice. I will also seek reimbursement for any court filing fees and other costs allowed by law. I would still prefer to resolve this amicably and avoid legal action. There's a shaded sitting area where we can wait and it's definitely needed since the wash itself takes a while especially inside and outside cleaning. The waiting area makes the experience kinda cozy and relaxing. I would suggest avoid coming here in the weekends unless you arrive at opening around 8am. The wait is just too long any other time. If you come here on a weekday afternoon around 1:30 pm there's usually no wait at all! The wash is decently priced and costs a fraction of those mobile car washes. My water bill also sky rocketed so this is an excellent alternative for me. My only complaint is that on busy days there's oil residue or streaks on my windows and my theory is that if you come on busy days, they run out of towels and start recycling l the dirty ones.

And the setup itself has everything you need to leave feeling like you gave your vehicle a proper reset instead of just a quick rinse. They have free vacuums, leather cleaner, glass cleaner, and microfiber cloths. There are a LOT of car washes in Austin now, but not all of them leave you feeling like you actually got your money's worth. This one did. I have a new spot to wash my car!
