I had the Premium Interior Detail service done on my SUV (+ $20) today and I am so happy with the completed job. I had been searching for a responsive car detailing business for a while now and Squeaky Clean Interiors was the easiest to book an appointment with. Best of all, they are priced competitively and did a thorough job. My main concerns were the stains on my seats and the collection of crumbs in the center console area. As you can see in the after photos, there is no trace of these issues after their work was done. Tip to new customers -- look out for a grey building with red letters, "670-AUTO". 0 stars if possible. By far the absolute worst "detailing" and customer service I have ever received. I went to pick my car up, and I was told I needed to keep my windows cracked and in the garage for 3 days. I explained that I don't have a garage and that it's pouring rain so I wouldn't be able to keep my windows cracked for the next 3 days. I asked why this wasn't disclosed when I had dropped it off that morning. At that point the man got defensive and told me I should have already known that because "it's a given". If I knew I would have to leave the windows down then I would not have gotten this done during a week of raining. There were a lot of parts that had not even been touched. I could have done a better job myself but I had just had surgery and did not have the energy to do it. read more

Our appointment took about 2 hours - KK took care of us and gave us some really helpful info and even threw in a car wash with our Premium Interior service. We used a deal they had on Groupon! The seats of our Honda are really difficult to clean but he was able to get a significant amount of staining out and explained why the minor leftover marks were there and showed us with an extra wipe down. He mentioned that if the stains started to rise again that we could bring it back for a touch up which was very nice. There were some minor spots that were left without a fully smooth wipe down (mainly on the dash) but overall the job was night and day from when we brought it in. He did the best knowing how awful the material of our seats are. Would definitely recommend! read more

They removed things from my car / trunk that they didn't replace before I left. So now I have to drive the hour and 20 minutes (round trip) to fix their mistake. They did nothing to compensate and didn't care at all. This was my first and last time spending money here. The interior detail was good, but the outside wash and wax was terrible. There's dry water marks left on my car and wax residue left on my hood. They park the car out in the sun so you can't see these things until you get your car in the shade. I was polite to them the whole time and left a 20% tip, which was a mistake. Would not recommend people go here. read more

Went in for an interior detailing, including shampoo to get out some bad stains, and was happy to see they were taken care of! Did an excellent, excellent job on my Chevy Tahoe. Talked to a gentlemen name Brandon and he quoted me a price of $150 buck. For interior shampoo, vacuum, wash, and wax. Other places I called was around 200-300 bucks. Took my car there and Frank came out and introduced himself and told me he was gonna take care of me. He spent 5 hrs on it and the Chevy looks like it just came off a showroom floor. A little hole in the wall place but a hidden gem. Talk to Brandon and he will give u a good price and ask that Frank work on your car. You will not be disappointed!! read more

I bought the premium interior detailing package as a gift to my boyfriend. He's had his car for 5 years and never had any detailing work. We dropped the car off and less than three hours later his car looks BRAND NEW! I'm a bit of a neat freak so when I sit in his car, I'm always trying to clean it bit by bit. Update: the owner went above and beyond to make this detail right!! They worked hard to get between the cracks this time and to do their best to eliminate the heavy perfume odor emitting from the interior. When I picked it up for the second time, I saw that they even redid the exterior detail! Not expected!! Thank you for wowing me! Great customer service!! I messaged the owner back and forth for a few days before coming in! He's a solid guy! I detailed my new to me 2008 Suburban. The outside was great!! But, the inside did not meet my expectations. That's the hardest part, I know, which is why I spent a couple hundred to detail which I specified I wanted them to spend the most of their time on the interior. My interior wasn't that bad either. It just had this really bad perfume smell from the last owner, and some old food and crumbs and stuff between the cracks here and there (kids from last owner). I expected this kind of stuff to at least be vacuumed if not scrubbed down, but nope, all the harder to get to food/trash/crumbs was still there.. I brought it up to the owner and he wasn't too concerned so I just told him, "welp, maybe on the next time around..?.." The heavy perfume smell is about 30% better than before. Definitely not enough. I think the car needs some more ozone time, which he stated he did. I guess next time around I'll pay one of these other guys the heavy premium they ask, maybe this stuff would be handled? I guess you get what you pay for, but a couple hundred is no joke either! I work at a car dealer and I would have felt much better to pay one of my guys in the back the same money and I'm sure he would have done the same quality if not bette So, 3 stars because of the lack of detail of the detail. If you don't have the above issues and you just want a really nice car wash, go for it!! read more

went to get their most expensive in depth detail for my car. got it back and nothing was done, seats still dirty, outside and windows smudged when they were not before. interior was only halfway cleaned and polished with sections not done at all. they offered to do it over a second time but why should I bring it back when they could've done it correctly and thoroughly the first time. Bought a Groupon for Headlight Restoration and glad I did! Brandon made my headlights look like new and even buffed a scratch out of my front bumper for no extra charge. He was super nice and I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I didn't see a sign out front that said Squeaky Clean Interiors so I wasn't sure if I was in the right place at first - I went in the waiting room door on the left side of the mechanics shop and Brandon quickly came in to greet me (FYI - it is located on the corner of Connie St and Three Points Rd - the shop has a large sign that says 670 Auto). The only reason I am giving 4 out of 5 is because the guy on the phone quoted me $130.00 and it was $175.00. They fit me in...day of call and dropped me off at home while they did an engine to bumper makeover, vacuum, shampoo, etc. KK even helped me unload a bunch of remodeling items into bags. Super nice.
