Got a crack in my screen the day before a trip and scheduled an appointment that day. They canceled without a reason, and let me reschedule for later. I called in to make sure it wouldn't get cancelled again, and they let me know that they didn't have my parts. I asked why they would even allow someone to schedule and wait thinking they had help coming if they knew they couldn't honor the appointment, I didn't get a good reason. Just kept saying they are sorry. Now I have burned most of my day and still need to go fight the masses at the Apple store to see if they can fix my screen. read more

This was such an unsatisfactory experience. My first appointment was cancelled with no explanation. I rescheduled the appointment; the technician was a no-show. When I called him, he said that he drove by my office and decided that it was an unsafe location. I work in Pioneer Square. If you present yourself as a mobile repair service in Seattle, then you probably ought to, oh, I don't know, actually repair phones in the city? read more

We've used iCracked in the past in another city & just recently this past Friday requested service for a repair for 2 phones once we got settled here in Sammamish. The site allowed us to put in our zip code & said someone would get back to us within an hour. Fast forward 2 days later & my husband received an email saying that they don't service our area. Just a tip to the owners.. If you don't service a specific area, it might be nice to let your potential customers know that from the get go & not have an auto reply that suggests there is service in that specific area. We would've just gotten our phones fixed using a diff service but instead spent our weekend waiting for a reply from a company that doesn't even service our area. Highly annoyed by this blatant lack of professionalism. read more

Amazing! Just blown away by iCracked. My iphone was beyond disfigured.. Front screen smashed to fine shrapnel but luckily both cameras were intact. Scheduled a repair at home with Katherine from iCracked. Prompt and bang on time. Finished the whole business within 1 hour. Couldnt receive warranty because the frame of my iphone was disfigured so that does suck a bit. However Katherine was amazing. Its a service you dont want to use often (obviously), but if you do bust your phone, you should contact iCracked!. read more

Absolute best customer service I have received in years! I had my daughter's iPhone 4s and an iPad fixed by iCracked in July, the screen supposedly went bad on the iPhone (per apple) about Nov 1st. I called iCrakced and asked what their warranty coverage was and they said 100%. The Customer happiness Guru had Katherine call me back and set up an appointment the next day to come to my house and fix the iPhone on the spot. Which she did. So Five Stars and Two Thumbs Up for iCracked and Katherine (If Yelp had a sixth star or I had three thumbs I would give her those as well)! read more

Brian did did an excellent and efficient job fixing my iPhone (it was cracked and half of the screen wasn't working, but now it's in good shape!). It only took him about 40 minutes to get it all done, and on top of that, he was willing to drive to the south side to be of service when he is from the north. I wish I tipped him, but unfortunately I was low on money. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a repair. The five stars is well deserved! read more

Amazing staff. Called with a question about an iPhone 5 S and even though she wasn't able to fix my issue she directed me to the correct place and gave amazing advice. I cannot thank this location enough for having a knowledgable staff who were helpful and honest. If I ever (fingers crossed that I don't!) break any of my Mac products I will be a loyal customer at this fine establishment, thank you :) read more

It's the Uber of iPhone repairs, except you have no idea whether your driver is going to show up or not, and what their qualifications are. Probably worth the effort to find a qualified repair guy yourself. That's what I'm gonna do. read more

Geoff wa extremely helpful, providing me with options and additional resources for other tech needs. Great service and very prompt. Highly recommended. read more

This is a great alternative to going through a complicated DIY repair or to just buying a new phone due to a cracked screen. Super convenient, pleasant, quick, expert, thorough, and seamless interaction from beginning to end, which was all in all less than 24 hours! OK I haven't upgraded my phone in awhile (iPhone 4s), so when I finally got a large spiderweb crack in the corner, the financially rational option would've been to upgrade the phone. But my hardy phone was actually still fully functional, so my practical side said to look into doing a repair instead. Apple would only do a replacement phone, but DIY online repair kits were enticingly inexpensive. I stumbled upon iCracked as I was searching for DIY instructions, and submitted my request for a quote through their website just to price compare. Within minutes (and this was evening), I had a text message price quote from Geoff. He actually tried to talk me out of the repair due to the age of the phone, but his quoted price (parts, labor & travel all inclusive) was only marginally more than the DIY kits, plus he had the part on hand, so I decided to move forward. Coordination was convenient and easy -- Via text, we scheduled a location and time of my choice for the next day (coffee shop, evening after work). Brand new screen in less than an hour while I waited -- As I enjoyed a drink, Geoff meticulously and expertly went through the 96 steps to disassemble / reassemble the entire phone for the repair. There is something to be said for having someone who's done this a thousand times, as opposed to myself negotiating minuscule screws, stickers, bolts, and connectors! They also do a comprehensive before and after functions check of the phone (microphone, headset, camera etc.). As for the parts, the quality looks fine. I understand they source their own made to Apple standards, and they come with screen protector. My phone has gotten a second life, and if you're satisfied with a functional 3-year old phone as I am and see no need to contribute more e-waste, this is an easy, convenient, & cost effective option. read more

This process was very convenient and easy! I would say painless, but it wasn't free ;-) I got an appointment the same day, met the tech at my office downtown, and my screen was fixed within about 15 min. Very impressed and will recommend them highly. read more

Carl is a life saver. Seriously. My whole life is on my iPhone and it was put on hold after I dropped it and destroyed my screen. I am so thankful I found iCracked. I was not looking forward to going to the Apple Store. My camera broke in my last iPhone and going through the Apple store ended up being a nightmare. After deciding to give iCracked a try, they set me up with a same-day appointment. Carl came to my home and before I knew it, I had a brand new screen! I couldn't thank him enough. He was so friendly and professional too. If I ever have another iPhone accident, I know who to call! read more

Geoff was amazing. I have dropped my iphone 5 about six million times (no exaggeration). The glass on both front and back was cracked badly, the home button wasn't working well, and the frame damage was scary. Geoff worked with me to find a time and location to meet up, came out much farther than I thought anyone would (I live in the boonies) and took the necessary time to fully fix my phone. It was a tough repair, but Geoff stuck with it, used some elbow grease and tenacity, and now I have what looks and works like a brand new iphone 5 (minus the cracks on the back... not much you can do about those). Geoff is pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling him again should I need one of my other devices fixed. read more

Had my computer fixed MacBook Pro. He was very professional well presented and fast to fix my computer. My computer completely crashed, he was able to recover all my pictures, documents and more (which Best Buy and another repair shop said they couldn't). He updated it, put a new hard drive in and clean it up. Now it runs like new and even faster now. Thank you! Very well recommended for any kind of repairs... will definitely use him the next time I need something fixed! read more

The lifetime guarantee is total BS! My husband had his phone repaired by Amie S and a few months later the screen cracked again for no apparent reason, it wasn't dropped, bent or anything that was his fault.. She wanted to charge him another $160 so we passed, all she cared about was making more money off of him instead of honoring the so-called lifetime warranty.. Amie didn't even care to look at it unless he was willing to pay again.. So unprofessional! read more

Geoff was willing to meet me on Labor day weekend. I thought that was very nice of him to take time from his family to help me. I cracked my Iphone 6 screen, he came to the location we agreed upon at the agreed upon time, fixed my screen in 26 minutes, and paying was a snap. he was jovial and fun to talk to. This is the second time I have used this service and everyone is very helpful even if they themselves cannot come to the rescue (they will release your information and let someone else that is more suited to your needs help you). I have been 100% satisfied with both experiences and they were a year apart. read more

I sent an inquiry about fixing my broken screen early in the morning and got an email back saying the local tech would contact me. Waited all day and no call. Read the great reviews and decided to contact iCracked for LCD replacement on a Samsung Galaxy S5. Once you request a quote, you get "automated" responses via email and text that someone will contact you soon. I waited for 3 days with no response. I came to find out the person (Timothy) had claimed my ticket, but never tried contacting me. That was when I found out that they rely on contractors to do work for them. Most do little or no business with iCracked, but could "claim" you ticket. I finally got Timothy's # from the iCracked customer service and called him for a quote. He answered the phone in a less than professional manner and seemed obviously to my request. People here on Yelp mentioned they worked with Katherine and she was great, so I contacted iCracked for her contact info. When I contacted her, the voicemail said she was stuck in Mexico due to dental surgery complications and unavailable for work. Overall, I was not impressed with their "random contractor" business model and lack of screening of the people they employ. I also called Samsung and found their quote for LCD replacement is over 25% cheaper and at least I know it would be done by qualified professionals, instead of people that watched someone do it on Youtube. read more

Great company, until there's a problem. I've been trying to get my phone fixed for two months! I called back in September to get my screen fixed and the girl at customer service told me I should call the warranty dept if they'd fixed the phone before. It took three weeks to get though to an actual human. Now, I've been e-mailing back and forth for a month. It took over 20 days to actually get someone with the right part to come to my office, but it wasn't the right part. Now it seems like I'm not covered by the warranty after all. That's fine - my mistake and I was prepared to pay to get my phone fixed back in September. It's the waste of time that's so annoying! read more

Katherine to the rescue!! She is very knowledgeable and it's actually pretty cool to watch her take your phone apart and put it back together with such precision and sharing interesting iPhone info! Suffice it to say, I was devastated when I cracked my iPhone 5 screen to bits, and so relieved when she could come to my work the next day to repair it. It took a half hour and came with a screen protector!! From the research that I've done, you'll pay around $100 to $150 to take your phone into a brick and mortar, and I don't know if those places warranty their work. She is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! read more

Geoff was super responsive and easy to communicate with over text. He came to my workplace the same day within hours, it was amazing. Watching him fix my phone in less than 15mins was even more amazing. He was very fast but precise...a phone surgeon! The whole process was done during my lunch break. Save yourself precious time and from the hassle of going to a repair shop, contact Geoff at icracked and you will love your phone again. Thank you Geoff! read more

Anthony was very quick, professional and polite! He was on time and an expert at his trade. I'd recommend him for any iPhone repair.

Damn, I love Katherine. She is really just the greatest. My screen had been cracked and she came out to my work and fixed it the same day, and put the phone back in my hot little hands. Always professional and pleasant. Plus they warranty their work, which is awesome. She's my phone girl forever and ever. read more

I am on tour with an artist and broke my phone yesterday. I spoke with an employee about coming out to repair my phone. Although it was farther than I anticipated from Seattle he still managed to come out and fix my phone on a Satuday. Thanks guys for saving the day! read more

Great service! Thought my ipad was a goner with a really shattered screen, but found iCracked reviewed on Yelp and went ahead and sent them a text as directed. Really quick response and consistently fantastic communication by Allison. Had to go at twice tho as the first screen was defective. No charge and she reordered and successfully replaced the screen. Didn't work out for me. I had Mark come out and replace the cracked glass on my iPhone and it looked good on initial inspection. As a day or so went by I could feel that the Glass was a bit higher then the metal bevil around the phone. A couple days later I was putting the case one the phone after cleaninging it and when I pressed on one of the corners to get it to seat in the protective case the screen cracked. I called Mark with iCracked, i sent pictures showing what I described and he said that it wasn't covered under the warrantee, but of course he'd be happy to replace the glass again. I went back a forth with him about it and he would not cover his work. I wouldn't give my money to this outfit a second time. Disappointed. I should have gone to the Apple store or Best Buy where it would have been done right the first time or they'd at least stand behind their work. I guess that's what I get for thinking I used iCracked it would get fixed faster. read more

You are supposedly in business to help twice you have failed to fix mine. The first time you told me there was not able tech in my area , but I did not find that out until I contacted you as to why I have not received verification email. The second time I went to the area that you said a tech was available, then again I had to contact you to find out why I did not get a verification email. You then proceeded to tell me that evidently your third-party independent either did not have the parts or were not available. As far as I see it you are nothing but a third-party scheduler with no conviction as to the final outcome of a client. read more

This guy was SO kind and professional and had the best service I can imagine! Thank you jeff! So highly recommending him! read more

Geoff from iCracked was great. I not only cracked my screen, but dropped it again and the LCD inside the phone started to act up and I had big lines going through my phone. Geoff came to my office and fixed the phone within 25 minutes. The service was great and fast, he also put a protective cover on the phone (included with the fix). He told me about the affordable warranty to cover my new phone, but didn't push that I get it. read more

Only took about half an hour and now it's looks brand new. The deal even comes with a warranty in case anything is wrong with the repair. I really appreciate the help. Thanks! read more

Allison was the best! She was so quick to schedule an appointment and squeezed me in the next day. She kept in constant communication through out the day so I knew when to expect her. My screen has been replaced by them 2 different times on different phones. A few months after the second replacement my phone started being weird and not sensing my touch. I didn't even think about calling them since it had been so many months since they fixed my phone, but my husband read that they have a lifetime warranty on their screen replacements. I sent mine in and they fixed the problem VERY quickly and I had my phone back in no time, totally fixed, at no charge to me. Well done icracked! Super impressed! read more
