There was surprisingly more rice buried under the proteins. It was a good amount of food. I liked the mac salad, as someone else noted it was grainy. It might have parmesan in it maybe? I have no idea if the " meat" was beef or pork or...?? But it was good. The chicken was delicious too. There was a cup of a sweet soy type sauce. And it was not too salty.
