Super bummed! This location is closed. Yelp please update to reflect this. We need a green hills location.

They do not have a good grasp on tech support. Beware! They aggressively upsell and promise rebates that are not valid.

My IPhone 11 went out on me a few days ago. It sounds dramatic, but my entire life was on that…read morephone. My alarm to get up in the mornings, pictures and videos, voice recordings, voicemails... Literally everything. Irreplaceable things. I'm very sentimental and hold on to just about every thing. My husband took my phone to Apple at Coolsprings Galleria and they told him that the motherboard was fried and unfortunately nothing could be saved. I had my meltdown, of course, and accepted that I would have to get a new phone without all of my data. The next day I bought a new phone. I purchased an iPhone because one of my closest friends convinced me that I would want it in case my data had actually transferred to my iCloud. I got home and checked. It had not. I spoke with another close friend and she recommended Cell Phone Genie Inc. in Franklin. She's used them many times and they have always been able to help her. As a last ditch effort, my husband and I made the drive to Franklin today. Omar walked me through what it could be and said he needed a few hours. I got EVERYTHING back. To say that I am happy is an understatement. I did not have high hopes. Highly recommend them to ANYONE. Thanks for sticking through and reading!

This should probably be a totally new review and not just an update! Lifeline is TRULY my…read moreelectronic lifeline! Travis and the crew are AMAZING! My iPhone and the toilet had a battle and it was Toilet-1 and iPhone-0! The phone spend 24 hours of time-out in a bag of rice to no avail. I was totally prepared to buy another phone when I thought about giving Lifeline a call. After talking with Travis, we decided to give it a try---he would know within a couple of hours with the phone if he could save it or not. And if, even after spending all of that time on it, he could not get it working, there would be no charge. How can you argue with that? Since I had an appointment with the Apple place set up already, I hoped to know the verdict before I had to put out $300-500 for a new phone. Travis kept me informed throughout the day and was I overjoyed when he told me that it was working! He had to replace the screen and one of the cameras (not the selfie one but the "facing away" one) and the bill came to $180 and change! YES! You read that correctly!!! $180 and NOT $500!!! Plus, when I turned on my phone EVERYTHING was still there...EVERYTHING!!! Folks, these folks are the BEST...no doubt about it. Check with them FIRST and you won't be sorry. Friendly, courteous, efficient, skilled, professional, and so reasonably priced! What more could you ask for!!

Ron, who is the store Manager, is very customer friendly and my iPad was repaired in time and looks like a new one. Comparing to other places, especially to Apple Store, pricing is a very reasonable and definitely is a good value. Overall, it was a great positive experience.

I finally had time today and drive 30 minutes to pick up, but store is closed without notice or reason during normal business hours. Have waited over 10 minutes now but giving up on someone coming. This is basic business. This is how you treat people. Not having a papertrail is always a disservice to the customer when they have questions or want something changed. It's inevitably their word and their interpretation of facts which rule the day. I got insurance that 1) I had no desire for and 2) wasn't told how much it would cost 3) didn't know I was getting. In fact, I don't remember signing up for insurance, I remember signing the other dotted line. And the context of the conversation with the agent would have further indicated that. It will be about "so an so" and "so and so" is not how people do business. Because I will pay you "thus and such" and "thus and such." Without actual numbers for a mobile contract which you will have for a year or more, you don't have anything approaching a solid and concrete understanding of your budget. You are a multi-national company that does international business and you can't change a bill an pro-rate it??? Instead, you take my money and pay it back on another bill??? That's an equal absurdity. What an utter crock. That's called stealing from the customer. That's you taking my money for a month and not paying me interest. I'm paying AT & T $100 bucks a month and AT & T can't afford .10 to give you documentation proves their total lack of concern for their customer. Their mission statement is a hollow absurdity on this question. Clear, comprehensive documentation which speaks to both rights and responsibilities (the aspects of a contract) is how business is done with customers in modern day America. This is like when they quit sending paper billing completely, for no reason what-so-ever and called it my families fault. My experience with AT & T has been a Kafka-esque nightmare--as if they took instructions from Kafka himself. I'm going to do my best to avoid them with ever fiber and particle of my being.
