Oh how that statement has been skewed as of the past few months. *See if you've had a similar experience: Before you even come close to entering the store, you are borderline harassed by a few poor employees and the MANAGER yelling overly enthusiastic greetings as an attempt to draw you into the store. If this doesn't turn you off right away and you actually enter the store, you are swarmed with more forced generic greetings from every single employee, no matter how far away they actually are from you. Not to mention that I have single handedly seen the current manager pull a few employees aside and ridicule them for "not greeting customers with enough energy" while STILL BEING ON THE SALES FLOOR? This shows the lack of respect that the employees are shown. I doubt the manager is too much older than most of the employees there, which has obviously created a egotistical power play dynamic. I assume the obnoxious sales pitches are being enforced by the manager as well as the 3 extra pairs of shoes these kids struggle to balance as they try to navigate the store to help their customer, not to mention the sorry attempts to try and sell socks when it's 90-something degrees outside. "Building the sale" only works when it happens organically and gradually, or else any interest you have gained in a sale will quickly decrease. In conclusion, the immature behaviors that myself and others have seen from this current manager include belittling employees, obnoxious verbal behavior, pushy selling tactics, and creating an overall uncomfortable experience for everyone involved. If you happen to shop at this location, PLEASE do your part as a customer and CALL OUT any of this behavior when you see it. The current manager is in obvious need of a wake up call that he has yet to receive.

The store is well laid out, packed with clothing on floor and wall racks, alongside shelves of shoes. Clearance section is usually pretty solid for a random pair of sneakers, and some of the prices on the main aisles for shoes are not too bad. Clothing prices are never discounted too deep, better to buy the clothes online or at the a true Nike Outlet store. Service here is hit and miss. There are always a lot of team members on the floor and behind the register, however none of them approach you are seek to assist. It is an odd vibe for the brand, but it is consistent at this location. The store is kept clean and in good condition. While I was trying on clothes, they checked in a few times to see if I needed anything or if they could grab items that o wasn't purchasing. They helped looked for items in different sizes for me. The layout of the location in Green Hills is fantastic. It's spacious and you don't feel crowded by other customers. There is a parking lot right next to the store front which is super convenient I found some great purchases and look forward to coming back in the future.

I decided to stop in after work yesterday and shop for some Spring items I saw on the website. I was greeted (which was nice) and said hello back. Then was followed around the store repeatedly asking to take my items to a dressing room. I know this is common but I said "no, I shop here often and know my sizes and want to match some things up." And one lady proceeded to follow me, literally hover over my shoulder and continued to walk behind me through the store. I reported this to the cashier. I should be able to swap out the earbuds case and be on my merry way. But this is not what I expected. My other option was to purchase another pair of earbuds and then return them and get a refund when I get my original ones back. Well Jennifer must have checked with someone because after a brief time sitting by myself she came back and said that they will exchange my earbuds. I'm not sure if Jennifer knew what she was doing. I think our current culture sets us up to be a bit impatient, but just know that the well-meaning employees are swamped with up to 10-15 patrons each. The Apple store also does some comparisons between models right on the display screen to help you decide best fit. The employee who helped me was really down-to-earth and honest. He didn't pressure me to get the top model with the heavy price tag, instead listening carefully to what I needed and recommending best fit. Make sure you time your visit post rush hours, and you'll be fine here. Everyone is really knowledgeable and considerate.

They asked what I was there for I said a screen repair and they said I will have to wait and come back at my appointment time. I walked around the mall and sat on a bench killing time for two hours. Then I came in at my appointment time at 4:55 and then they had me sit for another 30 minutes after checking in only to tell me that they are not able to take me for a screen repair today. The manager was there and said he couldn't even make an exception. Entirely unacceptable for them to have the time available on their website to book an appointment for a screen repair and for their employee to tell me to wait all that time for my appointment knowing what I was booked for, just for them to tell me I can't get it done today because it's too late and they are too busy. If they were too busy, they shouldn't have told me to wait. And if it was too late, the appointment time shouldn't have been available. That was a complete waste of my day. Not to mention, I live 35 minutes away. Unreal.
