I had made numerous calls to the Business Division. This Company expects me to pay for service after telling them Verizon's reception the worst of all the Providers at my address. This was in terms of speed and strength of signal. On my last call, Verizon asked me for an additional 48 hours to " research my claimant with the Associate that took the Original Forms". That was five days ago. Still no call from Verizon's Service Department. But with six days they expect a payment from Me when they can see in their System that I never connected one services, and the Internet connection was horrible. I hate to call because in the past I have been on the phone with them for 4 - 5 hours going through 7 -10 transfers, in the call. It's a nightmare,

It took while to get things shifted while waiting for past carrier to provide the info needed, but she couldn't have been more professional, kind and sweet. We chatted and got to know each other while waiting, all the while she assisted others who were wandering in and out of the store. After her own issues with her pre-paid phone, no connectivity, her driving around having people call me at work from random phone stores bc her phone was disconnected that day, I told her to meet me in nolensville. we decided to get her in our apple family and put her on our plan. I was completely stressed when I walked in at 6:40, just hoping we could get something for her by the time it closed. Kerrec was great and assured me we would get what we needed and not worry with the time. He was incredibly patient with my mother, whose accent makes her English very hard to understand. We were there until 7:30, well after closing. We settled on an iPhone and he showed her how to work it. He told her to come back if she had any problems. Well, she returned the next day because she forgot her password and was having issues with face recognition. (She lives in Murfreesboro). I felt physically unsafe yesterday due to a tall, young, male employee named DANE E. He literally…read moretold me he would not allow me to leave the store as he stepped towards me in a threatening way. We were the only 2 people in the store and there's no doubt in my mind he was trying to pull something shady with me and felt he could because I was alone. Long version: I purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro and wanted to trade in my iPhone 14 Max. I was told there was an $800 trade-in credit for my iPhone 14. Dane helped me delete all of my information from the old phone, confirmed I wanted to trade it in for $800 and then told me he was unable to give me a receipt for the trade-in credit because their printer was broken. I asked him to email it to me. He emailed me a receipt showing a TRADE IN CREDIT OF $0.00 I showed him the email and he told me that the receipt was incorrect, I would be getting $800 and I should get a second email soon. I told him I would wait in the store to receive the second email showing I was getting an $800 credit. I could tell that frustrated him, and the second email never came... he again said I should just go ahead and leave because the printer was broken. I then said I'd just keep my old phone until the printer was fixed and he could get me a receipt showing the $800 credit. THIS IS WHEN HE STEPPED TOWARDS ME, LOCKED EYES WITH ME AND SAID IN A THREATENING TONE "IM NOT GOING TO ALLOW YOU TO LEAVE WITH THAT PHONE". I took a step back and stated "I'm not going to leave my phone without some sort of proof I'm getting the credit", and asked him to call a manager. At this point he was visibly angry, began raising his voice, and said he could call a manager but "wasn't allowed to call anyone in front of me" so he'd have to go to the back to make the call. I said OK. He again said I was not allowed to leave with my old phone so if I wanted him to call a manager, he would be taking my old phone with him to the back. I was legitimately speachless **It was at this point I began wondering if I could beat him to the door if I took off running. I wondered if he was going to physically attack me over this phone... I strongly felt he was attempting to steal my phone and was 100% physically intimidating me.** My mom was waiting in the car. I called he her on speaker phone and said I needed her help, that Dane wasn't allowing me to leave. She asked if she should call the police and I said maybe, that Dane said twice he wouldn't let me leave the store. My mom came in Screaming YOU CANT HOLD MY DAUGHTER HOSTAGE, Casey get in the car! And I ran out. I am shaken up over this and don't want anyone else to have this experience. My husband tried to call the store and ask for a manager. The person who answered the phone said there is no manager and the GM doesn't allow anyone to give out his number... (I suspect this might have been Dane, not wanting us to tell management what happened) I would love to hear from owner/manager.
