I should be able to swap out the earbuds case and be on my merry way. But this is not what I expected. My other option was to purchase another pair of earbuds and then return them and get a refund when I get my original ones back. Well Jennifer must have checked with someone because after a brief time sitting by myself she came back and said that they will exchange my earbuds. I'm not sure if Jennifer knew what she was doing.
