Located inside the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, it operates as a working museum using vintage wood/metal type to create posters for modern artists, preserving 20th-century Southern visual culture. I purchases a few postcards at their pop-up shop and took a look at the shop through their huge glass windows. On our second full day in Nashville, we had a tour of Hatch Show Print, a print shop which was…read morefounded in 1879. It's a very famous print shop that prints posters for musicians, sports teams, and everything in between, but we had never heard of it. The print shop is currently located in the same building as the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and we discovered the print gift shop the day before, as we walked through the side entrance of the building instead of the main entrance to get to the museum, although we didn't realize at the time the significance and history of the print shop, or that there were tours available. We found out about the tour (and the existence of the print shop) when we went to purchase our tickets for the museum. At the ticket desk, there was a sign with the prices of museum tickets and print shop tours, and the very friendly museum employee asked us if we knew about the print shop, which we didn't. We didn't have time for a tour of the print shop the same day we went to the museum, but fortunately we were able to purchase tickets for the next day. The cost of the tour was $23US, and the tour was about an hour. They tell you about the history of the print shop and the printing technique used (letter press printing, no more than three runs through the press), and then you have the opportunity to "print" your own mini souvenir poster (the first two layers/colors are already done, and you put the poster through the press for the third round, adding the last color). What's really cool is that every year they have a different souvenir poster, so they sort of become collectors' items, and getting a mini poster is worth the cost of the tour. The majority of the tour, where they explain the history of the print shop and the printing technique, and where you print your poster, takes place in a room covered in posters. After the talk, they allow ample time for you to take photos of all the posters. I absolutely loved the tour, and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Nashville. We had never heard of Hatch Show Print, and we were thrilled to discover it. If you go to Nashville, a tour of the print shop is an absolute must. And after the tour, if you show your tour ticket, you get 10% off in the gift shop. (Of course we bought several items!) [Yelp collections: Nashville, TN 2026]

What went well is being able to add cash to my FedEx Copy Card. The copies are good. The ability to…read moreprint be emailing is amazing. What didn't go well is the copies were a little higher than my balance. I asked to add to my balance by using my debit card because the printer does not allow you to change payment types while you are in the print cue. The printer stopped me because the balance was not enough. The clerk said they cannot add to the balance using a debit or credit card. I believe both options should be updated. When there is an issue with the payment it should be allow you to update the payment types while I read of having to log completely out and start over. Also at least a debit card should be allowed to up date the payment balance as a business feature. If they weren't low staffed today I believe the customer should be checked on to see if they were able to print their copies.

We had such a great experience at the FedEx on West End, and it was all thanks to Marshall! From…read morethe moment we walked in, his energy was radiant--seriously, this guy lights up the room. You don't always expect to leave a shipping errand with a smile on your face, but Marshall made that happen. He was kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We had a few logistics questions, and he handled everything with ease, patience, and even humor. You could tell he genuinely cares about helping people--and that kind of service is rare. FedEx, if you're reading this: give this man a raise! We'll definitely be coming back to this location, and honestly, it's because of Marshall. Thank you for making our day brighter. We love you, Marshall!
