It was extremely wrinkled and I asked why. He explained that all they do is just wash the comforter and toss it in a bag. Something I could have done from my home. On multiple garments Ive waited on repairs only to come pick them up at the scheduled time and find that they were not complete. This happened with some surgical cuffs on a jacket I needed shortened. When I dropped it off there was no mention that this was not something they could do. I wait for the alterations to be done to come back and see that the sleeve seems were open and I was told they couldn't do the work. It was something they easily could have mentioned the first time I was there. I was refunded my money on this. Most recently was a ridiculous series of going to get shoulders fixed on a sport jacket that were out of whack from the web based manufacturer. I probably went back and forth to Ericka's 6-8 times on this jacket, ordered shoulder pads as directed, and ultimately was told they could not fix the jacket, weeks later. Two other alterations tailors told me on the spot that they couldn't fix the jacket. That's all I can ask for with respect to an unfixable problem. Tell me up front so I don't waste my time and money. Ericka's did offer to split the cost of a new jacket after it had been hurried back together with thread that doesn't match. I will not waste my time here anymore. If they tell you a date your garment will be ready, add a week or two to that and be prepared to be let down.
