Hey everyone, we had a really bad experience with Chariot Logistics out of Nashville, Tennessee…read more They charged us a $250 penalty for "interruption of tracking," but they never called or emailed us to let us know they weren't seeing the driver's location. As many drivers know, there are a lot of dead zones in Pennsylvania, and our driver even contacted Buzz Mobile, who confirmed in writing that some areas in PA have no service. We presented that letter to the broker, but they refused to remove the penalty. After this, I checked their reviews and saw many other carriers reporting the same $250 penalty issue for "no tracking," which is often not true. If this broker handles 10 loads a day and charges $250 each time, that's an extra $2,500 a day they're pocketing from carriers. Be cautious when working with this broker.
