This experience was less than perfect! I had to get fingerprints yesterday to get my real estate…read morelicense and the address was that of a strip center with NO suite number indicated. It was pouring down rain and I looked everywhere for this company. I spent several minutes on the phone waiting for a real person to tell me where these offices were. I finally gave up and just started walking into each shop asking if they've heard about this company...... Finally the guys at Goin Postal irritatingly said it was them. They told the company to update their address in the system several times to no avail. Unacceptable!!! The disgruntled employee said they get about 60 people in there every day for prints and everyone is late for their appointment because they're lost! What kind of company won't give you a suite number. When I looked closer there was a small logo on their door indicating it was in fact the right place. NO BIG sign at all. Come on! I'm not one for a negative review but perhaps this company will get their act together and give PROPER directions, address and instructions to get there safely and punctually. I can understand this man's frustration although he could've even a LOT kinder in his tone and demeanor. Just sayin!
