The…read morebuttons on the side didn't work, I told him the same day, without even looking at it, he redirected me to an Apple Genius Bar 30 MILES AWAY and promised me if they couldn't fix it, they'd give me a new phone for free. I had to take a day off work to make an appointment, where they told me the phone was not under warranty, and it was completely broken. There was no repair that could be done to fix it. He sold me a bunk phone. I called him back, left a message that he never returned, had to call him back AGAIN where he then redirected me AGAIN to a repair shop far away from my phone. I've been to this repair shop 4 TIMES today, no one can figure anything out. Instead of taking responsibility for selling me a bad phone and fixing it right there, this guy sent me all across Michigan, as though gas is free, and I STILL don't have a work phone after over a week. Do NOT go to this Boost Mobile.

After reading many location reviews, I decided to visit this convenient Great Lakes Crossing location while shopping. Overall I was incredibly pleased with the store and staff. I was never pressured into buying unnecessary accessories or felt like I was being "up sold." Rita patiently described all of my options and helped me make a decision on which phone, plan etc. was best fit for my needs. I highly recommend this store and staff!!!

My first experience here STARTED off great. We were switching from AT&T and had an initial $1,800…read morespending limit but knew that wouldn't be enough because we had 4 phones to switch. When i got there initially different prices were being thrown out and i was told I'd walk out paying $170 that day. I had to leave and go to the dentist so i ended up coming back later that day to follow through.. before i left i had mentioned that we had a business.. the manager said oh you do!! Do you have a Tax ID, i can probably get you a $3,000 credit limit, i gave him the info and went about my way. My fiancé and i came back to switch over our phones and all went well.. we ended up paying NOTHING and went about our day. The next day we came back to trade in our stepdaughters phone and they told me "they forgot to tell me i had to pay $252" so i figured okay that's it, that's fine. As were in the process of finishing everything they tell me it's going to be around the $800 range now and i of course, lost it. How does it go from $170, to $252 to $800.... so they took some accessories off and the lowest total they could give me $785. And then they decide to tell me "well the business didn't help so we could only get the $1800 spending limit" wouldn't that be what they should have told me to start???? We had already switched 2 phones over and traded in so we could not get our phones back and stay with AT&T. So the manager goes on to tell me i won't have a bill until March because of the $785 i paid today.. 3 days before Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!!! If i knew i was paying $785 i wouldn't have switched AND i look on my app and guess what.. A BILL!!! It may be a small one but it's January???? Not March! Honestly just really upset and my Christmas was ruined because of the unexpected money i had to spend.. not happy AT ALL.

He told her all these ways she could lower our family plan bill (not even in her name) by changing to unlimited, which we didn't need. She didn't expect him to lie so she agreed to it. That night my husband looked at our account and our monthly bill went up by $160.00. I got the runaround for three hours being told it couldn't possibly be reversed. Know your rights!! Any contract can be nullified within three days. Don't bother with customer service, ask to be put through to retention. They don't want to lose your business. I got it reversed but I'm still angry that my daughter was taken advantage of.

To be backed up in one hour of business is inexcusable. But it happens so I asked the guy at 11:15 how long is the wait going to be? He said it can take anywhere from 5 mins to 1 hour. I asked if he had a estimate of how long? He gave me the same answer. So basically he doesn't know. Not willing to wait possibly an hour for an appointment so we left. Now I remember why I left T-Mobile in the first place. Go to Verizon, it's across the street. Customer service is much better there. They'll text you when it's your turn and give you approximate wait times.

I had reached out to find out more and during/around my chat with Apple the manager called me and…read moreset up an appointment. Gave me a direct/personal number too. My appointment was set for the day they moved their store to the local Meijer. I showed up and the only tech there took care of me (I had called earlier also) and took care of me as he should of. Found out my only issue was the electrical outlet I was using for my charger. Not my phone, my new charger or lightning cable. Nothing of mine. Took care of me as quickly as it was to observe, took care of me as a regular client and charged me appropriately. Will for sure go back after my experience with the tech and manager.
