Chef made me pasta veggies with marinara sauce
Michelle L.

We had a reservation and did not get seated until 30 minutes after our reservation. They said the table wouldn't get up and leave but I think that's their responsibility to make sure to seat a table close to their reservation time. When we did finally get seated we were told by the manager he was sorry and apologized they brought out some extra appetizers because of the inconvenience. The servers were nice, but it didn't seem like we got the best service. Almost 15-20 minutes went by with multiple people being out of water and finally having to flag down someone to point it out even though they had been to the table multiple times. We ordered drinks, appetizers and entrees at once since we were now running behind but we didn't get our entrees for over an hour after we ordered. The best dish - complementary bread with the veggie spread so delicious! Everything else for our party was just okay. People said the pizza crust was chewy, the meat they got was dry and my pasta was just okay. I wish they had given me a different type of pasta like penne or angel hair rather than this really thick one. We had another reservation after dinner and had hoped we would have a little bit of time in between but because of them being late and slow to bring out everything we barely made it on time and had to flag someone over for the check. Disappointed by the service, the food and lack of vegan options available. Not worth the price!

Squid ink spaghetti with seafood

Our server was attentive, we were placed in the back room, but was still a little loud. The squid ink dish was a little bland but the gnocchi was tasty!

The meal my family had tonight is why I don't let some bad reviews stop me from forming my own opinions of a restaurant. If I could give this place 6 stars I would. They started us out with some complimentary toasted sesame bread and two very tasty spreads. We ordered a LOT of food: roasted figs appetizer, frito misto appetizer, crispy brussel sprouts side, creamy polenta side, cast iron sliced bistecca entree, rigatoni entree, amatriciana agnolotti entree, chicken fingers and fries kid meal, buttermilk panna cotta dessert and chocolate torte dessert. My husband and I both ordered Arnold palmers, and my husband ordered a double espresso as well. Everything was delicious. Hands down, one of our best meals. Our waiter, Drew, was incredibly attentive. Our drinks were always filled without request, and he was quick to clear our dishes (of which we had plenty!) Their prices are listed on their online menu, so we knew what to expect when the bill came and were surprised it was just north of $200, given how much we ordered. We have 4 boxes of leftovers. Very happy we ignored the negative reviews, it was a wonderful meal and we will definitely be back!

I did not like anything! How can rum be horrible, I've never had a cocktail with rum that is horrible, I guess Spring Bistro said there's a first fir everything. The shellfish linguine, tasteless. The seafood don't taste fresh and the shrimp is way too small. Menu is limited, service is mmmmkay, but everything is priced at 5 star(ridiculous).

Don't let the other reviews deceive you. This place is definitely worth a visit! It is located right next to the lobby of the hotel. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious! For appetizers, we ordered the roasted peppers, mozzarella, and the calamari. Everything came out great, and they were able to easily accommodate my wife's dietary restrictions. For the main course, I had the margarita pizza which was extremely tasty, while the wife had the Veal T-Bone. We had never had it before, but was nice and tender. Our server Lance was excellent and very knowledgeable! Definitely recommend!

Wow - fried calamari
Jennifer Y.

Their Fried Calamari was incredible: a light and crispy batter! I nibbled at their artisan bread; charcuterie board; bean salad; and, fig flatbread! While the rest of our party all enjoyed their corn risotto; lamb; and, rib eye - my salmon was overcooked - sad! As for the desserts: both the chocolate cake and the gelatos was a nice end to our meal! A beautiful setting outside on a busy Friday evening! Lucky to get a seating last minute! Beware of the slowness of orders to be taken, not enough hands for a busy night! Yet accommodating pleasant and courteous our server was to pace out our meal! CinCin!

We waited too long to get reservations so we had to sit at a bar. Bartender was great. Food was really good, too. Good experience overall.

My coworkers are content with eating Five Guys for dinner, I'm craving a glass of Caymus and a good steak. After some research, I came across Prime 94 SteakHouse and Grill. Walking in, the large neighborhood bar is to the left and the dining rooms are to the right. I'm solo so I'm escorted to a small, corner two top table. The waiter starts telling me about the specials. After he was finished, I told him a want a 16oz Ribeye and a glass of Caymus. No bread basked needed. Also, can you throw on one or two long hots? Yes sir! Now this is what I would eat at home. I'd buy a nice steak with a good glass of wine. Did I just describe my last meal before I head up to the pearly gates? Yeah.. Prime 94 SteakHouse makes a good steak. The cook was perfect, it was a little fatty but that's the flavor! The french fries are something similar to a diner fry, they were really good as well. I took a piece of steak, a small slice of the long hot, mmm mm! Prime 94 SteakHouse isn't a fancy steakhouse. There was a large table in front of me, I'm assuming it was grandma and her sisters along with a family of four. The aunts were asking, I'm assuming an 19 year old girl about her college, she was giving one word answers. Prime 94 SteakHouse, it's a neighborhood spot that's serving up some good food. If I lived here, this restaurant would be in my dining rotation.

Big plus, it's a byob, always love a bring your own. Love the menu, so many options We started with some clam chowder, a salad, coconut shrimp and clams in a white sauce. All very good, especially sopping the clam sauce with some bread. For entrees we had the Neptune platter, seafood ratatouille with linguine, salmon special and Salmon stuffed with lobster. We were all very please with the food. I had the seafood ratatouille, which was mussels , shrimp and scallops. The server was excellent. A real pro can't say enough good things about her. The thing is a restaurant should care about every single plate they put out - so when a restaurant dishes a take out order they know is subpar - I lose respect. I got there early in the day around 11am, ordered takeout of 2 sides roast potatoes and sautéed garlic. What I received was boiled potatoes that obviously had sat in water too long and became water logged. The spinach didn't even have fresh garlic slivers which is the main feature along with the olive oil. They used the little dried garlic that you shake out of a bottle you can find in the season aisle of any store. I called the store my call was just passed around.

TO. DIE. FOR. grits can be very hit or miss, but these extra cheesy grits were genuinely the best we've ever had (and we've had a LOT). and let me talk about the fried catfish for a second--it was perfectly battered and fried while still being super tender inside. i genuinely had to stop myself from audibly moaning at the table because it was that good. 10/10 for the service, food, and ambiance. you'd be silly not to give this place a try if you're in the area, especially since their menu has something for everyone. i already can't wait to come back and try more dishes. thank you again, chelsea--we absolutely loved you!

Inside was the same feel and very clean. Just was pleasant . We sat and saw you can buy wine there or drink what we brought. The prices for the bottles of wine were very reasonable. Dinner was amazing , probably the best oysters I've had in awhile. I chose the swordfish Milanese . Perfectly cooked over asparagus, potatoes and Argula and olives. What a combo! My boyfriend had the mahi mahi special . Cajun spiced served over a delightful slaw and spinach on the side. This is a great choice for fresh fish!

A little less than a year ago we visited P.F. Seafood Market & Restaurant in West Caldwell and it…read morewas wonderful. Sadly, our most recent visit was very much the opposite. When we arrived (around 7pm) there was only one occupied table in the restaurant. The room was cold and drafty, as if they were trying to save money on the heating. We had to change tables twice trying to avoid the chill which was forcing my mother to keep her winter coat on. On our first visit, the breadbasket included some delicious garlic bread. That was gone this time. Previously, the staff immediately set out an ice bucket and glasses when they saw our bottle of white wine. This time we had to ask for both, twice. Throughout the meal, we watched our waiter standing in the doorway to the kitchen engrossed in whatever he was doing with his cell phone. Given that the restaurant was virtually empty, the fact that we couldn't get his attention when we started to have issues was frustrating. I chose the Calamari Chino again as an appetizer. I enjoyed it so much on our first visit that it was the one thing I knew I wanted again. Unfortunately, I ended up sending it back. Although it looked like the same dish at first glance, the crispy and tender calamari I loved the first time was now soggy and rubbery. My mother again went with the Grilled Norwegian Salmon, which she enjoyed. My father had the Paccheri & Shrimp alla Vodka, which is described on the menu as sautéed wild shrimp, over paccheri pasta with a creamy vodka sauce, oyster mushrooms, & green peas. He wasn't a fan of this. It seemed to be missing both the oyster mushrooms, & the green peas. He also described it as being "goopy" and thought it tasted artificially thickened in some way. I ordered the New Coconut Jumbo Shrimp, which is served with grilled asparagus, white rice, in an orange marmalade sauce. I had high hopes for this since coconut shrimp is a favorite of mine. The presentation was quite nice, but the shrimp was overcooked, and the coconut coating was nearly burnt. I believe it had been left in the deep fryer too long. Frankly, if I had not sent back the calamari I would have sent this back as well. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant still looks nice, but it seems like they're just going through the motions now. I don't see us returning.
