We've been living at Springline since April, and honestly, we couldn't imagine a better place to call home! A special shoutout to Paula, who was one of the first people to welcome us and took the time to show us around Springline. She made the whole experience so warm and personal from the very beginning. And a huge thank you to the entire team - Brian, Brandon, Jalene, and Sakaya. They truly go above and beyond with every request and somehow always make you feel like nothing is ever too much trouble. It's those little details that make such a difference. We especially love the gym, pool and BBQ area. Everything is always so clean, beautifully maintained, and ready to enjoy. You can really tell how much effort the team puts into taking care of the community. The onsite cleaning team also deserves a special mention. They're here every day, keeping everything spotless and taken care of, but they do it so thoughtfully and seamlessly that you never feel bothered by it. Somehow, you just notice that everything has already been taken care of before you even have to think about it. But what makes Springline truly special for us is the people. In just a few months, we've met so many wonderful people and already feel like part of the community. We're so happy we found this place and genuinely couldn't imagine a better place to live, meet amazing people, and build our new chapter in the Bay Area. Well-maintained units - The appliances we serviced showed routine wear, not neglect, which only happens when ownership invests in preventive care. Excellent communication - Our main contact, Remy Zarate, consistently checked that residents were comfortable with repair windows time slots and followed up afterward to ensure issues were fully resolved. Right off the bat, Sakaya, offered to answer any questions I might have, and also gave me a fantastic tour of the place, being both kind and super welcoming. Do NOT BELIEVE these 5 star reviews as most are not from real residents. I lived here for one year and I definitely would not recommend living here in this over priced badly managed place. The almost endless noise from the trains was excruciating. Other residents used the hallway as a play area for their pets. Second hand cigarette smoke was infiltrating the apartment. Even though I complained nothing was done about the cigarette smoke and the neighbor still played with his dog in the hallway.The management got rid of some of the most valuable staff members who were Black. That surely says enough as to the kind of cliquish people who run Springline. read more

We had an absolute blast at the live music show on a Saturday! They had a professional stage set up with so much expensive lighting. The cover band was awesome. Then rock show! People were dancing and singing. They had a lot of seating. And lots of food options. They gave away springline chargers and bags. I am so happy Menlo Park has this wonderful addition! read more

It's seriously an upscale resort lifestyle here..I was able to take a tour with Sakaya, what a lovely young lady, and she did an outstanding job of explaining all of the amenities to me. Well it's shiny and new and until it stands the test of time it is a great place for now. Some friends have opened some businesses her in both the Canpopy co work area and in the main buildout. So this review doesnt touch the residence side of things which looks nice but is probably $$$$/ I know the co work side is very nicely appointed and they have some very moneyed neighbors near their business that have taken some sizeable amounts of real estate. the aesthetics are definitely very nature oriented in their browns/greens internally but it does look like a weird futuretown on the outside. Definitely looking forward to more of the food oriented places to pop up later this year but for now it is a nice quiet part of the area. Our start at Springline was shaky, but the new team that joined a few months ago has made significant improvements. The current team is exceptionally kind and works to foster a great community experience. A big shout out to Justin, Anna, Kayla, Andrew, and the rest of the team for always welcoming the day with smiles! When we do have a concern, this team always hears us and considers solutions. The gym, golf simulator, and other communal spaces are great and the building is kept clean. The gym is rarely too packed -- there's always space to get your workout in. And the other communal spaces are free a lot of the time. The Sunday breakfast, regular fitness classes, and other Springline-hosted events are exceptionally planned and fun. For example, February will feature a Barre3 class, a Valentine's Soiree, and a Superbowl showing. The past few months, we've also had pizza making using the outdoor ovens, holiday wreath making, a charcuterie board class, pool party, outdoor jazz, and many more events! If you work from home, the building is generally quite during the day and there are lounge spaces near the lobby with outlets to work. Otherwise, outdoor seating near the pool and the other outdoor space are also great spots to stir up your usual WFH environment. Plus, the kitchen will quench your caffeine needs with tea and coffee. If your apartment faces the train, the train noise may be loud. Springline has some solutions in the works, and our friends in units away from the train say the noise isn't bothersome. I recommend seeing rooms when trains pass during the day. That said, it's been over a year and I've managed. Move in! read more

I honestly couldn't be happier living here. The location is steps from downtown Menlo Park and Caltrain. The amenities are top notch - temp controlled pool, gym, library, fire pits, BBQ grills with pizza ovens, gourmet community kitchen, etc., etc.. Also has a few more amenities on the way I hear. It's also like living in an art gallery, which I love. The apartment itself is gorgeous. I love the kitchen, bathroom and overall layout - the finishes are luxurious top to bottom. Also, a really cool aspect of this community is the food scene they've managed to bring in. Some of my favorite and SF/Bay Area's most beloved restaurants are here. Robin, Che Fico, Canteen, Burma Love, Proper Food, Andytown coffee, Barebottle Brewery all have locations in the building! (And Farmhouse Kitchen and Son and Garden are across the street). It's like hanging out in the City, but with the charm of Menlo Park. Last but not least, the staff is absolutely fantastic! They are professional, attentive, and courteous. I literally want for nothing. They have managed to take an environment with all types of wonderful people and bring them together to make a real community. The amount of quality events they have for residents is impressive (and the resident Sunday brunch is a cool way to hang out with neighbors over brunch and mimosas!). Springline is elegant, warm, safe, and fun - and I really appreciate all that's gone into making it that way. I highly recommend this community. read more

What started as a great experience has dwindled to utter disappointment. I've lived in other "lifestyle" or "luxury" residences and let's just say I never had to be aggressive in fighting for renters rights and basic amenities like HVAC that I have been without for more than a month ! And the first time this issue wasn't addressed appropriately I was left out to hang on a holiday weekend in a brand new apartment?! You're telling me this time around the so-called parts needed to fix my AC could not be swapped from a 13K a month 3br that you haven't managed to rent? Right. But offer me a renewal at 4300K for what would be considered a convertible "1br" in any other metropolis I've lived in. I better be getting my deposit back this is effen ludicrous. Save the fake smiles and propriety for some idiot that would put up with this bull$&@! read more

Where to start with Springline! Such an amazing property with so much to and so much to eat! The grounds are well maintained with plenty of options for spontaneous places to relax and enjoy a coffee. Awesome dog park, fitness center, outdoor bbq area along with other high-end amenities. I wasn't able to use the golfing/driving range simulator but I will be sure to soon. Easy access from Caltrain, along with Andytown Coffee, Bare Bottle Brewery, Burma Love and Proper Food make this location perfect! I recently toured Springling and absolutely loved it. The apartments are modern and well finished, the property staff is friendly, and the amenities are amazing. I love the smart technology in the apartments and the community events sound great - especially the complimentary breakfasts every Sunday. Living here is like living at a resort filled with your best friends. Everyone from residents to staff is welcoming and friendly, and it seems like there's always some event or dinner or celebration happening next weekend. I've never felt as much part of a community as I've experienced at Springline. The apartments are sophisticated and upscale, the gym is top notch, there are CLEAN grills and pizza ovens everywhere, always a bunch of open spaces and EV chargers in the garage, and there are half a dozen prime restaurants right downstairs. They are awful. I don't recommend to anyone. 1. Cement dropped off my car from ceiling of the garage, $5000 to repair and seven months to get the money back 2. 8 different General Managers last 12 months. None of those are smart 3. I left the place at July 21st. I got my deposit back Sep 11th even I asked and requested them every single day. Just a bad operatio. They are trying to be fancy and looks fancy from outside of the building. But totally empty inside, I meant worst organization and operation I've ever seen and heard. read more

Wow! This has to be one of the best tours that I've had for a property. I was toured by a very nice woman named Sakaya. She was very kind and thorough with any questions I had. The property featured beautiful views and amenities that rivaled neighboring housing communities. What really stood out to me though was two things, first that this property took such good care of its tenants! Many benefits were highlighted which allows me to segue into my second point. Especially the consideration that management takes to include all individuals. Their diversity and inclusion is unmatched and is bound to make any person feel welcome whether guest or tenant. They have a diverse culture and have open arms to all sorts of people from all sorts of backgrounds. They are ADA friendly! Yoo hoo! And are located next to a Caltrain station and hear this out, they will reimburse your cal train fare to aid in commuting sustainability efforts! I also had inquired about BMR units and was informed that they do accommodate with below market rate housing for a set number of individuals which was commendable that they are supporting the fight against the housing crisis for us Californians! 5/5! read more

My fiancé and I visited the property today and were hosted by Paula. The place has paradise energy with a ton of amenities including nine restaurants! Though we are not planning to move until next year, this place will be at the top of the list--Paula's friendliness and knowledge about the property made our visit: Overall, we felt welcomed and well cared for. If you like loud train horns on a regular basis starting after 5am and ends around midnight, this is the place. It's literally to your face and will sure wake u up / keep u awake. Good luck reaching out to mgnt...they probably get very busy and your emails / text / calls will disappear. Garage is very dusty and u have to wash your car every few days (there are still construction / fixing things everywhere causing inconvenience.... if you dirty someone's car, shouldn't you at least offer to clean it up afterwards??). Elevators and garbage disposal failed many times. When u leave and try to get your deposit back, good luck reaching out to mgnt. They will not allow u / give out specific mgnt contacts - no direct phone no direct email nothing + will NOT respond to direct messages via their 'Residence' app. Windows leak (air and water). Again the worst part is the ppl working here, there seems to be a barrier to get your questions thru - how can they REFUSE to give out direct email contact / phone # to specfic manager / personnel? Oh and during winter times, employee would turn on the fire places by the pool everyday (like starting 8am??), when no-one's there...WHAT A WASTE of energy and talk about global warming here!!!!
