Hotel offers free breakfast and a fitness center. They also have an indoor pool. Rooms have a fridge and microwave along with TVs that have streaming services like Netflix, etc. Great location to getting around the city. Check-in was fast. The front desk clerk was polite and friendly! read more

If you are a woman of color and reading reviews looking for a hotel.. I don't recommend staying at this Springhill suites. You will feel uneasy and uncomfortable. The vibe and energy is off. You will get stares from the men that work on the property. Even getting breakfast was an awkward experience. I'm not sure if people have never seen black nursing travelers, but it's starting to be annoying!! This is the 2nd hotel going thru this. I'm just glad my apartment was ready and only had to stay one night. The room smelled musty. Stains on the couch and sheets. The carpet makes it difficult to roll luggage. I would never stay again. Management, please train your staff in the appropriate way to interact with people of color. read more

The room was clean and the staff have very been very nice,greeting us when we go down for the delicious breakfast (plenty of choices) ,the largest breakfast that I have seen at a hotel. The pool is checked daily for chemical balance,I have been at the pool just about every day and I have seen the man checking it. From the time we checked in on November 4th my family and I have felt welcomed and have been greeted by Sai, Kendra,Nozima and Aisha's. They have always asked if there was anything we needed and helped us with getting the letter needed to enroll my grandson in online school until we find a house. I booked our stay for 20 days for 1 room however I asked to get a second room as well and Nozima showed me two rooms that were available so that I could decide which one I would take as our second room. The women that run the breakfast buffet also greeted us each morning. The cleaning staff is very nice and greeted us each time we saw them. Kendra stopped to ask my grandson how he likes it and if we found a house yet. It already feels like have known Kendra and Nozima for awhile even though it has only been 6 days since we checked in. I would highly recommend staying here. We have had a 5 star experience here. I did see some reviews from 2023 stating that the staff was not friendly among other issues but I have not experienced any of that so maybe these people here now are new employees. I have even seen a man was the main lobby floor while we were waiting for the elevator. We will most likely have to extend our stay as I haven't found a house we like just yet and Nozima and Kendra assured me that we would be able to keep our rooms beyond the original date that I had booked. read more

Not the quality stay that I expect from a Marriott family hotel. I held a platinum level rewards status for multiple years and have stayed all over the country. We arrived and were told the pool was closed for maintenance and would reopen in the morning. The pool was not open the following day. We proceeded to our room which was nice and large - two queen beds and a sofa bed. I quickly jumped into the shower before realizing there was a used bar of soap on the rack in the shower. I looked around and the toilet seat was left up as well. One of the beds was very comfortable, the second bed felt well worn. Breakfast hours during the week are until 9a. At 8:30 a, the waffle machine was out of batter, there was 1 hard boiled egg left, barely a bowl of oatmeal, one scone, and a few slices of bread for toast. If breakfast is served until 9, I would expect them to refill the items that were empty. I asked for more waffle batter for the kids - so that was replaced but nothing else was. A bit of a disappointment. read more

Good: Clean hotel, customer service friendly, clean room, spotless-no bugs- you can adjust the thermostat in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet hotel. Need for improvement: Shower head way too high up to adjust-they need to replace it with hand held shower hand attached to suction holder on the tile. Only one sink in the suite- only one tv in the suite-need more lighting on the entrance from the street that is shared with Holiday Inn Express. Need to cut a walkway from the parking lot to the front entrance so you to not have to step over the curb. You can walk around it. The positives out weigh the negatives. Wow, just wow! This place was amazing! We were going to Cincinnati for the weekend, and wanted a cheap, but clean hotel near Kenwood, so we ended up here! The staff were as kind as can be! For the most part, Coronavirus was handled well, and every thing was spotless! The rooms were amazing offering a separate living room and bedroom area! The bathroom was pretty nice and easily had the best shower I've had anywhere! Two small notes, the sofa bed is a tiny twin that roles out onto the floor below the couch and isn't comfortable! The other note is the poor breakfast situation, though I'll let that slide as they would usually have a full one! Overall, after a weak introduction to the Springhill Suites brand by there West Warwick,RI location, I'm happy to say that this one went above and beyond my expectations and I'd be more than happy to come back here, or to another Springhill Suites property! read more

Incredible hotel!!! Worth every penny and a bargain for the quiet and peace of mind. Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful, and I mean that sincerely; of the 8 or so workers I spoke with over my week long stay, all were so pleasant and eager to make your stay the best they could. What really shone for me though was their leniency with breakfast and checkout times. We all know the type of place that at 9:01am everything on the breakfast bar is gone, but this Springhill Suites still had their breakfast up at 10. One morning at 10:20 on my way out I saw the coffee was still out and grabbed a quick cup, and the gentleman stopped clearing the food in case I wanted some. I work in hospitality and little things like that are what can make the difference between a room you sleep in and a home away from home. The location can be tricky to find, its tucked away behind two other hotels, but it was very quiet and restful once we got there. Close to the mall and the city is 15-20 minutes away, King's Island 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again, their family gave mine a very happy holiday. read more

My DoorDash order was delivered to a different hotel on accident, and the clerk at the desk couldn't have been more helpful! We saw him working the entire weekend, kudos to him for such a positive attitude and keeping a smile on his face the entire time. Front desk check in lady was also very nice and accommodating. I love this hotel. This is a new property so the feeling of the place is fresh and contemporary. The rooms are huge and include a mini fridge, microwave, couch with a trundle bed and a walk in closet. Your stay includes breakfast and there is ma lobby bar. I was interested to learn that they have an indoor salt water pool which I assume means less chlorine. There are several good eateries nearby. I would definitely stay here again. read more

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights while my father was in hospice. It was a very difficult time for my family and I but the staff made it better. The staff was amazing. I wish I could remember all 5 of the staff members that I met at the front desk but Steven is the only name I remember unfortunately. They were all super friendly and helpful. The kitchen staff was awesome and so was housekeeping. The entire place is pristine and the hospitality was amazing. The have a pool like most hotels but this one is salt water instead of chlorine which is much gentler on the skin. It's kept at a nice 84 degrees and is well maintained. They have a small laundry facility which was to have since we didn't have any idea how long we'd be there. I'd highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed. read more

I was feeling blue because we had to drive my son away to college for the first time. To top it all off, because it was move in day, there were no hotels available in the small college town. As a result, I decided to book the Springhill Suites in the Blue Ash which is located about 45 minutes away. It is a brand new hotel that just opened about 2 months ago. Everything looks modern and new. My kids were impressed with the hotel right away when they got some fancy lollipops upon check-in. The rooms are clean, spacious and can accommodate up to 5 people which is important when you have a family of five. There is even a walk in closet in the rooms! The shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom is an upscale Paul Mitchell brand. The hotel has a salt water pool. When we were there, we were the only family in the pool. They also offer a complimentary breakfast. By the end of the day, my stay in the Blue Ash hotel made my mood less blue. read more

The staff displays, performs and epitomizes the concept of Hospitality, from Brian emailing me prior to my arrival that he would reserve my preferred room (including leaving me a personalized handwritten note on the desk welcoming me) to Ariel checking me in and patiently answering my numerous questions about where to go to find nearby eateries and grocery stores. I am a Diamond member of a competitive hotel chain and I feel I am treated by the staff with the same elite status even though I was not yet even a Marriott Silver member. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The room was very clean. The pool area was nice. The only problem was they withdrew $20 from our bank account 3 days after we left. I have called twice to ask why. I get the answer for incidents and it should be back in my account within 5 business days. It has been 2 weeks nothing. No one has made any apologizes. I feel that$20 isn't a big amount but it's the point we didn't damage the room and they need to return it. read more

I had a very poor experience at this location. I booked my stay 12 weeks ahead of my visit. Drove 7 hours to the location and got in around 9 pm. Upon arrival the desk clerk told us that they had no more rooms available! They actually gave my room away! They did give us a room at another location 20 miles away! We had to go back north ( where we just came from) to get to the new location. On top of that there was another couple who were also sent away too. By the time we got to the new hotel it was late and we were starving and most of the restaurants were closed and ended up with fast food. The reason we booked where we did was for the location. We were going to ball park 1 mile away. So the next morning we had to drive back the 20 miles to the ballpark. Yes, they did pay for the room and it was very nice, but it also totally ruined my stay. They overbooked and we suffered when I had a 12 week reservation? Then they tell me this does happen occasionally and basically too bad. Very disappointed read more
