Such an amazing first experience! I stopped in and instantly saw a mini chalkboard "welcome" sign in the lobby with my name on it, as well as the names of the other patients visiting that day. Such a sweet touch. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and I liked how they texted me the forms to fill out during the week leading up to the appointment. I therefore didn't need to arrive early, rather right at my appointment time. I had hygienist Liz and she was so friendly too. She was very informative, explaining everything she was doing and why as we went through the appointment. I had put in the form that I was potentially interested in whitening, so she shared all the information with me (you can do it at home or in office). They also had a welcome package and folder for me with a free toothbrush kit. When I left, everyone told me to say hi to my husband who'd just been in the week before. I was so surprised that they remembered his name and cared enough to bring it up. My teeth feel super clean and I feel relieved to have found a new dentist! read more

I had an appointment scheduled for this morning that I had scheduled weeks ago. When she asked me what my name is, she couldn't find me on the schedule and told me my appointment had been cancelled even though I received text reminders. No explanation why. She said they have a new patient at 8:00 so they wouldn't be able to see me, but she did say they could "squeeze me in" at 9:30. Do they not realize some people work? It is very difficult to take time off from my job and I was lucky to be able to take this morning off - all for nothing. Wasted PTO and wasted time. I guess it's a good thing there are hundreds of dentists available to make an appointment with. Hopefully, the next one will have a better scheduling team. I'm sure me not coming back won't hurt them in the least, but right now, it feels pretty disappointing. read more

I let life - and the pandemic - get in the way of normal dental checkups and cleaning. Before I knew it, it had been 4+ years and of course the thought of going to a dentist had me anxious. Everything from start to finish was so easy and convenient, from setting the appointment, to filling the paperwork out online and to the text and email reminders leading up to my appointment. The office is nice - there's a great waiting area with Wi-Fi and the exam rooms are comfortable. Everyone was so nice, but Liz and Dr. Springhetti were fabulous! I recently had my first patient appointment with Springhetti Dentistry. All employees were very friendly and informative. I was promptly and kindly greeted at the front desk. They quickly took me back to a chair and collected all the new patient data/X-rays to appropriately track any changes/concerns with my oral development/care. I highly recommend this dentist office. Price: I loved knowing what I was going to pay BEFORE evening scheduling the appointment for a cavity or procedure. When I checked out, I paid what I was expecting and did not feel like I was overcharged. Everything feels honest and no surprises in the end when checking out. My Experience: My front tooth was chipped and Dr. Springhetti filled it in - it looks perfect and matches my real tooth (see picture - Mind. Blown.)! It was cosmetic (but this "filling" also helped protect my tooth from chipping or cracking further), and the result is amazing! It brought symmetry to my crooked smile. I also had a cavity filled during this visit. Usually, after a cavity filling, I leave feeling like a rock is stuck in my teeth, but this time it was great: (1) My bite feels natural, (2) my gums aren't hurting too much & (3) my tongue is NOT sweeping my mouth trying to figure out what happened (because it feels so normal). The dentist also took the extra step of making a mold of my front teeth to pre-plan how he was going to create symmetry in my teeth. He is a perfectionist - and that's what we all want in our denstist. It all feels great and I am very happy with my results! My Children (age 4,6&8): In the past, we used to go to a children's dentist. I figured my three kids would not cry if we went to place that was geared towards keeping kids happy. What I found was, other kids crying and all the crazy colors on the walls made my kids too anxious... they fought every second of their cleaning. Here, my kids are so excited to get clean their teeth because the Dental Hygienist (we love Mrs Jen) let's them hold the suction cup, and they completely trust her and follow what she says. She talks to them and they have never once cried at this office! My eldest had a huge cavity (there was a delay in catching it because Covid had pushed our appointment back). He did an amazing job - better than I even did! So I highly recommend bringing your chatty kids here - they will find someone to chat with and their cleanings will be a breeze! read more

I'm relatively new to the area and it had been 3+ years since my last cleaning/check up so I decided to check this place out. Upon arriving, I was greeted nicely with my new patient paperwork waiting for me to fill out. I was called back immediately after filling out the paperwork, which was awesome. We did X-rays and all that fun new patient stuff. Everything went well, and the lady cleaning my teeth did such an awesome job, and was always checking in to see if I had any discomfort. She was super gentle and didn't do any unnecessary poking of my gums, which can be very sensitive. I think if I'm having a bad day, I will just pop in here for the compliments! They were so nice about my teeth and had me laughing the whole time. Dr. Springhetti and I chatted for a bit and he was a very personable guy. Also, the staff was super polite and knowledgeable. I'm in town briefly and was having issues with a new dental implant. I was able to get into SD to take a look. The office was very nice with a modern aesthetic and the staff was incredibly friendly. I was super impressed with the technology there as I got to see x-rays and 3d scans of my whole mouth within seconds. Dr Springhetti walked me through a lot of information about my implant and explained a lot of things about how it was installed and what to keep an eye on -- stuff I would have expected the specialist who put it in to tell me. Dr. Coleman and the rest of the staff are great! I was really impressed by their office. Everyone is super friendly and they make it a point to remember small details about you! I appreciated the tips the dental assistants gave me about my teeth and they explained the procedure (and drew pictures) so I understood was was going on. They were quick and thorough when it came to treating my cavities! Not only that, I received text reminders about my appointment and a few hours after I got home I received a Post-procedure email with common concerns one may have after having a dental procedure which I appreciated!! Relatively new to the area and was looking for a dental office that didn't feel like a car dealership. When I first entered the office, I was greeted by friendly faces and a comfortable sitting room. There was no wait time once I finished with my paperwork. The dental hygienist was very friendly, gave me some helpful tips, and took the time to explain my X-rays. The dentist was very similar in the sense that she was very sincere and didn't try to sell me anything. They were both very genuine and I left the office very happy. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They treated my elderly mother, who has dementia, with care and compassion. While I waited in the foyer, I observed one staff member spend 30 minutes making calls on behalf of another older patient who apparently needed assistance with some follow up to treatment. I found the level of professionalism and client care to be refreshing and encouraging. I'll probably enlist my entire family to go here. Very rude organization. I cancelled and missed a few appointments, once due to a personal issue, once due to Covid and another because I had the wrong time, I showed up two hours late, which was completely my fault and I apologized for the missed appointment. They then proceeded to charged me a $ 150 dollars for the missed appointment and then sent me a letter telling me that they will no longer see me and care for my teeth. Was made to wait 45 min in waiting area. Then a young man walked me to inside, who is supposedly son from 1st or second marriage of dentist. As the dentist married again to the brazilian dentist who was previously employee there. Anyhow the son is inexperienced & know nothing even needs to learn how to take dental x ray , hygienist was old lady about 70 year old. Was insensitive & rude. Walked out of room three times. Every time wore the same glove she took off before. Which for my was kinda creepy. During dental cleaning I was choking & the lady stood there. Had to ask for water. For GOD sake learn that when someone is choking you offer water. Finally female dentist walks in after another 20 min waiting. Told me I have wisdom tooth extraction needed. And need to schedule. By this time I had bad vibes about this business. I made appointment with another dentist my friend referred. She tod me I dont need wisdom tooth extraction. Beware of them. Heard they changed name to night time dental Will never to go back to this clinic ever again. read more
