The receptionist and office people nurses and doctors were exceptional. I was made to feel…read morecomfortable and very relaxed and the procedure was. I would like to say pain for you, but you're gonna have some pain. If you have all your teeth pulled the teeth are wonderful. My smile is back and I love it so much. The lower rating is because during the process of signing up, I was told that they do not file insurance, but I was also told that I could in order to do that. There are specific forms that you need. The American dental Association has a form that can be filled out. It's pretty self-explanatory. It's one page and per HIPAA regulations is mandatory if requested. I requested before my procedure during the sales I requested again every time I went there I called I text I sent email after email to several different people within the company. I was told by the office manager that they do not do that and she would not give me my codes and was very shocked that I would need their tax ID number although that's pretty much a given, considering that they're going to report the money that their paid to the federal government for taxes this went on for a year. I sent a written, concise letter and pointed out that HIPAA regulations required that they give me all documentation needed in order to file with insurance. In fact they need to give you all documentation for the entire procedure as required by HIPAA. They have ignored me for over a month now not replied at all, so I am sending them a note one more time a letter written and making it very clear that I will contact the state licensing board about this issue. We'll see how that goes. If they do not comply, I will file a formal complaint with the state licensing board. They will tell you they will give you an Amazon card for $100 just for the consultation the initial one whether you sign up with them or not they've told me several times they're going to give it to me that I'm on the list I've never received it. They want you to write really good reviews about them on Google and yelp and they push that quite a bit at you so I did and this is right away as soon as your first appointment. They also have a Facebook page dedicated to their patience, which is a wonderful page. You can find out ahead of time what it's like to have them done, you can hear other people's experiences. You know how to care for the teeth after you get them. You're not allowed to mention money at all, and I imagine lack of them filing insurance so it's kind of it's a it's a monitored page and you gotta say all good or it does not get approved to be posted my insurance company as it's coming up on the year date of when I actually had my implants put in. I'm not really sure they will cover this. I was really counting on the 3000 as I started out one payment behind because I was told a different payment date, then was actual so now I'm behind on those payments. They've been trying to get me to come in for the appointment where they will take out your teeth you go away for a couple hours. You come back and they put them back in because they're cleaning them and such checking fit. I am not going. I had not heard about this appointment until I fell behind on my payments to the bank that is associated with them. I'm not letting him take my teeth and if I go to that appointment, they take my teeth out and I leave that puts them in possession, which is 100% and I will not get my teeth back I'm real sure so my teeth are not being cared for because I feel threatened. I will continue an update this review as it continues on but as right now the teeth are great. It's really quick procedure but there's no problem with them 24 hour turnaround. It's great but if you wanna file with your insurance, I would hold off or pick another place because these people are noncompliant, they're rude when you bring it up to them. The office manager was horrible and it's really hard to get a hold of anyone higher up. If you look on the Internet, they hand out no phone numbers. They do not get back with you if you find some it's they're not gonna reply so if that's gonna be an issue with you the insurance I would not go with this company and that's too bad cause I really like my teeth.

I hope the recorded my conversation because what they quoted me and billed me was 11k difference. Also I don't like pain no one does. I had top and bottom done. They gave my ibuprofen and an antibiotic. It's been 8 months and I'm still in pain. I don't speak correctly or how I use too. I bite the insides is my hums and lips. This place is sketchy. Please get dentures the have been around forever. I'm following up with an attorney.

My dentist and his assistant were top notch. All questions…read morewere answered, the dentist made me feel at ease, even if while shooting me in the mouth with a needle.

Went in for a very painful tooth from a botched filling by another dentist. When I expressed…read moreconcern w/Dr. Brooke Adler's recommended treatment plan, and wanted to discuss it some more, Dr. Adler became frustrated and lifted my seat and took off her mask and said "it seems like you don't want to follow through with my recommended treatment". I explained that I did desperately need to be treated, because I was in a lot of pain and my insurance, which covered the cost of the treatment, was expiring that week. Then she said that there wasn't time to do any treatment that day (even though she had just told me she could treat me and I had confirmed multiple times before when setting up the appointment that there would be time). All of this happened within the span of about 5-10 minutes. I said that I had made an appointment specifically for treatment that day (and had taken the time off and moved things around for the treatment). Then Dr. Adler said she would go talk to her office manager. When Dr. Adler came back a few minutes later, she asked me to get up and follow her. I asked if I was going to be treated, and she would only answer "The office manager will explain everything." When I arrived at the manager's office, Dr. Adler quickly left me there. The office manager handed me a referral from Dr. Adler to go see another dentist. I told the office manager that I had told Dr. Adler I did want to move forward with her treatment plan, because there wasn't time to go see another dentist that week. The office manager was arrogant and rude, and refused to help me be seen before my insurance expired. I was so devastated. I had never experienced a doctor or dentist refusing to treat me, or someone acting so petty and smug about withholding treatment from me. This was all bad enough. But then 2 days later, I received a 'Cease and Desist' letter from Pure Zen's attorney stating that if I didn't remove the negative reviews I had posted on Yelp and Google following my experience, that Pure Zen and Dr. Adler would SUE ME for defamation and 'emotional distress' caused by my bad reviews. This added insult to injury, as I was the one who had actually been hurt by this whole situation. I was (and still am) the one in pain and Pure Zen are the ones who were in the wrong. If anything, I should have been suing them! But I had wasted enough stress and mental energy on them already. I responded that I knew my rights and the defamation laws and that businesses cannot win lawsuits against consumers for recounting true experiences with them online. Their attorney began to argue back and forth with me about this via email for several hours the evening before NYE, and stated that if I did not remove the reviews, then they would sue me and I would need to hire a lawyer to defend myself. They were basically trying to bully me with the threat of significant legal expenses to take down my review. When I continued to refuse, citing that my statements were true and that I would defend myself in court if necessary, Pure Zen's attorney replied that she's "looking forward" to suing me and that she may also pursue defamation charges against her law firm (Taft), though I had not mentioned her law firm anywhere online before this. This put me under tremendous stress and anxiety that negatively impacted my holiday weekend, and has continued to stress me out these last few weeks. Ordinary people should not have to worry about companies and medical practices making them go broke if they refuse to allow their right to free speech be taken away from them. It's a form of legal extortion that is wrong and something I would never expect from a medical professional. So far, I have not received any court filing notice, so hopefully this group has come to their senses and dropped their outrageous legal threat against me. It is amazing to me that they didn't just apologize, own up to their mistakes, and work with me to come up with a resolution to get me treated. That's what any good practice would have done. I just hope that no one else has to go through this.
