Nima is always on point with making sure my glasses are made correctly so they work with my needs in the cockpit. When I tried to resolve the issue, the billing department was never available to speak with me. Instead of getting any help, I eventually received a collection letter--with an additional $80 fee added on top of a $190 eye exam. Also, the exam was done on 4-9-25 and the account was sent to collections on 6-9-25. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I'll make the drive!" You have to meet him and be evaluated to really get it. I struggle with acuity (near-sighted), I have floaters from a partial retinal tear, cataracts in both eyes, and chronic headaches from an old head injury. I also struggle with trying to process too much information at once and get overwhelmed. He always knows exactly what to do. My daughter had a little processing issue that he helped her with in 1st grade and she was golden after that. My son processes quickly and I was BORING HIM TO DEATH.
