They were able to take our replacement order over the phone, asked me to text a copy of the prescription (which thankfully we had with us) and then drive in the pouring rain to Springfield. Within a hour we got to the store, picked out frames and then waited just 15 more United to get complete glasses. They were literally faster than the McDonald's next door! Great service and great expertise. Highly recommended.

The glasses that I got in August last year are missing rhinestones and when I tried to push the thing of the bridge of my nose the glasses broke in half. They will not replace the frames. Which are a cheap pair manufacturer product with inflated prices. Fortunately Saturday hours are available and I immediately booked the 10am time slot availability. They were friendly and prompt, after completing the intake forms there wasn't a long wait to be seen. I really liked the welcoming, pleasant and professional demeanor of the entire staff. I was looking for a specific style frame and they had what I wanted in several color options. For my next eye exam I would certainly continue scheduling here. When I tried to resolve the issue, the billing department was never available to speak with me. Instead of getting any help, I eventually received a collection letter--with an additional $80 fee added on top of a $190 eye exam. Also, the exam was done on 4-9-25 and the account was sent to collections on 6-9-25. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Maggie's said that glasses would be in 7-10 business days. 9 business days passed and no call. Called twice and left messages. No one ever returned my call. FINALLY got a real person on the phone and confirmed glasses were there. Made a special trip, 45 minutes, to town to pick glasses up. I came in at 12:10 and one person, Maggie, was only person helping people. Kimberly1* (? I think was her name) was sitting at her desk, looking at herself in her mirror, adjusting her hair. She looked past me and helped a lady that came in two people after me. I asked her if she would help me, she would help in a bit. I'd already been there 12-15 minutes. Lindsey: 5+* (? I think was her name) was sitting at the front doctor reception desk and went to back and asked what to do to get me some help. She came back got my glasses, put them in a paper bag with glass cleaner and handed them to me. I asked "was someone going to fit them to me". She said if you want to wait. My conclusion is Vision is NOT full service! Especially when you pay $825 for a pair of glasses. Go somewhere else. You do not get what you pay for. OR get your script here and order online. You'll get better service.

I have tried to get them to fix the problems right after they occurred and they said once i leave the office with the glasses they are not responsible any further. ( after i was told to give it a few weeks to adjust to the new glasses and then come back in)
