Dr. Tran has been the best eye doctor I have ever had dealings with. She listens and she cares! I highly recommend.

I went in for my evaluation and they said that they could correct my near sightness and halos I…read morehave been having and only need glasses for reading. Of course my first appointment for surgery was cancelled at 10pm the night before because their equipment was broke down. They then decided to do the left eye on the 10th of October, when I was suppose to have the right eye done and do the right eye on the 18th. I went in on the 10th and had left eye done. The next day when I went in I was seeing beautifully. I popped the lense out of my left eye glasses and things were great. On the 18th I went in for my second eye, the right. After I was on the bed with IV in my arm one of the nurses mentioned that they were on a time rush because they were doing 33 surgeries that day! Well my first thought was "get off the table" but they rushed me in and had a lot of pain and weird flashes that I had not had with first eye. They had me come back later that day rather than the next day to evaluate. My right eye had a 34 pressure, which I guess is pretty high from what some doctor doing said. That eye burned and watered for several days, first eye did not. When I looked after not having glasses on the left eye was still very clear for distance but the right not as good. I got 2.0 readers and so everything very clear up close. Since that time I have had a decrease in vision in both eyes and now it seems the readers are not even working like they should. I have horrible pain in both eyes, especially in the crease of my eye (top of my eyeball) with sharp pain often and my eye lids are dark. I called several times and one of the times a doctor , not my doctor, got on the phone and told me to get these lubricating drops and wipes which i did and used them as instructed. I finally got an appt with Dr. Lenci, the doctor who was suppose to do the surgery and the nurses did the eye chart which I had a hard time reading, another nurse did some measuring of my eye and had a concerned look on her face. When the doctor came in he did some more examining and put plugs in my tear ducts to keep more moisture and prescribed another moisturizing drop that I have been using since. No improvement and if anything getting worse. Love how when surgery is done a nurse takes you to a room and has the driver pull around back and throws you out. Stay away from this place. Assembly lines are for food, cars anything besides when your vision is at risk.
