She uses a wheelchair so that accommodation is extremely helpful. The facility is much larger inside than I realized and their desk staff is so courteous and professional. My mom's doctor was patient and explained his answers to her questions in terms that she could easily understand without having a degree in ophthalmology. And they are in network with a lot of different insurances which of course is a big plus. They have a nice selection of eyeglass frames but it's a much smaller selection than a LensCrafters store as an example.
