With the parking garage there's plenty of parking though I cannot stress more than ever do not leave any valuables in sight in your vehicle. Jay and Bridgette are the two on staff right now and I like them a lot! There is a small gym downstairs filled with modern, very expensive equipment. It has been a life saver for me since I am in a wheelchair and can't do much walking (recumbent bicycle is my go to!) There is a modern elevator which is also perfect for those with mobility problems and sure does help a lot when moving in! It's quiet here--for an apartment complex. I know there are children, but we just don't hear them. Friday night brings visitors, of course, so it gets a little louder but usually everyone respects the legal quiet time -- almost always! I am older, so this is helpful for us old folks. Negatives: Parking is the only thing I struggle with. And it seems to be the only thing most of my neighbors struggle with. I'm handicapped and quite often have to deal with autos taking over the handicapped spots with no placard. (And the usual "I'm gonna use my grandma's placard and park close because it's convenient" even when we NEVER see a handicapped person occupy that auto is prevalent here just as it is in shopping centers.) Unfortunate but I don't have an answer. Weekends we fill up quickly with guests--but what can I say? That's it for now. If you come here, I am a good neighbor to have.

The bad: -Parking can be challenging. We ended up having to pay $25 more for another spot a month because the visitor parking is not always guaranteed. -Small Apartments. Pretty cozy in these apartments! But you get what you pay for. -Meh appliances. Kind of cheap W/D, shelf in kitchen broke, handle on bathroom mirror fell off. Maintenance was always very responsive in these situations though, so I can't really say it was too bad. And again... you get what you pay for, and we had a cheaper unit. -Children can be loud. Overall they are sweet and respectful kids, just be aware if this is something that bothers you.

She got promoted and moved out of state for one of their other locations and the staff was subpar/took a lot personally than handling business, with the exception of some of the maintenance staff and Kristin was consistently cool. Renewing your lease over certain amount of years they try to offer retention incentives, like carpet cleaning and/or cleaning of your bathroom or moving to another unit without paying extra. Moving out is fairly straightforward and if you do a good job cleaning up, you will get your deposit back. I was so thrilled with my unit. Gym and pool area is really nice and so close to all the attractions within the Landing, Boeing headquarters, the 405 and 5, SeaTac, and during summer training season. Plenty of space within the unit compared to most places in downtown Seattle and parking is about 50 a month in the resident parking area (although my car did get broken into after multiple break ins in other vehicles in the garage & i had rats in the engine on another occasion- they do not keep it clean out there in the garage!). Be aware of hidden fees (valet trash but it does not get picked up near your door w the staffs shifts & the trash in the chutes) and things not getting fixed like the security gate or one of the elevators were never fixed due to a part they somehow never received in for at least a year). I also entered a ticket 7 times to get my washer/dryer replaced and it still takes multiple cycles to dry. Hopefully the safety and security has improved since I left, and no one is pulling the alarm from the street every so often even the fire department and people got tired of responding. They also tow cars they shouldn't and dont on the ones they should..the ones who enforce it dont even check the facts and incriminate everyone. Also make sure you are courteous to those who deliver your groceries to you: dont leave them without any instructions in a place like this!

When we walked in, the place was disgusting. They had laid down new carpet but other than that the place was FILTHY & A LOT of things broken. The carpet wasn't fully laid yet. We were paying for an "upgraded apartment" LOL so there was supposed to be laminate in the main room, & when we asked they said that this was the "upgraded" apartment They gave us 3 days off rent-which we had to fight for a few more days because of the major inconvenience (out of state move). We couldn't stay in the apartment until it was livable. We gave them a week with us out, & when we returned, while mostly cleaner, there were still SO many things broken! we initially grabbed our keys a week AFTER our lease started, giving them extra time to fix it up. From the moment we moved in everyone in the office was wayyy less friendly than when trying to get you to sign a lease with them. the washing machine didn't properly wash clothes the first full year even with multiple maintenance requests until one of the more competent maintenance people caught the issue. Gross. Many of our clothes got mystery stains on them after "washing" in the broken machine and had to get rid of them. There was a plumbing issue in our building that left sewage in both of the bath tubs, sinks, seeping out of the floors, ect. We had to tell them they missed our apartment & they almost didn't fix ours that night bc the leasing office did not let maintenance know our apt was also compromised. They LEFT the sewage without cleaning it all weekend, and when we told the leasing office the following week when we were back in town, they basically said "Oopsies, we'll make a note." we paid for cleaning services out of pocket. Absolutely gross and unsanitary. MOLD. All over the apartment. No matter how often we wiped with vinegar & bleach, left windows open, had dehumidifiers, left our fans on (which is hilarious they don't turn off bc of how gross the place is) - there was mold in pretty much every corner growing on walls & windows. We did put in a request and they told us it was just dirt! insane when there's plenty of pictures & it's obvious that it's mold. They basically scrape what they can & paint over it. Disgusting. Kimberly did an initial move out walk thru & told us she would not nickel and dime us of our experience, & that our carpet was in good shape compared to other units. they only offered us $515 back from our prorated July rent AND our security deposit bc they replaced part of the carpet - after they had us pay to have the carpet professionally cleaned ($300). Part of the charge out of our deposit was to pay for more cleaning, and when that "didn't work" they replaced part of the carpet. We already paid for that cleaning. They had a professional receipt. It's not about the money-it's the fact they should have done the right thing after our experience. We avoided writing a bad review while living there in fear of big rent spikes & not getting our deposit back - We might as well have left the apt in the condition we found it (we left it extremely clean minus the mold we found which is much more than they can say they did for us). We noticed some positive reviews from current tenants last year all at the same time & wonder if the office offered them a special discount for a positive review. In my new search made sure to not check out their other Seattle area property. We considered staying again bc we do like the location, but so happy we chose to not put up with this place another year. There were other things we could list but you get it. If you can swing a little bit more in rent it's worth it to avoid this gross place.

If anyone had people over in our little section, we could hear it. Then our neighbors downstairs tried to say we were making too much noise. I just looked at her like she was insane because you can hear everything in this place, we weren't doing anything "noisey" it's not my fault you can hear through the walls and every step your upstairs neighbor takes. We heard every time our upstairs neighbors moved around. Mold. Mold. Mold. You can't just keep putting new caulk over old mold and pretend it's not there. The gym is not accessible 24 hours a day. Front desk decides when pool is open. Jacuzzi is in tiny awkward room. Old windows and doors. Opening our sliding glass door to get in the balcony is a task. Halfway through our year lease they said they would require all dog owners to submit a dna sample. I don't even have a dog, but honestly seemed weird. Why wouldn't they install cameras? Which would keep the property AND residents safer. When it snowed. No salt no sand. Just a complete ice rink of a parking lot. Also, do you like hearing the sound of a leaf blower 3 days a week? Then this is just the place for you!
