These guys KNOW suspension inside and out. So you think they would know, just like any other professional, that changing dampers on my car is a 3.5-4hour job. Talk about BAIT & SWITCH!!! RIP OFFS!!! I was quoted a price on Wednesday, shopped around for other quotes, called them on Friday to make an appointment because they had competitive quotes ($540) and could get me out in one day. I again verified the price I was told over the phone on Wednesday. Both times I stated "are you sure you can do it for that price?" and both days I was told "yes". So I arrived at my appointment and after their inspection had the price to almost $1300! This was for an across the board spring replacement that needed no "additional work" and no other parts, just rear leaf springs. "oh, we must have mis-heard you".... yeah, right. RIP OFFS! read more

I have had an ongoing shimmy in my front end and it shimmied right into the steering wheel. It was very frustrating and annoying. I have been to 2 tire stores in town with no relief. When I called and spoke to Angelo, he stated rather emphatically, "We'll find it"! Jenny A I had asked them to send me a reminder when I was due for my next rotation. They did just that. My appointment was made. The young man was very polite. I also asked for an oil change at the last minute to save me time. This was done efficiently and within the time frame they had told me. When all was done, he explained a problem I had with a leak. and offered to give me an estimate. I said my mechanic would take care of it and he never pushed. Unbelievable! Put a camper on back of my Dodge 350 with dualies and it was wallowing all over the road, steering was an intense workout, needing almost all my concentration! Spring Works miracle workers pimped my ride with extra spring leaves and heavy duty shocks and fixed all sorts problems I had no idea I had.. including alignment. Had a great experience at spring works. The owner and all the staff members were extremely helpful. I came in for an alignment on all four tires. They let me know I had a loose ball joint so they were unable to safely align my wheels. I appreciate that instead of letting me go and not informing me of an issue. I did research and they had the best price in town to replace my lower ball joint and alignment. I asked to see the loose ball joint on my car and the owner gladly brought me in the shop to show me issue. Two hours later my car was fixed and driving smoothly. Took my Mazda in a couple of weeks ago for a four wheel alignment right after I installed lowering springs. I was in and out in 20 minutes (when all you can adjust is toe on a vehicle, it really doesn't take that long!). Price was very reasonable and they agreed to recheck the settings in a month or so after the springs have had a chance to settle. What more could I ask for?! read more

These guys will tell you something is wrong with your car or truck when there really isn't, and then they won't fix the problem or actually create another problem so youll have to go back and get it fixed again. I was referred here by Americas Tire, the $50 alignment seemed like a good deal. I took my car in, they kept me waiting even though I had an appointment. I left the car with them and they called me an hour later and said they couldn't align it because too much work needed to be done. They couldn't give me an estimate for 2 days and when they did the estimate was for $3011. I then took the car to Les Schwab and they aligned it for $99. They told me there were issues that I could fix for $1000 but if I was going to sell the car in the next few years it wasn't necessary to do the repairs to operate it safely and I might experience more tire ware than I would if the repairs were made. Spring Works did not give me any options but a $3011.00 repair estimate or nothing. I will never take another car here, as far as I am concerned they were extremely unprofessional and made dramatic over estimates for repairs. read more

Excellent service! Our mechanic neighbor recommended Spring Works as they are best in town for alignments. Friendly staff willing to answer questions and take time to explain their diagnosis and results. Nice waiting room with free coffee, tea, cereal and fresh fruit. Front wheel alignment was done in 45 minutes with warranty of work. Followed up next day and bought Michelin tires and steering was improved with no steering wheel wobble. Spring Works called me a few weeks later to follow up with alignment to see if everything was OK which car was just fine. Nice easy parking lot and advise to call ahead for appointment as they can be busy and rightly so as they do great work. I will take all my cars to Spring Works in the future. read more

Bad business practices!! Went there 2 days ago to make appointment for job quoted to me a couple of months ago....they pull out my quote, make the appointment for 2 days later. I arrive, and they try to tell me it is going to be $60 more than quoted. I advised that I had been in 2 days prior, you pulled my quote and scheduled the appt. and at that time you should have told me there was a price increase. They refused to honor the quote. So, they lost business!! They lost a $350 job over $60 and now I will tell everyone I know!! read more
