They did a great job on all of the external panel

I have never left a review for anything, but they made me a super fan! I live in SF and have to park under trees every day, so I had a build up of dirt, sap and tree debris. They had such attention to detail, my car looked brand new! I opted for the clay wax to remove all that stuff and it is so soft and smooth! I want to show off my car to friends and family. . I will go here whenever I am in Santa Rosa! They are awesome! This is a pic of my 10-year old car! So shiny!!

Detailed the exterior of my second car paid $250 and was amazed of the results really amazing team. It was really worth it

2 after resurfacing of wheels photos, 1 before

AutoPride now resurfaces damaged metal wheels and repaints to restore like-new condition for about 1/3 of the price of area wheel repair shops. They resurfaced three of my black shiny wheels on my 2020 Range Rover after I scraped a couple of curbs, and the wheels look like new! I highly recommend you contact them for your wheel resurfacing needs. They were quick, professional, and did the job right the first time.

didn't bother wiping behind the steering wheel or even wipe the ash off of my blinker

I never write reviews, but I left extremely upset and had such a terrible experience, that I felt like I needed to. (Attached pictures are AFTER my car was cleaned by them.) Someone had just borrowed my car & decided to smoke cigarettes in it. I tried cleaning the inside myself, but there was too much ash and the smell was too much for me (as a non-cig smoker). So I was already feeling upset and disrespected that someone would do that, before coming here and even told them what had happened. I emphasized that I really wanted to focus on the inside of my car and didn't really care about the outside. I even drove 30 minutes to get to this car wash because I had remembered they had done a good job years ago. I bought the Gold Package, because I wanted the floor mats shampoo'd, but couldn't afford the higher $100 package (which included carpet cleaning), which they tried to push on me multiple times. I didn't notice too much when I got in my car, I just saw my front two floor mats were clean and the dash seemed better than it was before. I was in a rush to get to work, so I tipped them and was on my way. It wasn't until I drove away that I started noticing more things in my car that were missed, but I had to get to work so I couldn't go back (and I had also left them my receipt, so I can't after work either). When I got to work I checked the back seats and floor mats and was super upset with how they left everything. They didn't even go in my trunk, which I had spent all morning clearing out for them. They also didn't touch the cup holders or side doors. It's almost like they half vaccumed, wiped over everything else (not getting any small spills that could have been wiped away if they went over the spots a little more than a single swipe). Feeling super disappointed & upset for trusting them with my car as I spent $66 there all together (not including the tip I gave as well).

    Bad cleaning inside the box

This place is so bad didn't like at all not Doesn't worth the 250 that they ask for The quality of cleaning it's bad they forgot to do the back of the car and i got to wait 10 minutes more. I did expect something else because i was doing it somewhere else i tried that one because it's kinda close by. The workers were cursing because they finished it late like if i did pay 250 you have to do your job very bad . Thanks for the experience never coming back for sure. I'm going to give 1 star if i could put less than one i will put

    Car wash stop.

It's rare to find a place where everyone carries themselves with such professionalism and positive energy every single time. 10/10. Highly recommend for basic oil changes.

Anyway, they failed to reattach a plastic shield that goes over the oil pan under the car and then as soon as we hit the highway on Sunday, it partially dropped off and started making a lot of noise as it dragged on the highway. Luckily this happened just one stop from our regular mechanic so we dropped off the car. Valvoline lost 2 customers yesterday, as I can't trust that corporate has my best interest in mind. They train / force their employees to sell, sell, up-sell! As an example, the cabin air filter is a $3 part that they charge $55 to change. It takes less than 3 minutes to change. The retail part is as low as $11.99 online. What a ripoff. And sure, we know we are being overcharged for the convenience- but when they start making what amount to costly negligent mistakes, it completely defeats the purpose.

I checked the usual suspects -- drain plug and oil filter -- for being loose, cross-threaded (or worse, missing). Nope -- all was fine. The leak appeared to be coming from the area where the oil filter was installed. My suspicion is that the vehicle was likely overfilled with oil, creating sufficient pressure to cause a gasket failure in the (very tightly installed) oil filter, or another gasket in that area. After replacing the oil filter and reinstalling the drain plug, I haven't had a problem since. Draw your own conclusions; I've made mine.

Well the truck should have been it their system and Synthetic is not recommended. Their moto is "Your Choice of Oil - Fast Fair and Easy". I was not given that choice, was stuck with a product I didn't want or need, and it was not fair. So, I will make a new choice and take my the three vehicles some place else.

I got a call from them, like twice, and he said he'd meet me yesterday in person. So I met him there at 9:30 am as agreed and brought a bank statement. He looked at it, and gave me the $5 in cash. Great service from Rudy. I was impressed. I explained why I sent the initial e-mail I did. So many businesses now nickel and dime customers. And are not responsive at all after the purchase. This is exactly how you lose customers!! Also as a business owner, you might want to avoid sounding thin-skinned in your review replies. There was no need to be accusatory in your response to my legitimate complaint. I didn't whine about the price hike and honestly, I don't care if you pre-spray or not. Except for the indisputable fact that the cars will come out of your machine dirty if it isn't done. Your solution? Join your club. No thanks. I, and I'm sure a good deal of the rest of the world are growing tired of subscriptions. I posted my initial complaint hoping you'd simply reconsider the pre-spray policy. Obviously you won't even contemplate that, so consider our business concluded. However moving forward, you might consider placing a sign on your kiosk explaining to new customers that your $11 wash will render a car that is only partially clean. As for me, I'll head over to the "big corporate competitor" for my next car wash. Maybe he doesn't do the pre-spray like your higher tier customers enjoy, but I imagine my car will at least come out cleaner than the last few times I've been through your wash. And if I do have a complaint to raise with them, I can be pretty sure whoever responds won't serve their response with sarcasm.
