They've switched for the worse!!! I was here 3 mo the ago. They n used to wash my car and do my leather interior for $50. 3 mo the ago they did my carwash only for $45. And charged me $25 to do all my leather interior including seats and back bench. (I have a 2 seater sports car. Three mo ths later its $25 for hust the door and the dashboard leather to be treated. No seats, no back bench, no back ledge!!!! I hate being nickelodeon and dimed!!! Been coming here for over 20 years. Never again!!!! First, the good news the car was clean and it was all done inside and now they did a good job. I have a new car that had some bugs on it and the only way they could get the bugs off is by charging me $135 and said there was no other service that they offered that could get the bugs out because I wanted the car claim, I paid the price, but I did not like it. While this location is very convenient, Anything beyond a basic car wash is way overpriced. It's great to be able to get your oil changed here quickly and easily, but I will hesitate to come back because there are so many fragrances in the waiting area and store and bathroom that I find it toxic and I know that people with chemical fragrance sensitivities would not be able to do business here because of it. read more

AutoPride now resurfaces damaged metal wheels and repaints to restore like-new condition for about 1/3 of the price of area wheel repair shops. I never write reviews, but I left extremely upset and had such a terrible experience, that I felt like I needed to. (Attached pictures are AFTER my car was cleaned by them.) Someone had just borrowed my car & decided to smoke cigarettes in it. I tried cleaning the inside myself, but there was too much ash and the smell was too much for me (as a non-cig smoker). So I was already feeling upset and disrespected that someone would do that, before coming here and even told them what had happened. I emphasized that I really wanted to focus on the inside of my car and didn't really care about the outside. I even drove 30 minutes to get to this car wash because I had remembered they had done a good job years ago. I bought the Gold Package, because I wanted the floor mats shampoo'd, but couldn't afford the higher $100 package (which included carpet cleaning), which they tried to push on me multiple times. I didn't notice too much when I got in my car, I just saw my front two floor mats were clean and the dash seemed better than it was before. I was in a rush to get to work, so I tipped them and was on my way. It wasn't until I drove away that I started noticing more things in my car that were missed, but I had to get to work so I couldn't go back (and I had also left them my receipt, so I can't after work either). When I got to work I checked the back seats and floor mats and was super upset with how they left everything. They didn't even go in my trunk, which I had spent all morning clearing out for them. They also didn't touch the cup holders or side doors. It's almost like they half vaccumed, wiped over everything else (not getting any small spills that could have been wiped away if they went over the spots a little more than a single swipe). Feeling super disappointed & upset for trusting them with my car as I spent $66 there all together (not including the tip I gave as well). read more

Yesterday I had a basic oil change and car wash at Auto Pride, 59 Mission Circle, Santa Rosa. Money is tight so I looked around for a cheap oil change, and didn't find one, but this was the lowest price I found. I also needed a car wash so I got both and saved a little on their oil change/car wash package. I have been there for that several times and I have always been happy with them. They got so many bad reviews, I almost didn't go back. But they had the best price I could find and I have been happy with them before. So I put out some good vibes for a good outcome, and it was excellent as always before! So I decided to write a review and give them 5 stars to update their review rating because everything with them was great. It's so hard to find out the prices at the different shops. But their head office emailed me the price details and answered all my questions, unlike other shops that had better reviews. Basic oil change was $60 for my Toyota Yaris. Basic car wash was $24 when done at the same time. Senior discount is $2 Mon-Thurs or $1 Fri-Sun. My total was $84.92. It took about an hour, waiting in a clean and pleasant waiting room. My car was really dirty but now it is sparkly clean. I am going to steam clean my seats today and go over any detailing as well as touch up paint any scratches. I am a happy customer and will go back to them for their excellent care again. read more

I went to get a car wash because my car was filthy. I requested the Gold Wash for $42 thinking they would do better then they have before with just the basic wash. Unfortunately they did not. They didn't wipe down my doors or center console. It was suppose to come with an air fresheners and I got none. I use to go to this place all the time and they did such a good job. I really wanted to like this car wash.... S E R V I C E: Our car was taken in right away, so we didn't have to wait too long for our car to get cleaned - but then that's when you start thinking, it was too fast for a hand car wash. My fiancé and I decided to go with the premium package. They have several other packages and some even going up to $300! Crazy! E X T E R I O R: Car looked decent from the outside. We watched them polish our car and they let us choose the air refresher (which only lasted about 30 minutes). We noticed some soap at the bottom of our door that left stains, sooo that wasn't cool. I N T E R I O R: The inside of your car is what you expect to be cleaned the most when you pay to get your car hand washed. Cup holders looked like they weren't event touched, crumbs were still all over the place including the stitching of the seats! Our dashboard was DUSTY and I'm pretty sure our air vents spit out dust when there wasn't any to begin with. O V E R A L L: Don't waste your time and money to come here. There are other hand car washes available or you might as well wash your car yourself haha. Sorry, that's a no from me, dawg. I was told I had to pay extra $2 per 4 car mats to have them cleaned. Kinda weird they're not included, but ok since I'm already here. (First red flag) Car was called as finished, and I got in my car and drove off. As I was driving home, I turned to the passenger seat. That's weird, there's crumbs here and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned at all. I turn around and look in the backseat, and there was a mat completely untouched. I turned the car around and drove back to the car wash to see what the disconnect was. "You didn't pay for that car mat to be cleaned so we didn't clean it." What? Isn't your job to quote me for the work, and I pay accordingly, I thought. "What about none of the seats being wiped down" I ask. "We don't touch leather interiors at all. Not unless you pay $45 more for us to condition the leather." Again, isn't it your job to quote me for the work so I don't leave with a dirty car? Also, very odd. Wanted to give this spot a chance because of location even though I've gone to Mendocino Car Wash regularly before. I thought, hey, this place can't be bad, they have a half star more than Mendocino on Yelp. Shame on me for not reading the reviews and looking at the pictures of many others leaving with filthy cars. Seems like all the things you think would be included in a car wash, are, in fact, not at this location. They will not be cleaned or you will have to pay extra to possibly ensure they get cleaned (based on others' reviews, that is not even a guarantee). I'd like to say thank you to my husband for stepping in for Auto Pride today and actually cleaning the car. First time I have been here in a few years and really disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. When I first arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly employee that immediately got to work with asking me what I needed done. He told me the approximate time that they would need to complete the full interior detail and the wash/wax of my car. I was told it would probably be about 1.5 hours and I was not pressed for time. When they took my car there were very few people at the business and they were able to start right away. By the time it arrived out front and into their garage for the interior detailing, many more people arrived and it got pretty busy. I waited outside in the shade and watched car after car that arrived after me get competed while my car sat in their garage without anyone working on the exterior or interior. My thought was "they are just busy, no big deal" and "they will finish it once they get some cars out of the way." They did finish and cleared cars out of the way prior to removing mine from their garage. The detailing inside and out were subpar and definitely not worth the money I paid for the detailing service. While driving away I noticed that the center console, dash, instrument panel, and window controls did not get wiped down after being sprayed by their cleaning solution. I didn't much mind because that's an easy fix and would wipe it down when I got home. By the time I got home and did a full walk around my car, there were numerous missed areas that had not even been cleaned and a bunch of wax that had not been wiped off. Windows had steaks and dirt was not removed from the top of the windows. Mirrors were only wiped down in the middle. The mirror housings were covered in wax that was not apparent until looking at them in the light. Under my windshield on the dash was overspray from cleaning supplies. Neither headlight was touched, let alone cleaned. On top of all of that, not a single wheel/rim was cleaned..... $250 and over 2 hours of waiting, I still had to clean portions of my car that they didn't bother to touch or detail properly. I don't understand how so much could be missed unless they just didn't bother. Why not have a quality control employee or manager to ensure proper completion of the job? I like the convenience, but the scratched from the machine on Mission are now all over the back of the car. I don't like the upsell every time you bring it in as well. As many times as I ask they never pop the mats back in the tabs which creates a hazard leaving. I tried but cancelled due to lack of service. read more

My friend wanted a car wash she had a $5 dollar off coupon I told her to wash it herself but she didn't listen to me. For $30 they charge you to wash the exterior and clean and vacuum the interior it was a terrible job overall. You can tell they rushed threw it and took no time to wipe anything clean. The point of us bringing a dirty car to the car wash is to go home with it clean. There was still crumbs and dirt left inside along with the exterior not wiped well leaving water spots all over. The staff is always been friendly here, this time was no different. Everyone was friendly and nice to my face. When I received my truck, it was a completely different story. For contacts, I drive a 2020 Ford F350 platinum. I take a lot of pride in my vehicles and I regularly maintain them. I was excited to continue this tradition and have them detail my truck. I paid $250 for the complete detail, not only did they not complete the job, no carpet wash was performed, runningboards were not washed at all, no dressing on any of the exterior trim. But they left a massive puddle of Cleaner on the floor, it was not just a spill, they emptied all of my center consul, as well as my personal belongings into a garbage bag. One of the employees somehow someway, covered everything in that bag with cleaning solution. My gym bag, phone, chargers, electronics, and personal belongings are completely covered in some kind of cleaning solution. I will be calling the owner tomorrow to go over this, however, I want the community to know about this experience. I absolutely love my community, I will always go above and beyond for my customers. This is unacceptable. I don't even know how to fix this with them considering my things are ruined. read more
