If you want donuts that are trendy and cool but don't want to wait in a gigantic line for them, Spring Valley Donuts is a great alternative! I went on what happened to be St Patrick's Day and they had themed donuts including a Lucky Charms one! Their red velvet cake donut was on point, too. They also have good, ol' fashioned glazed if you're feeling traditional. :) read more

Now these were for my 4 year old nephew so i didn't care too much on how they tasted because he eats anything with sugar .... BUT man they were delicious !!!!! This is the only place I know that does these happy birthday donuts so I ordered two birthday donut boxes the day before and picked up early the next morning. I must say they are pretty to look at and fun to eat. There's definitely a lot of color and looks like they took tome to decorate. I am giving it four stars because it was hard to communicate over the phone to place my order and state the birthday name on the last donut. (They write it on) After several attempts of repeating it back and forth, I offered to text her the names so we could avoid any confusion. After I picked up the donuts the next day, I found that one of the names was misspelled. They wrote their own interpretation of the name. It was still a wonderful surprise for the person I gifted it to but it would have been better if it was correct to begin with. The only other thing is she didn't communicate to me the boxes were $25 each after I asked on the phone. She didn't know pricing. I still placed the order but the next day was surprised to see about $54 on the register for two boxes of donuts. I know they worked hard on those so I couldn't back out now. I don't think I would order these again but it was nice to enjoy them once we paid for them. read more

We ordered two dozen cake donuts for a bday brunch and they were SO delicious! We had never tried Spring Valley Donuts before and have decided that it will be our new go to! The donuts were still yummy TWO days after the party. The establishment felt clean and the gourmet options were impressive enough that we picked up an extra dozen for our guests. Thank you, Spring Valley Donuts, for helping make our son's first bday a success! read more

Went with the family. Kids liked it but didn't rave about it. The breakfast burrito was not good at all. But we judge a donut shop by their chocolate donuts, and my wife loved them! I was not super impressed though. Kolaches were okay. But the cake donut was the best I've ever had. I wouldn't go back for anything but the cake donuts. read more

This place makes some of the best donuts I've had yet. They're not the super gourmet types, which I appreciate. I really don't have anything more to say, I know you are disappointed. Its a run of the mill Asian food spot. I was a little turned off when I watched my stir fry veggies take a dip in the deep fryer. Super cheap and fresh. Opens every early. Def a hole in the wall type of place. They makes the best kolaches I've ever had. Sweet, soft, airy bread on the outside and fresh sausage and bacon on the inside. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! I eat here often and am never disappointed. One of my favorite places to get good, cheap food. And also the freshest donuts I've had in Dallas. Very soft & light. Almost like cotton candy texture. It melts in your mouth. read more

We have all had our fair share of donuts. But this place is among one of my favorites. I am a huge Shipley's and Krispy Kreme fan, and this place is right up there with them. This cute family owned restaurant is a convenient stop on my way to work. The donuts melt in your mouth and the taste is heavenly. They have a nice assortment of kolache style breakfast choices as well. I usually go for the basic sausage kolache for those mornings when a donut is just too sweet. read more

I moved from uptown recently and have been looking for a new donut shop near me. I decided to try this one out after reading good reviews and the one about them having 'trendy' donuts. They are very basic. They do offer a cute Happy Birthday box of donuts. But I was looking for non basic flavors or at least great execution on the traditional ones and found neither. read more
