I had been at Oak Hill hospital for some medical problems and found out I had a-fib and they did a lot of tests and then they sent me here and I got Rehab. I'm getting older so they got me a walker. I gotta find some tennis balls for it. They treated me very nice. A lot of the nurses spoke Spanish so I was in heaven because I love learning new words in Spanish. I highly recommend Oak Hill senior living. It's not just a nursing home or a rehab center. It's everything, you can even live here as assisted living patient in a little apartment. Thank you for what you did for me, Oak Hill. I just missed the sweet elderly ladies that I met there. There were anywhere in age from 85 to 99 years old, they were so sweet!!

Tha nursing staff, PT dept, Social work were all professional. With one or two exceptions, the CNA's were uncaring, very slow to respond to call lights, impatient, at times disrespectful, If you or your loved one need more care than changing the sheets or handing you a meal tray. If you'd like help with personal care, kindness and respect do not be admitted here. Perhaps administration should take closer. Looks at who they hire to be a CNA at their facility.

Like most senior living residences, this one is under staffed in both administration and care units, but everyone seems ok waiting for things to get done when there are smiles and hugs and good humor. Rosecastle does not have a theater or a tavern or a swimming pool or ballroom. It has a lobby and activity room, and a nice dining area for assisted living patients or memory care if their families are there to take them. The food is not glamorous, but it is nutritious and plentiful, and is better than my Mom cooked when she was cooking for herself. Two staff members are to care for, bathe, feed, clean up after, and so on, 15 elderly who need a lot of support. The food is extremely unhealthy. No fresh vegetables and no fresh fruits. Most foods are greasy and overly salted. "Fruit" is canned and mixed in cool whip substance, and vegetables are from a can. Medical decisions are not in line with current medical protocols. If you place someone here, consider supplementing with a private assistant. Many of the reviews are culled as soon as someone places a person at the facility. Reviews are not offered after residents have been at the facility for a while. After my parent passed away, we did not receive a card or any kind of acknowledgement.

Walking down the halls there were ladies cleaning and it smelled nice. The rooms are huge with vaulted ceilings. The floor is so clean I could eat off of it. I'm just saying. They have a vibrant program for MC and a slew of mature volunteers who keep the residents engaged. What I like: the food is delicious and it is bright and airy. The rooms have built in storage....so much I didn't have to even bring a dresser if I didn't want to. The bathroom has ample storage too. The deep cleaning occurs weekly and is done so well-even the corners are reached. The Executive Director is approachable and responsive. The staff are helpful and responsive too. I can access staff quickly and directly via phone. Cameras (no audio) are allowed and that has given me peace of mind to see my mom's routines and her interactions with the staff. I am pleased that TS wants so much transparency. The questions I have had are answered quickly and a win/win appears to be the goal. I have had experience with 3 different facilities and this is head and shoulders above the other 2. I highly recommend Trinity Springs. btw, a friend moved his wife in and he is/was very happy with the facility and the staff. When she passed, he invited her caregivers to her service.
