It is warm, clean, and inviting in a way that put our whole family at ease. What stood out most was how the staff treated our father as an individual, not a patient number. They made the transition so much easier than we ever expected. They were flexible when our family had needs, honest and direct when we had questions, and consistently went above and beyond. That kind of care is rare and it means everything when someone you love is depending on them. Their activities program is very creative-thoughtful and unique, and clearly designed with real intention, accommodating residents of all different abilities and mobility levels. The secure outdoor areas are a wonderful touch. Knowing he could get outside, feel the sunshine, and have a change of scenery safely gave our family peace of mind. Even at the end of his life, the staff treated our loved one with tremendous respect and dignity, and made sure he was comfortable and at peace. That is something our family will never forget. My sister had a ribbon cutting ceremony upon arrival to enter her room and new home. The staff are superb. Everyone I met had a relationship with my sister and gave her the best care and love. I loved the activities they chose to do with the residents. Our family kept up with all the activities because they post on Facebook with wonderful pictures. I have saved them and now have many pictures of memories. Everytime I have been at Braybrook the place smells and is clean. My sister's bedding and clothes were always clean. Braybrook has a wonderful patio the residents can go out onto where there is shade and sun, a butterfly garden, plants and the veggies and herbs the residents helped them plant and watched grow in the grow boxes. I love Braybrook. I am so glad my sister was there for her time.

However, the 3 represents the greed, the bait and switch tactics and sheer temerity to even make the claim, they've claimed. Originally, when we first visited, the apartment was beautiful. Greatly updated, and pristine. Problem for Mom, was she preferred the ground floor. Our tour guide , whose name I can't recall, said they had a ground floor, but it hadn't yet been updated. We arrived at the next apartment, and it most certainly was NOT updated. This had high traffic carpeting. Updated rooms had faux wooden floors. One thing you could not miss in this particular apartment, was the huge brown stain in the middle of the living room. The tour guide said they would replace the rug before Mom moved in, but Mom, said to leave it, she preferred carpeting. So, Mom moves in, puts a coffee table over the stain until they clean it. Which they tried, but this stain had been there a while. Fast forward. Mom's needs moved to an ALF, assisted living facility. She's not even in Embassy one year, but , no problem. They understand this had. Mom moves out. A few months after leaving Embassy, Mom gets a bill from Embassy. She has to pay for a new carpet because her dog or cat left urine. $1500.00 from her, for a carpet they were going to replace, anyway. They are doing everything they can, in accounts receivable, to shave a few bucks off their expenses by hitting up an 87 year old widow, with cognitive impairment, for a carpet that was filthy to start, and was going to be replaced, anyway. Hospice Diamond in Brooksville is telling me that these 4 rails on her bed is illegal. I want to keep my mom safe on her first night home from the hospital hospice diamond order two matress and 4 rails the delievery came over and put it together my mom came home from the hospital and put her on the bed the next morning she was on the floor. She had emergency surgery she fell and broke her tail bone the fire rescue came over and removed the matress and kept one in the bed they put my mom back on the bed and told me to keep the 4 rails up for her saftey I told hospice diamond about that they did not care they want to removed the 4 rails and put my mom in danger This is abuse of a patient. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

The only problem I see is on the weekends. When there's an emergency, the staff does not respond. Until I make a call and try to get a hold of somebody. There has been four cases of no response to an emergency call. When I asked about the problem, they blamed it on Spectrum. If you are having that much problem with Spectrum, you need to find another company. I think is a great place that my mom really loves. That I'm very concerned about the emergency problems on the weekend. If that problem is taken care of you guys are the best of the best.

We found out that because my father is a war veteran that he can receive assistance through the VA (both him and my step-mother) for $1100 each.
