As a business person I would never direct hire anyone away from a firm and auto liability is also not ever an issue. Maybe this company has an issue with their staff wanting to jump ship for better offers, that's always concerning for the customer. When your staff is looking to leave it means they are not happy with you as an employer.

In a very short time my Dad was relaxed with his new care team and enjoyed not only the care and concern they gave, but the companionship. Veronica was very involved in helping me with all aspects of my Dads care, making this stressful time, much less stressful for me. The entire team had my Dad's best interest at heart always and communicated any concerns they may have had, as well as suggestions for a better way of doing something. We moved our parents to the Residence several years ago when we determined they needed extra care…read moreand to be closer to family. The staff at the Residence has always been very helpful, especially as our mother developed dementia. At a given point, the staff suggested a memory care unit for her, which meant that mom and dad would have to live separately. There was some personal trauma by executing that decision, but we all made it through. Within weeks, our mother was put under hospice care and was allowed to remain in her own little apartment. The staff were so generous with their care for mom and allowed members of the family to stay all night in the apartment as we waited for the inevitable. Dad remains there today, and he loves and prays every day for staff and residents. Of course, there are minor issues that pop up from time to time that may give us pause, but overall, we are grateful for the good care our parents received at the Residence.

They do not let you know if staff cannot make it , all of the staff is self employed so they have a hard time finding coverage for the days needed....my mom is to have someone 5 days a week, she has gone 3 days without care because they dont have help to cover whenever someone is off or calls off...if you are going to have a homecare agency and take on clients , then make sure you have enough staff to cover all the contracts. This company does not have alot of trained staff for alzheimer patients

We were very nervous and canceled service and then started back up and then canceled and then we started back up because the office and the caregivers we have had made us feel very safe.
