As a business person I would never direct hire anyone away from a firm and auto liability is also not ever an issue. Maybe this company has an issue with their staff wanting to jump ship for better offers, that's always concerning for the customer. They do not let you know if staff cannot make it , all of the staff is self employed so they have a hard time finding coverage for the days needed....my mom is to have someone 5 days a week, she has gone 3 days without care because they dont have help to cover whenever someone is off or calls off...if you are going to have a homecare agency and take on clients , then make sure you have enough staff to cover all the contracts. This company does not have alot of trained staff for alzheimer patients
