All that said, the hot pot pepper chicken absolutely stole the show! This was a robust dish, plenty here for a meal plus leftovers first off, but beyond the perfectly crispy outside and tender inside chicken pieces, we really got into the sliced cauliflower and veggie mixture. Over a bit of rice, this is a dish we won't be able to resist again, not that the others weren't an easy re-order as well. It isn't your average fried rice and stir fry type of Chinese restaurant so if you're looking for something like that it might not meet your expectations.
