The front staff is always willing to answer all your questions. They are polite and even when dealing with phone calls and customers at the same time, they some how come out smiling. I have had no problems with any of the techs, they take their time and are extremely polite and patient. I recommend these guys all the time to everyone that needs any imaging and they always tell me thanks, because of the atmosphere. read more

Would give negative stars if that were an option. Please heed my warning if you are sent here for cancer staging. Insist you go somewhere with up to date machines. Had an MRI done..it took 6 days for a radiologist to read it. Probably because it was so poorly done. My surgeon took it to the tumor board and it was unanimous to go somewhere else as the slides/results were subpar. Spring Hill MRI alluded stage one. Went to TGH..had an extensive MRI done and read within 24 hours..stage 3. Big difference...and absolutely unacceptable that they were so off. Spoke with billing concerning this issue since I had to have and pay for another. Was told they'd wipe the tiny balance owed but would not refund on the awful MRI done. Of course..I'm still getting bills and will have to waste time to call about it tomorrow. Stay far away from here if you're looking for accurate results. read more

I had and appointment with Advanced Imaging and their customer service reps- schedulers was so very rude to me it gave me a headache and I cancel the appointment. Great Customer care skills! Front desk is the only possible place for improvement, as they were lackluster and aloof at best. Once you're called back for your test, all is forgotten as every person was willing to do whatever they could to assure you were well informed, comfortable, and the process was as seamless as possible!!! The office staff is not helpful at all. I had to reschedule an appointment for a CAT scan of my brain which was done with both my workman's Comp rep and the facility scheduler on the phone line at the same time. It was scheduled for 6PM yesterday. When I got there last night for the appointment the receptionist said she had no record of the appointment and no referral, When I asked her to call my worker'scomp rep, she refused to do that and so I left. I have now refused to go back there.To be completely honest if my choice was between going there for a scan, MRI or anything else or going to Montana, I would choose to go to Montana. In a time of so much uncertainty, this facility needs to find new employees who care about the patients and doing a good job. This facility doesn't even come close to doing an acceptable job, forget exceptional!!!! read more

3 things will keep me from going there or referring anyone to go there. 1. They were displaying my Social security number face up right where people check out. I made them white out it on my form as they were doing nothing to stop anyone from seeing it in plain view. So sloppy sensitive record management. 2. People in waiting room were not wearing masks, and they had a sign acting like "Wearing masks was mandatory" this was during the peak of all the hysteria, so when I asked employees why other people don't have to wear masks, they were very sheepish to even mention it to anyone. For a medical facility, they seem to not really take any kinda PPE seriously at all. Once of the workers was wearing their mask like a freak beard, as it did not cover her mouth or nose. 3. If you do go there, make them give you discs and copies of all your reports, they want to charge 25.00 if you need imagine later. So for a 5 cent disc, they want 25.00. This was never offered to me, and when I asked for one later, they said "they already made one for another doctor, of which that ENT destroys all discs after 6 months which I think is very lousy on their part too. I won't be dealing with companies that don't keep records, have sloppy record keeping, or are just plain incompetent when trying to make policy's and to coy to even enforce there own rules. So instead of offering to make another 5 cent copy of a record, they will have lost 100% of any future business, hope they feel this investment was well worth it. read more

This review is from my June 10, 2020 visit, and phase 2 of post-quarantine opening. I had an appointment for an overdue mammogram, which was confirmed by telephone the day before. During the call I was asked to wear a mask. I questioned this because a week prior my husband noticed some patients without masks. He actually asked me to go to a different facility. His temperature, as opposed to his other recent medical appointments, wasn't taken nor any questions asked if we had been exposed to the virus recently. When I arrived, mask on, I noticed the sign on the entrance asking patients to wear a mask before entering. Immediately after signing in, another patient walked in without a mask. She was greeted by every receptionist so I'm guessing she was a former coworker. During the next 10 minutes she still remained mask less. When I was called up to sign another form, I asked for a mask to be provided to her - the waiting room had no less than five other seniors who were at risk besides me. Can't understand why a medical facility cannot adhere to such basic precautions. My mammogram technician was lovely and the test was performed very professionally, but I'm pretty sure I won't be back to this location. read more

I had to get a MRI of my spine. We had some initial problems but the ladies at the front and the technicians were so sweet and did everything they could to make me happy. I had originally asked for an open MRI but there was some kind of mix up and I ended up in the tube. I could not do the tube they they worked with me to get me in on the same day even though they did not have an opening. I was very happy that I did not have to drive an hour to come back on another day. Very nice people at Spring hill MRI. read more

For years I went to another Imaging Center. I found out about this gem of a facility by needing a MRI of the breast, which my current facility did not offer. To my surprise the friendly scheduler called and my appt was scheduled within a couple days at this facility. I was feeling major anxiety since I am claustophobic. From the time I walked in I was greeted by a very lovely staff with a friendly atmosphere. The technician was very kind and thoughtful. He explained every step, played music to my request which helped tremedously and talked me through the exam. My nerves were at ease. A week later I had a MRI on my spine that I was dreading. I would usually request an open MRI but the tech advised the time in the machine I used previously is much shorter. I appreciate that he explained that. My second appt was with a different technician but equally helpful. He gave me headphones for music, eyewear that was soft and soothing so I didnt see the tunnel which helped me greatly and checked in with me during each segment of the test. This is my new "go to" place for future imaging. This is a lengthly review but the facility staff earned 5 stars for being professional, friendly and helpful to calm my fear for a necessary scan. The fact I could feel cool air in the MRI machine was a huge benefit being a claustophobic person. I felt cool, calm and relaxed. Thanks for a great experience. I could.not get into my Dr until I had a CT done, the place they wanted me to go was "booked" for 5 weeks. I called here and they had me in within 3 days. Huge difference! The staff was very nice, helpful and understanding. The desk was ready for me the very next day as well. read more

Getting an MRI is not a fun thing to do, that being said, Spring Hill MRI helps to make it even more of a NOT fun experience. I needed to have two Mri's done recently and had to cancel an appointment because they wanted me to pay a 100 dollar copay when I know my policy states a 25.00 copay. They were real helpful in that they would allow me to pay half and the other half later. Well that's fine except that I only owe 25 dollars. I had to go to my insurance company and get a copy of my policy and physically bring it to them before they would agree to do the MRI. By then it was too late to get it to my doctor to have him read it at my appointment. I got the MRI done finally,the tech said he would send it over to my doctor. When I set to my next visit they said they never received it and I had to go back and get a CD copy to take back to them. I had to go back for another MRI and I was 7 minutes late for the appointment, (my fault) they refused to do my MRI. Policy is 10 minutes late. I will not use Spring Hill MRI again. read more
