They called Thursday and left a message with a different time then we had scheduled and I returned the call and they said our time was correct and they would see us in the morning. Around 3pm that same day they cancelled our second appointment. And wanted to try and scheduled a third time for an appointment for a week later. I then called my doctor and was scheduled with another radiology facility and got the appointment and will be going there and I will not schedule any appointments with Ray us.

Diane was told that the CD is ready for pickup at the SR 52 location in Port Richey, FL. I hope that I will be treated better now that I have a signed permission statement from my wife, Diane Bliven! My insurance company BCBS is the reason that I have been utilizing TGH Imaging and I am so glad that they have a relationship. The office has gone above and beyond in certain circumstances. I checked in for my ultrasound at 1:15 and by 2 I was done. At no time did I feel rushed, nor did I…read morefeel that anyone I met I met was rushed to perform their tasks. I felt cared for and appreciated during my 45 minutes at this Baycare imaging facility. At 1:15, Debra checked me in with efficiency and courtesy. She was very friendly and helpful. While I waited to be seen for my ultrasound, I completed forms given to me by Debra. When I was done, I was given a soft pink bathrobe for my gown and a pink bag to use for my clothing. Celena came for me as soon as I was done changing. She was patient, efficient, professional, and kind. It was actually quite relaxing to be laying on her table! After 15 minutes, she asked me to wait while the doctor read my ultrasound. After he compared it to my mammogram, she returned and said that the doctor found nothing abnormal. She said everything appeared fine. I changed my clothes and I was done! This was a very pleasant experience and I will return next year.

I have very little pain, and the affects of the general anesthesia are subsiding. Dr. Politz spends time with his patient before the surgery, explaining everything and answering questions. He just called me tonight to make sure I was doing ok. How many surgeons give a patient their cell number? His bedside manner is superb, and his skill and experience is evidenced by his having performed over 10,000 thyroid and parathyroid surgeries. He is one of the best in the country - people come from other states and even other countries to be cared for by him.

I made an appointment…read moreas a new patient, arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, and after waiting for an hour 15 minutes past my appointment time I left explaining to the front desk staff that I couldn't wait any longer. I don't appreciate my time not being respected, as Dr expect theirs to be respected. Also, as I waited, I heard every word of the conversation the Dr had with the patient in the room next to mine. The walls are paper thin and the Dr talks very loud. I learned that the patient in the next room didn't have an appointment but the Dr "squeezed" her into his schedule. I'm glad he felt he could do that but clearly at my expense!!! After the patient left, the Dr did his dictation for her chart in the hall for all to hear and then talked about the patient with his nurse for all to hear. I value my privacy and wouldn't go back even if the staff called to reschedule, which they did no so. If this Dr values his patients, you would think the front desk staff would have called me trying to reschedule my appointment. I would not recommend this office to anyone!
