No one answers the billing number, and when you call the direct line all you get are people saying "I can't help with that, let me get you to billing." What a sham.

Spoke with billing concerning this issue since I had to have and pay for another. Was told they'd wipe the tiny balance owed but would not refund on the awful MRI done. You have to scan a QR code to complete check in paperwork which was fast to do. The most we waited was 10 mins before being seen. This urgent care does do RSV testing for kids. The nurse was super friendly and knew how to talk to my niece and made her feel comfortable and not scared. She even took us in the room where there was a TV and put Bluey on for her. When they did the testing for RSV. She swapped very gently and even did a really good method for her to not feel the swab going in deep into her nose. The doctor was amazing and knew all the right words to say. Overall my experience here was great and I would come back here for any urgent care visits.
