You have to scan a QR code to complete check in paperwork which was fast to do. The most we waited was 10 mins before being seen. This urgent care does do RSV testing for kids. The nurse was super friendly and knew how to talk to my niece and made her feel comfortable and not scared. She even took us in the room where there was a TV and put Bluey on for her. When they did the testing for RSV. She swapped very gently and even did a really good method for her to not feel the swab going in deep into her nose. The doctor was amazing and knew all the right words to say. Overall my experience here was great and I would come back here for any urgent care visits.

Then a nurse opened the door and told the piss cup lady to come into the place where they test leaving 2. Then another lady walks in and fills out the appointment thing and sits down. I was wondering why she wasn't leaving. About that time a nurse calls me in and gives me shit for waiting on the area where there are 3 people. I explained to her there were only two but she kept saying I was incorrect. I have never been treated as if I were an idiot except in boot camp. Very unprofessional, what a rude person. If I need blood work done I'll never get tested there again.
