You have to scan a QR code to complete check in paperwork which was fast to do. The most we waited was 10 mins before being seen. This urgent care does do RSV testing for kids. The nurse was super friendly and knew how to talk to my niece and made her feel comfortable and not scared. She even took us in the room where there was a TV and put Bluey on for her. When they did the testing for RSV. She swapped very gently and even did a really good method for her to not feel the swab going in deep into her nose. The doctor was amazing and knew all the right words to say. Overall my experience here was great and I would come back here for any urgent care visits.

TLDR-- Clean, nice staff, long wait time, probably would never draw blood again from here…read more The Review: The nurses were kind, the establishment was clean, and the services they had were plentiful. My experience, however, was not the best. The waiting time was surprisingly long despite being second in line. I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room which wasn't a big deal for me but I was in the actual exam room for a long time, and it wasn't a very busy day. At one point I was alone in the waiting room. Once they finally got to me, I explained how I felt, since I had flu like symptoms and I needed some blood work done, and that's where my bad time was had. Here's the deal, nobody likes needles. I was told I have tiny veins, and after sticking me three times and two different arms I didn't end up getting the blood sample I needed. As soon as they pulled the needle out, blood was all over my arm, and some fell to the floor. Honestly, I'm a bit traumatized. I've had blood taken out before, and it has been very quick, almost painless, and one and done. This was a rough experience for me and idk if I can bring myself to go back after that. This was just my experience. I don't want to trash on the whole urgent care because people did seem very kind, but the waiting time was pretty long for an office that didn't seem so busy. I did after the third needle have a mini panic attack and they got me water and calmed me down. They gave me a slip to go to quest diagnostics after a few days because they couldn't get the bloodwork they needed. It's been a rough 2025 start, fam. Hoping that folks have better experiences than me.

I had a very disappointing experience with Premier Community HealthCare, New Port Richey Family…read moreHealth Center. The providers refused to properly evaluate or help my child, who developed chronic migraines just 10 days after a car accident. Despite the seriousness of the situation, they declined to refer us for any necessary diagnostic testing and stated they could only order basic lab work. It felt like the medical staff were not equipped to handle conditions that go beyond routine well-child visits. There was no effort to investigate the underlying issue or provide appropriate care. On top of that, the wait time was unacceptable. I brought my child in and waited for about an hour between the lobby and the exam room. After we were denied help, the front desk staff appeared to be laughing and chatting casually, showing a lack of professionalism and sensitivity given the patient's condition. Overall, this experience was frustrating and concerning. I would not recommend this clinic if your child has a serious or complex medical issue.

We tried going to two local emergency rooms only to find that both of them were packed full. So we decided to come to Lifeguard Urgent Care. We are so grateful that we did! We scheduled an appointment, and were able to complete the registration paperwork online. The staff were very caring, professional, and polite. We saw an amazing nurse practitioner named Brittany. She thoroughly examined my aunt, and prescribed some medication. I am a registered nurse, and I was most impressed! I'd highly recommend this urgent care!!

Just to be doubly sure, I checked my bank statement, and the transaction cleared. So this final notice, and continued assault on my time is less than appreciated. And now, I am going back and forth over a bill that I already paid. No one answers the billing number, and when you call the direct line all you get are people saying "I can't help with that, let me get you to billing." What a sham.

George went above and beyond because he called the radiology department itself to make sure the appointments could be done, he made sure he had all of the MRI orders organized for the appointment, and checked on the insurance as well. As a result, I am looking forward to this experience because it will really help with my medical care and I know that Baycare cares about its patients and wants them to have an excellent experience. I had to leave work due to numbness in my feet only after standing for 10 minutes straight. I have had this issue for months and it keeps getting worse. I believe it's nerve problems caused by an underlying condition, they did not seem to care. They said a MRI is what I need but they won't give me one even though they are also an imaging facility so they should have machines to give me one. They seemed disappointed that I didn't have pain due to an injury recently although they could tell I was in pain. The workers got annoyed when I asked questions about what I was getting done and when I listed more problems that I was having. They kept pushing it off saying " it seems like sciatica nerve pain and there is nothing we can do here". Which I find ridiculous, they could have ordered more scans for me so they could find why it's getting worse especially since it's been going on for 6-7 months. They gave me three pills , a lidocaine patch , and a shot which all barely helped. I do not recommend going here at all.

I went to Labcorp and they were not kind nor helpful. Plus the lady wanted me to get the work done even though she couldn't tell me if they accept my insurance so i walked out. Well the waiting room was full so I expected a long wait but she called my name in ten minutes, she took my blood and urine sample and out the door i went.
