I had my 6 month labs done this morning. I rate the experience excellent! The lab technician was quick, painless, and very talented at my blood-letting. Polite and on time and the results of the blood work are pretty quick.... One problem is it is very difficult to schedule an appt online. It seems it takes at least a month. Yet, if I do a walk in, this is rarely a long wait. read more

UNPROFESSIONAL. NEED MORE SERVICE TRAINING. For my visit on Jul 7, 2025, I called a few times a few days last week to check for my order since I didn't want a repeat of my last visit where my order was missing, and waited for more than 5 hours to be seen. I could not speak to anyone by phone so I decided to go there. I checked in before 1:45PM and after 15 minutes tried to stand at the front desk and the first worker confirmed they have my order. Unfortunately another worker saw me, who said that she could not find my order, and told me to wait for worker1. Meanwhile, I also asked my doctor to refax the order. After more waiting, worker1 finished and found it on the same computer (worker2 was using a different computer). They were arguing with each other. Worker2 told her that she needed help but worker1 said that she could not stay as it was past 3PM. Then worker2 said that my insurance is not valid (NOT TRUE, I just confirmed and I have already used it a few times). She also claimed that she might not see me anyway as it was past 3pm already. She obviously still has to learn the system as worker1 found my order. Even if they had a problem with each other, they should have tried to help me as the lab claimed no appointments needed. I left without my bloodwork as she kept saying that my insurance is not working, and besides I started to feel my BP going up. She obviously does not know how to use the system or just too lazy to do the work. They both didn't apologize and worker2 looked like I was wasting her time. Very rude workers. Extremely rude front desk! When the kiosk says go to front desk they get pissy and rude, it's like you can't even ask a question without a massive attitude! They clearly do not like their job! Kindness goes a long way and some people have to be there for medical conditions not just routine things and can already be down and upset with what they are going through, this just makes things worse! Worst treatment ever. I was racially discriminated against. And wouldn't let me be seen because I had my daughter with me . I'm a single father in-between jobs and in the process of getting a new job pending THIS visit. She was so rude and even made my daughter cry. I'm so sad. no one to speak to ask a question left in waiting room ? 30 mins before catching someone asked question they were annoyed . Very unprofessional seems not to know how to deal with children . Very rude older nurse blond gray hair . Being snappy I told her she was touching my son she chased me to the door grabbing paper work I'd signed prior saying I was responsible for any bill. She said they weren't mine and I was taking them . She also touched my arm I should have filed a police report but I didn't want to wait any longer. as I was leaving I noticed and elderly heavy woman that was unstable walking she had been leaving lab corp at same time we were walking out with no services provided . She walked to her car and drove away . I thought it was medicla ethics that if a patient is unsafe to drive that they shouldn't be allowed to leave . I called customer service made complaint they said supervisor would call me but as of two hours later no calls . I filed a complaint on there website as well . I don't recommend anyone use this business for anything from disorganization lack of custimer service rudeness of employees to lack of concern for patients or public safety in general . Please use a different lab testing company . This place obviously is making so much money that they feel they don't need to give compassionate care or even follow medical ethics of dono harm ? read more

I went to this labcorp for the first time today and the staff were very rude and miserable. I don't recommend anyone to come here as it is not a welcoming environment to feel comfortable in. The looks I got from the staff was very unpleasant! I will NOT be returning! read more

This location is incompetence at the highest level. Can't find a urine sample after three days! No one knows. Do your self a favor and find another lab. In this day and age you tell me why you can't contact your patient, or doctor either by email, text, or by a simple phone call that you screwed up. And, that you care about their health, and you have another plan in place to expedite their needed lab tests and results. How cold is that! I can't believe I'm the only one Oh yes, and don't miss your appointment. I think a boycott is needed to improve this "service". Bud Light, Target, Disney anyone? It's just your health care and mine. A little hard to find. They don't answer the phone. They are there. I think it's a phone problem. Rings and then goes to a rapid busy signal. Tried a few times and no answer on different days. Staff is friendly and okay. Easy check in with computer. Not fond of LabCorp starting when I lived in NJ 9 years ago. Always liked Quest better. This one is a bit better hence 3 stars. Open til 4PM which is great for night owls like me. Big plus a cold water dispenser that used little bathroom sized cups with a flat bottom instead of those pointy solo cups that you can't put down. read more

Lab Corp draw station. It's located in the medical center next to Applebee's. Plenty of parking. Parking lot could use some litter patrolling. You must self check in at a kiosk and you are called quickly. They accept appointments and walk ins. The center is clean and staff is friendly. read more

Quick, clean and efficient. Very nice staff. You may sit in the office area or out in the huge climate controlled lobby of the building. The staff even comes out to the lobby area to find you. My requested stat results came back quickly. read more

I am unsure why this location has such horrible ratings. I have been having to go to LabCorp every other day now for a week. Service has been impeccable during COVID-19. Things have been running smoothly and fast. I have come at different times during the day and I have not been in there longer than 20 mins. The ladies help check you in and things move fast. The location on 50 is closest to Me but everyone was packed and crammed in. read more

Two other people came after me and they serviced them before when i claimed the receptionist ahe said one had an appointment and the other one was inside, I don't know how the heck she was inside when she came after me. this location was AWFUL. staff was extremely unprofessional arguing amongst one another and treating the patients with so much disrespect. everyone was confused, disorganized. i waited well over an hour to be seen, once called back i was left in the lab chair for another 10 mins while the phlebotomist argued with the receptionist about paperwork being incorrect, then she called back another patient and helped them before returning to do my lab work. once she returned she asked ME what arm she should draw blood from, when i looked confused her response was "ah oh well i'll just use this one cause i'm already on this side of you". while drawing blood she also asked me if i'm trying to have a baby because of the doctor requested being from planned parenthood, i was extremely uncomfortable as i am a transgender man getting my bloodwork done for renewal of my testosterone. i will not be returning to this catastrophe of a lab. if i could give negative stars i would! read more
