It was very busy so I tried to be patient at about 12. I asked the girl a desk why my name had not been called and she said it had been taken off the list at 10:45. I have very good hearing and never heard my name. She said she would let them know and even after that, I heard person after person called but not my name. Very disappointed in them. Two hours of my time wasted and no labs got done. I had to leave. Be more considerate of a person's time.

Believe me, I understand how customer service can be and people are just nasty, but try not to take it out on others, especially in a field like this. This is the second time I've been to this location, and the first time I had a guy and he wasn't the friendliest either.

Had an MRI done..it took 6 days for a radiologist to read it. Probably because it was so poorly done. My surgeon took it to the tumor board and it was unanimous to go somewhere else as the slides/results were subpar. Spring Hill MRI alluded stage one. Went to TGH..had an extensive MRI done and read within 24 hours..stage 3. Big difference...and absolutely unacceptable that they were so off. Spoke with billing concerning this issue since I had to have and pay for another. Was told they'd wipe the tiny balance owed but would not refund on the awful MRI done. Of course..I'm still getting bills and will have to waste time to call about it tomorrow. Stay far away from here if you're looking for accurate results.

Went to go get my CTA done and he attempted 3 times to start an IV on me WITH NO GLOVES. and then when I asked if it's normal practice for him to do so he responded with "depending on the patients history" ....what about your own history sir??? When he couldn't get it the third time I said we were done bc I couldn't stand being used as a pin cushion. When I said to stop he kept fishing to try and make the iv work and that's a big no for me. When I asked for a bandaid bc I was bleeding i got a "sure if you need one." I just hope I don't get an infection from his dirty work and only because there was no hand hygiene done. It's been a few hours and my arm is still in pain and having nerve pain.
