Didn't acknowledge the fact that I tried to say something to her that was of concern of mine as far as the correct paperwork. Sometimes people are here because they're sick, and trying to find out exactly what is wrong and the lack of kindness was astonishing. I hope they can fix this, because it seems odd to me how these people have zero care in the world for the people they're taking blood from. Believe me, I understand how customer service can be and people are just nasty, but try not to take it out on others, especially in a field like this.
