They took the time to make sure my daughter was comfortable, and somehow managed to make the process completely stress-free. She didn't even cry! As a parent, that means everything. I'm incredibly grateful for their kindness and professionalism and would highly recommend this location to anyone, especially parents with little ones.

I went to Labcorp and they were not kind nor helpful. Plus the lady wanted me to get the work done even though she couldn't tell me if they accept my insurance so i walked out. Sure am glad i found Physicians Stat lab on Water St. The receptionist was very helpful, told me they took Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance and did my paper work for me. The other places they want you to do all that yourself, thus eliminating someone's job. Well the waiting room was full so I expected a long wait but she called my name in ten minutes, she took my blood and urine sample and out the door i went. I really like this place and i hope you have the fast, courteous service i got.

She was very quick and accurate in her work. Again I could not have asked for a better place. The front desk receptionist was also amazing and great at what she does. There was a line of people in her waiting area and she never once seemed frustrated or unpleasant. We were self pay as my son does not have insurance because it would be close to $400 p/m to add him on mine. They offer extremely reasonable pricing for their tests and Wednesdays are HALF PRICE!! They have a little complimentary coffee bar and water area. However, by the time you may notice it, you will likely be called back. They are super fast and efficient. Including getting the results to the doctor on the same day. I do wish the website worked better for pulling up a copy. I can't ever seem to log in. They will also print a copy for you there. The restroom in the lobby area is huge. It is only 1 bathroom but its never so busy that its a problem. They take walkins and have special pricing for self pay patients on Wednesdays. I will not waste my time with LabCorp or Quest anymore with the level of prompt and courteous service that I get here at Vista.

I openned the door to go inside and a lai with apiss cup walked in front of me. I walked in behind her and noticed there were more 3 people. I was about to leave because they only allow 2 at a time. Then a nurse opened the door and told the piss cup lady to come into the place where they test leaving 2. Then another lady walks in and fills out the appointment thing and sits down. I was wondering why she wasn't leaving. About that time a nurse calls me in and gives me shit for waiting on the area where there are 3 people. I explained to her there were only two but she kept saying I was incorrect. I have never been treated as if I were an idiot except in boot camp. Very unprofessional, what a rude person. If I need blood work done I'll never get tested there again.
