I met with Dr. Rezaiyan for the first time today to ask about a crown that was bothering me. We had a conversation that was completely unhurried, where Dr. Rezaiyan showed me the ex-rays and talked me through how to care for my tooth stub. He showed me how to floss and explained what the options would be if the tooth fell apart. Dr. Rezaiyan was honest, sincere, and warm, and seemed very knowledgeable. It was the dental experience I was looking for, where I didn't feel like a widget for the dentist to check in on and move on from, but a patient who had the support of a caring professional. I had to take my mom in for an emergency visit on Dec. 30th and lucked out because the Dr Agreed to see her. I can best describe the entire situation with about not only the Dr but the entire staff in one sentence... I wish there more people like that in the world. They treated my mom with so much kindness and dignity and we are so grateful. The Dr. Showed sincere concern for her as if she were his own mother. We had to come back 2 more times and again we were treated like family. So accomodating, so genuine and extremely knowledgeable. I'm not surprised by the high rating on here. I didn't have a dentist and had a toothache; pretty awful combo. Ouch. To make matters worse, dentist offices were closing because of the snowstorm, Jan 2016. Other offices I called directed me to hospitals and or said I'd need to wait a week. The pain was too intense, I knew immediate care was needed. I called and spoke with Dr. Owais, and Dr. Nima Rezaiyan graciously worked me into his schedule. Amazing experience! Quick, efficient, attentive and kind. Everyone at the office is wonderful. I went to Dr. Owais for about 3 years and I only stopped seeing him because I left for grad school. He has a small practice, but he and his staff were friendly and very attentive. The office was clean and I never had a problem making appointments. I live in California now otherwise I would still have him as my dentist. read more

I liked my last dentist that was located down the street from Spring Dental Associates, but the place got too big and then the owner sold it. Looking for Doctors and Dentists is nothing short of stressful and some might say exhausting. I'm happy to say that nothing tops the experiences that I've had with this place! Dr. Owais, is a gentleman and a great doctor. These days you have to worry whether your dentist is gouging you. I had a problem with my tooth and my previous dentist insisted that I needed a root canal and insisted that I go to her specialist to verify. I was suspicious and went to Dr. Owais, who is not in my insurance network. He said they were being to aggressive and solved my problem with a filing. He is reasonable in his pricing, yet he is a careful and good doctor. He makes sure to do everything so you are comfortable in the chair. I highly recommend this doctor. read more

Dr. Owais is very knowledgeable and most of all he is very gentle. I left his practice to try a new company closer to my job. Biggest mistake ever!They were only interested in up sales and over ambitious preventative care which would overcharge my dental insurance and put me in more pain. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Owais for about 4-5 years. We are very pleased with his practice. Dr. Owais does the cleaning himself. I don't need much beyond my cleanings, but my husband has a long history of dental issues prior to Dr. Owais. Yesterday, 1/28/2017, I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Rezaiyan's office! He has definitely gained a loyal patient. The office was clean. The receptionist was polite. In need of a dentist since my move in mid 2014 (don't judge), I thought I would need a few services, that Dr. Rezaiyan was completely honest in telling me that they weren't necessary --- essentially saving me money. I love this place and would highly recommend it! Both doctors are incredibly nice, gentle, and knowledgeable about their practice. Dr. Rezaiyan informed me that due to an extremely deep cavity, I would likely need a root canal. He also informed me, however, that if he was able to simply complete a filling he would do so because as a younger patient, a filling if possible was the better option in my particular case. I had a broken tooth in my smile line that I needed fixed. Found them on Yelp based on the reviews and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them since!! Dr. Rezaiyan and his staff are very patient. Everything is explained thoroughly and they don't rush you to get to the next patient. I had my root canal done yesterday on said tooth, with a temporary crown and to my surprise, he numbed me very well and I felt nothing!! For someone who usually uses laughing gas, this was very impressive! I also felt, and still don't, no pain afterwards!!! I had this same procedure done from another dentist and he did NONE of what Dr. Rezaiyan did and also rushed me out to get to the next patient and was in tons of pain afterwards! I found my new dentist, have referred him already and will be bringing my son as well!!! I highly recommend him to everybody!!! read more

I had a great experience at Spring Dental Associates, Dr. Rezaiyan was very professional and knowledgable. He took the time to explain everything in detail and in a simple language to me. They have the state of the art technology which bought me lots of comfort and ease of mind. The office staff are very caring, welcoming and friendly. The office manager, Sia was very helpful regarding my insurance benefits. I give him 5 stars because the service I received was definitely more than 5 but I can only go as high as a 5.
