Unfortunately this also resulted in neglect of routine dental care which only got worse. I recently had a root canal done at another office who referred me to Dr. Park for follow up and I'm so grateful that they did. Aside from the root canal follow up, I knew I had two teeth in the back that I was convinced would need to be extracted because they had such large, deep cavities. Dr Park not only prevented them from being extracted, but was able to fill them in office and save them entirely. He is so kind and gentile, walks me through everything he's doing, and answers the firehose of questions I throw his way effortlessly. His reception staff are also outstanding and have been able to get me in for follow up appointments quickly. While I don't think I'll ever "enjoy" going to the dentist, I couldn't ask for a better experience than with Dr. Park. Can't recommend him enough!

Dr. Park was honest when I came in for a second opinion and assured me that that number of fillings was not necessary and only filled the cavities that needed them. Additionally, Dr. Park has excellent bedside manner and is very gentle when doing dental work. I was very comfortable during the fillings I did have done (didn't even feel it--and i've had many painful dental experiences as a kid) and he makes sure to keep you in the loop during the process so you're not taken by surprise by anything (during regular cleanings too). He is very transparent about things that you may need to keep a close eye on and provides helpful suggestions for what you can do to prevent issues from getting further. Overall, if you're looking for a dentist to go to in the DMV area I definitely recommend the Parks!

It was the dental experience I was looking for, where I didn't feel like a widget for the dentist to check in on and move on from, but a patient who had the support of a caring professional. I remember when me and my wife were early in our relationship and she went after not going to a dentist for nearly two years. We made an appointment for her to see Dr. Dufera and he noticed a broken tooth. He soon put in a temporary and then permanent crown and has filled many cavities and done 2-3 cleanings a year for both of us. The only downside but I can't fault them is he and probably his other doctor book up several months in advance, so you may have to go elsewhere if you need to miss a cleaning but luckily this has not happened to us yet.

Why do you have it on your website when you don't actually do it? Why is there no disclaimer that you don't actually do it? That's quite unethical. I tried to make an appointment with you only to find out that your website was misleading customers by making it look like you have dental sedation when you don't. Then you lied about not having it on your website. You do, in fact, have it on your website. Right under the dental anxiety section, and when you click on that link, it literally says at the top of the page. "IMPROVE YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT WITH DENTAL SEDATION" That's incredibly misleading. I'd hate to think what your care quality is considering this wasn't up to par and you decided to try to discredit people who point it out. Not my fault you decided to mislead people on your website.
