I haven't been to a dry cleaners in a very long time. Chose this one out of convenience. Took in a small pea coat jacket I had in storage, was told $32. Thought it was "normal pricing" because she said it was a jacket. Picked up, looked a bit better but still had slight storage smell. Tried charging me $34, but told her she quoted me $32. Just picked up same jacket from other dry cleaners, $12! Got ridiculously overcharged here. WOW read more

I've been coming here for a couple of years now and They're amazing!! I usually take my dry cleaning, but I recently had a little one make a mess on a white and cream bedspread. I treated it and washed it twice, and the stain was huge and wasn't coming out. I took it to Spring, and they got it out and kept me updated on the progress! When I picked it up, it was good as new and she opened it up to make sure I saw it and was happy with it (otherwise she wouldn't have charged me). Part of running a small business cleansers, is being reliable. If you advertise that you open at 9:00AM, guess what - people will expect for you to open at 9AM. NOT 9:30. This place is not reliable. They're very nice, and I feel badly I have to leave this review. But their hours are very unfriendly for working professionals, and they cannot even keep them. I brought in a pair of light wash rag and bone jeans that had a purposeful rip at the left knee and of course over time it started to rip down the inside seam fo the pant sadly. . At first the rip was cute and trendy then slowly got out of hand and didn't look right. I brought them in because of how close this was to my place, didn't read anything online, wasn't suggested by a friend, nothing of the sort. Anyways when I was dropping them off I was told the fit might change because of how they would have to clean the frayed rip then resew it together. The jeans were already skinny enough so I left them with a literal hesitation and no other option besides throwing them away. THANK GOD I LEFT THEM! I picked them up a month later because of my laziness and when I came to pick up they were nothing but nice. I didn't look at the repair, paid, then thought to myself it would be stupid if I left without taking a look. Honestly i didn't know what side they repaired when there was only one knee rip in the jeans (me being dumb and their work being so flipping good!). Got home threw the denim on and was extremely happy. Fit didn't change a bit and I can honestly say the rip looks like it never happened. I'm still in shock. I will 100% be returning to get some suits dry cleaned ASAP and of course for all my heavy duty clothing repairs! Ugh so shocked thank you guys your the best. AMAZING SPOT. Just moved to this area and was searching for dry cleaner. I went in because it was close by, and I am so glad I did. Hands down the best dry cleaner I have ever been to! I dropped off several items a few days ago, and the woman working inspected each item to make sure that she noted everything that needed to be done. There was one shirt that had a pretty rough stain on it and I wasn't sure if it would come out. She said that they'd try, and if they couldn't get it out she wouldn't charge me. Luckily the stain did come out, but I was really appreciative that she would offer. I also want to give a shout out to the woman working today. I called and said I wasn't sure if I'd make it in time before they closed and she said she would stay and wait for me. I needed my blazer for early tomorrow and I was totally appreciative of her doing that!! Really, really meant a lot. They did SUCH an amazing job with the dry cleaning and I didn't spend a fortune!! When I gave them 3 suits they put it on a special suit hanger and stuffed the arms and lined the hanger with tissue to keep the integrity of the shape of the suit intact!! I've been taking my clothes here for about a year now and these people know how to do laundry right. They are fast and efficient. Ask for Angie. She is really knowledgeable on anything (alterations, hemming, patches, etc) and she will advise you on what's best for your clothing. Old place $2.40. Suit $21.99. Old place. $11.50. Winter jacket $18.50 old place $8.50. Just a price comparison. It was going to cost me over 100 dollars at the new place. Ok my first visit... I brought in about 11 items.... all whites but 2 that needed to be spot cleaned. Pretty simple. Mostly coffee or dirt. The other 2 was a sewing fix and a patch fix. Fine. However, I left one item behind for them to try again... which is definitely just coffee on the front.... and today I put on one of the T-shirt's that I just noticed still has like a dirt spot on the back. How does a concentrated and professional cleaner not get these simple spots out??? I say simple because I know they are not grease or blood or oil. The staff is very nice and patient But I'm not impressed with whatever they do to clean your clothes, or not clean... if you will. I feel as if they really don't clean your clothes So my items and my business isn't worth there time to do what they say they do.... I have a feeling I will look else where for help with my whites. Plus..... THEY ARE EXPENSIVE NO LESS THAN THAN $6 an item to "clean". And a sewing job was $40 !!!! Wow. I was totally shocked. read more

I've been coming to this location since before it became "Spring Cleaners". I really do like the change of look. The employees there are friendly however they are not great at communicating when your items will be ready. I have had two incidents where I am told my clothes that are being dry cleaned or tailored will be ready on a specific date and time and when I showed up both times this was not the case. Luckily I was able to find an alternative to my work uniform. I do think they need more control of their system and communicating when things will be ready. read more

Even though there are so many cleaners around it is still hard to find a good one. Once in a while they will ruin your peace of clothing or lose it too. This plane is great! When we are in this part of town, visiting parents, we always go this specific cleaner. Usually we get our order down in about 2 days, but if you need it faster they will help you out in a pinch ad well. Very trustworthy so you feel good about leaving your expensive clothing. Once I brought in a dress that needed to be dry cleaned as I wanted to wear it for a party the next day. No problem! Dry cleaned and ready to go that same night. Incredible! No chemical smell and will get rid of those stains .I highly recommend this place, so go check it! They will also do alterations as well, if you have a rip or need a new button on those jeans. I recently moved to the neighborhood and was looking forward to Spring Cleaners being my dry cleaners. Unfortunately this will not be the case. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I came to Spring Cleaners to have a comforter and blanket dry cleaned. The clerk first asked if either of the items had been cleaned before. I let her know that both had been dry cleaned in the past. She said she wanted to know because if neither of them had been cleaned before, the colors might run (both items are multicolored) and the items might be ruined. She then went on to tell me that the comforter might also be ruined because the stuffing might be displaced in the cleaning process, also ruining the item. At this point I told the woman that I was nervous to leave the items there as I'd never heard so many disclaimers about dry cleaning items that were appropriate to have dry cleaned. She then told me that if they cleaned the comforter and ruined it I would not have to pay for it. She further explained that if the stuffing was displaced it would be ruined and I wouldn't have to pay BUT if the color ran and it was ruined I WOULD still have to pay 50%. When I told her that made no sense and I would not pay for anything if they ruin it she told me that she didn't feel comfortable taking my items. Lesson learned--I would not leave anything at Spring Cleaners it does not appear that they have the ability to appropriately clean dry clean safe items without ruining them and then making the customer pay for it! read more
