I recently had a service with this business and the owner went above and beyond to have my item ready for my sons graduation. I'm now a forever customer! read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR CLOTHING!!!!!! They totally ruined my $450 sweater. It's shrunken and so heat damaged it's completely unwearable. It's been 3 weeks, I've gone in person 5 times now and keep being told the owner will call me. He finally called back once and told me that it must be something wrong with the manufacturing of the sweater, which is hilarious as I've have had it dry cleaned in the past at other places, and never had an issue. He then told me he's going to send it out to a lab, so the lab can determine the cause. He assured me I would get an email with the tracking info, and another call from him within a few days. Surprise surprise, I got neither. I went in person twice since then, and both times have been told the owner will be in in a few hours and he will call me then. I called again today, and he's not there and the people working the desk/phones are totally useless as far as helping with any info or any knowledge of the companies policies for situations like this. I think this is a very shady business and I would not bring any clothing here unless you are prepared to replace it and spend a lot of time going back and forth with an owner who is never in, and clearly just does not care about situations like this. read more

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional, timelines were missed without acknowledgment, and there was no sense of accountability. Overall, very unreliable. read more

I started coming here back in 2012/13 when I went to Hamilton and the Asian woman was there with the best alterations and customer service. I recently went in to get my pants altered not aware they were under new management but the woman in there was pleasant and I appreciated her service... fast forward to today I went in to get my pants cleaned of dirty water that splashed (which I know will come off in the wash but didn't want to ruin them by washing them) the rude man in there was like "no we can't get that out it's not going to work" lol so I took them somewhere else and wallah they said it will br done in an hour. I won't ever go back to Fancy cleaners read more

Used to be an amazing business owned by a couple of Korean ladies. They were very good, amazing for adjustments and special orders and the prices were great. They left the business. The new owners raise the price by 50% almost. I'm not going to pay $6 per shirt. Sorry. read more

They take really good care of your clothes, the prices are reasonable, and they get them back to you in a timely manner. All of the staff are all incredibly kind and helpful. The tailor there is also amazing and works really quickly if you need something fixed last minute. Love this place! read more

Used to be my go-to dry cleaner spot, but I think they're under new management now. Had to go in 3 separate times for my clothes. Ended up getting my clothes a week later than the time they were due. And the guy working the front is rude. read more

The best service now !! Ricardo at front desk the best.. They are so pleasant . I was sad that I will not have the cleaners near my apartment but they came to the rescue I hope they can stay for many many years now!! read more

This place is owned and run by a very sweet older lady named Grace. My father and I work up the street and take our laundry and dry cleaning here about once every other week. Ms. Grace (as I respected call her) is such a nice lady and always remembers my dad and I. I used to work in a high end bar and would get my shirts and suits dry cleaned here often. Her prices are very reasonable, and the service is very quick. read more

Awesome service! They have super convenient hours and reliable cleanliness!! They even did a wonderful job on cleaning my 10'x13' rug! Highly recommend this cleaner! read more

I think they may be under new ownership. Old owners were very professional and experienced. We took a few shirts and a dress to get tailored recently and the staff seemed totally different. They seemed inexperienced and asked random questions. And then we got back our outfits and there were numerous problems. My 3 dress shirts smelled like a cheap almost moldy detergent. What dry cleaners gives you a shirt back with scented detergent? And then worst of all, my wife's chanel dress was butchered by their tailor job. It was probably the easiest stitching job you could ever imagine - a one inch straight line - and they mangled it to the point it was unwearable. Going to have to take it to a real professional now to hopefully repair it Not recommended anymore sadly read more

i love the service fancy cleaners provides. My job requires that my uniform look sharp at all times. I needed 2 things sewn on a shirt and a dry clean and press all for the next day. The wonderful lady quickly put me at ease and said YES they can have it the next day!! i was very relieved. They did a great job with my stuff too. 10/10 would definitely recommend. I would advice against going during the times when students go to class in the morning and around 3:00 when they get out, its just too packed. read more

Fast. Easy. I was happy with my alteration. Yelp wants me to keep writing, but there's much else to say. They courteous, polite, and took care of business. read more

I have been going to Fancy Cleaners since I first moved out here in 2011. Let me tell you about this place: it's clean, very professional, local if you live in West LA, and they use recyclable products for your clothes! Marcela is an absolute gem! Even though I now live in Redondo Beach, I literally still drive here just for their quality of service and professionalism. These guy are the best! read more

Fancy Cleaners - I love fresh dry cleaning in the morning! - Laundry Services Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Very disappointed in this service. I brought a few items in to be cleaned. When I opened the bag, there was a very foul odor. I brought the items back, including the suit I had worn to my wedding. The owner said she has never had any complaints and she would take care of it. When I picked up the items, I was accused of wearing the items and she was adamant about it. I had explained to her that the suit she was referring to hadn't been worn since 4 years earlier at my wedding but the bottom of the dry cleaning bag was open so the bottom part of my pants made contact with the floor. She kept repeating "you wore" over and over again. I told her that I really didn't appreciate that. She smirked and repeated again. I'm sure people do shady things like that, but that's just not me. I work in the area and wanted to support a local business. I will not be back. I see she's been around for a long time and if you receive great service, that's great. That wasn't the case for me. read more

After dropping my clothes off for the first time, I left not knowing whether they understood a word I said (a lot of smiles and nodding), but they did a great job. On top of that, when I needed the clothes a day early they took care of it no problem with no extra charge. I don't know a ton about dry cleaning (I'm more of a "wear-wrinkly-clothes" type), but I'd use them again. read more

This place finally got me to sign up for Yelp! It's amazing! Not only is there dry cleaning, she also hems and tailors. My boyfriend always gets his shirts dry cleaned here ($3) and I got a really nice pair of True Religion jeans quality hemmed for $7. We've been back for all our special clothing needs ever since that first trip. Definitely 5 stars in my book. read more

For the past two and a half years, I have been taking ALL of my jeans / pants here for hemming, and I am always pleased with the results. The lady who works there is super sweet, and if i ask, she will get the tailoring done in 1 day. I took a vintage fur cape with the lining almost completely ripped out on one side to her, and she did a PERFECT job on it. It's nice having a dependable and reliable tailor less than one block away from my apartment. :) read more

So friendly with the best service! I take men's and women's clothes in for dry cleaning and we are more than pleased With their work. They are also a pillar of great business ethic in south Roberson area. read more

I took a light jacket with a satin lining in because the lining had ripped around the sleeve in two places, rending the fabric in that horrible way satin does. I expected to hear either "oh no, we can't fix this" or "it will cost more to fix than to buy a new jacket". They 1) took it late on a Tuesday afternoon, and said it would be ready Thursday after 4, and 2) when I got it back, said "five dollars". five *dollars*!!!! That's just amazing. I'm certainly going to take any other mending I get back to them. read more

Amazing!! Love these women!! Took my suit to get dry cleaned for a wedding and only took 1-2 days, suit looked amazing. Very delicate care and excellent service. 10/10 read more

This place is so convenient if you live in the area. I have taken my clothes and even got some alteration. The older woman that works behind the counter is so lovely and accommodating. Reasonable prices and there are no coupon gimmicks. I highly recommend. read more

Still a great dry cleaners. Super service at an affordable price. My suits are always coming smelling fresh and my shirt are always on point. Grace the owner does an excellent job on hems and tailoring at super affordable prices. I will always continue to recommend this place. Trust me I rarely give 5 stars. read more

They definitely have better prices than most cleaners. But, sometimes, the clothes don't come back as clean as expected. So, you should really check on the item before you leave the store so that you don't encounter the surprise when you need to wear that item. They are very nice people and I'm sure they just missed it. Just check the items before you go. I will definitely be using them more often now. read more

Used them for a few years and only recently started noticing issues with cleaning, namely three: After wearing a shirt once, my neck apparently ringed the collar intensely. Rather than treating and removing, they pressed it in. My home laundry stain-stick on one wash managed to remove a lot of it. Noticed a few spots on clothes left in after laundering. Finally, found a staple (like used to fasten the tag through the button-hole) in the back of my dress shirt. read more

This is my go-to spot for dry cleaning and alterations. It's quick and fairly priced. Jeans/pants run about $8 for hemming. Parking's always easy, either on Robertson or in the lot behind the building. Try to avoid going when school's dismissed at Hamilton High. read more

This place saved me! I needed my jeans to get hemmed , I drove around everywhere looking for place that would do it on such short notice on a late afternoon Saturday . I found this spot and she did such an awesome job! She did charge me $24,but I was desperate. The owner is such a nice lady, I have been a fan ever since . Thank You! read more

I have been going to this cleaners for about 12 years now. Grace is such a sweet & pleasant woman. She gives out lint rollers during Christmas. She knows exactly who I am when I come in, she's always prompt & does a fantastic dry cleaning on my clothes. I've taken dozen of dresses & jeans to her to take in as they are always too big for me & she does a GRAND job at tailoring them in to fit me perfectly. She does a great job at hemming jeans/pants as well. I think her prices may be a few dollars more than other local cleaners but I'd pay the few extra dollars for her services, pleasant experience & familiarity. I was saddened when she was gone for probably a month or longer in 2014 at another cleaners. I was sooooo shocked because I'm use to ALWAYS working with her, when I seen different staff I felt uncomfortable. But eventually Grace came back to ease my worries, lol. read more

Fantastic!! Good prices and fast turn around time. My shirts had done stains around the neck and they completely removed them. A++

The lady is friendly but the service is really poor, my white swimsuit had additional stains after I took it there and I was able to do a better job by myself! read more

DO NOT GO HERE! They gave my friend's pants to someone else and then made up some excuse about why it happened. They wouldn't even call the lady to try to get the pants back for her. Not worth the risk - go to So Fresh on Venice instead. read more

Love this place! Quick turnaround if you need it and good prices. Close to the freeway so you can pick up to/from work. Nice, simple, easy. That's how dry-cleaning should be. read more

Grace was amazing at the tailoring job on my pants and my dress. She was professional, prompt and attentive. This place is AWESOME on both dry cleaning and fixing everything!!!!!! I had a very low cut neck line on a dress that needed to be changed and Grace showed me several ways she could change it to make it work. FABULOUS. I will be back! read more

Took a suit jacket here to be tailored and they did a real nice job. The woman who runs the place is really nice and takes care of you right away, and their prices are very reasonable as well. I also appreciate being able to get a quick ballpark quote over the phone (other places I called gave me a hard time about it). I'll be back! read more

I had a negative experience with this cleaner. The price they charge you is different everytime you go here. They don't communicate with you and they just give you the price without going in details. They have a rude attitude to the customer and they don't care to what you are asking. do not recommend this place ! read more
