Cute and homey little cafe in Zelienople! The staff was super friendly and transparent with the long wait from the kitchen. Even though we had to wait for hot food, we had scones (blueberry, strawberry, and chocolate) and coffee to pass the time. Very nice spot if you want a good meal and a place to relax or meeting up with friends. Highly recommend and I will stop by again soon.

Veggie omelet, wheat toast, and fresh fruit cup

My mom, son, and I came here on a Wednesday morning. There were very few people in the restaurant when we arrived. We walked right up to the counter to order. I ordered a Veggie omelet with a fruit cup and wheat toast. The omelet was the most delicious item- fresh vegetables that were cooked well. We split a lemon poppyseed muffin that was pretty dry and would have been better warmed with butter. I ordered a chocolate chip pancake for my son and he really enjoyed it. I tasted it and it was a little dry and flat but he didn't seem to mind. Overall, this is a nice stop in Zelieonople for breakfast. They have quite a few breakfast entree options and a case of pastries with a variety to choose from. You will find something you'll like!

Cute spacious place with really good food, but service was painfully slow . We waited more than a half an hour for our food . Had we gotten our food faster I would have rated this place 5 stars . Despite the slow service I would return . All the food that came out of the kitchen looked delicious

Was in the area looking for breakfast food and dropped by when I found this on maps. The food was great with an even better price, I left feeling satisfied with not only what I ate but the service by the staff as well! See you again soon Spring and Main.

    Menu...hard to read.

My husband loves this place and always goes to lunch during the work week. We had an opportunity to go on a Saturday and I loved the atmosphere, decorations, and food. There are some critiques though. The menu is on a chalk board. It is hard to read and does not describe the items at all. I had a hard time picking my food. I ended up getting an egg white and Canadian bacon croissant sandwich with potatoes...all great! My husband gets the spring salad with chicken and balsamic. He loves everything about this except the chicken is not cut up and left in huge pieces.

This is a cute place. The staff were decent, they could have been having a rough morning. I ordered their strawberry açaí and the avocado toast with runny eggs. The toast was good and the eggs were runny as I ordered. Only draw back was how much balsamic vinegar was on the greens. It was swimming in it compared to them saying just a drizzle. So if you like balsamic vinegar dive in! I give 3 stars because of the service not being great and the friendliness was subpar. Tip for the juice drink- it's very sweet so if you're not looking for a very sweet drink I would order something else. The only thing they offered to fix the drink was to add water. If I'm in the area again I may try it again, but not sure.

Great breakfast spot on the main strip in Zelienople near the Strand Theater. Great selection of omelettes, french toast, pancakes, and other traditional options. We opted to try two versions of their eggs benedict (traditional and florentine) which were delicious with a wonderful hollandaise sauce. The potatoes were salty, hot and wonderfully flavored. The blueberry pancake was good although but ours came a bit undercooked. My wife enjoyed her pumpkin latte and their drop coffee was also good. Incredibly friendly staff and reasonable pricing means we will definitely be back to try some other items.

During the pandemic, my first visit was a late weekday dine-in lunch with a friend. I felt very comfortable as the tables were socially distanced and the friendly staff wore masks. I plan to try the all-day breakfast next time.

I was so hungry that I already had cut into my traditional eggs Benedict before taking this photo!

The menu serves a host of German-inspired items and a wide selection of beers from North Country Brewing. The potato pancakes were large with crispy edges, but I wish more of the pancakes had a crispy crunch; they were more like large hashbrown patties. My Nashville hot chicken sandwich was tasty and I liked the à la carte cole slaw and warmed red cabbage. The service was friendly and attentive. I look forward to choosing Harmony Inn as a dining spot again in the future.

According to the restaurant's website, Harmony Inn was built in the 1850s and is reported to be haunted by a ghost. Harmony Inn accepts walk-in customers as well as reservations through OpenTable. I made a reservation for dinner for my husband and me. When we arrived at the restaurant, we saw that the exterior of the house has cute eyeball-shaped windows and a painted mustache. Seating is available on an outdoor patio, in interior rooms of the house, and on an outdoor balcony. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed the privacy and fresh air. Please note that OpenTable says that the dress code is business casual, but most customers wore casual clothes. Throughout our meal, our waitress's service was timely and friendly. Here are my ratings for our foods and drink: Giant Bavarian Brezeln - 4.5 stars - This soft pretzel was indeed a giant size and came with mustard and beer cheese. Potato Pancakes - 4 stars - Two large potato pancakes were served with apple chutney. Blackened Catfish Spaetzle - 4.5 stars - The catfish had a flavorful seasoning and was served atop spaetzle noodles mixed with peppers, onions, and corn. Jagerschnitzel - 3.5 stars - My husband ate this main course, and I took a couple of bites. The pork schnitzel was breaded and fried and topped with bacon, onions, and mushroom sauce, but my husband said that he would prefer more flavor. The sides were mashed potatoes and braised red cabbage. Pumpkin Spice Cake - 4.5 stars - This slice of cake was a seasonal special. The cake was moist, had a nice flavor of pumpkin and spice, and was topped with rich icing and a spectacular-looking caramel-spun sugar. Autumn Leaves Mocktail - 4 stars - This mocktail contained cranberry juice, orange juice, Sprite soda, and lime juice, and it tasted good.

I ordered the classic Americano since I'm a hard man and no longer opt for the white chick sugar sippies. I did not have this shop on my radar and only found it because we were in Zelienople. It is located on a side street right off Main Street and parking was easy as there were a number of spots both in front and just past it. The shop itself is welcoming with a dark brown colored floor, a grey brick coffee bar and a wooden board ceiling. The tables are all live edge and the photos around the shop focus on nature. There is also a small area with merchandise for sale. For my coffee this morning I decided to go with an Americano while my wife went with an iced vanilla latte. We also picked up a stamped gingerbread molasses shortbread cookie and a biscotti which we shared with our kids. The biscotti had a nice snap and great flavor while the gingerbread cookie was deep and rich with those warm gingerbread spices. It was good enough that I went back up and bought another one just for my wife. As for the coffee, both my wife and I really enjoyed it. My Americano came out piping hot. After letting it cool a bit I tried it and thought the flavor was excellent. Letting the coffee speak for itself was the right move here. It had some fruity notes before finishing with a natural sweetness that I really enjoy in coffee. I would not call it bold, probably due to the size of the Americano, but it certainly was not muted either. Honestly, if I had added milk or creamer to this cup I think it would have ruined the flavor that I liked so much. My only issue was that the bottom quarter of the cup had a lot of grounds in it. There were enough that I ended up throwing the rest away. I was also able to try my wife's coffee and really enjoyed what I think was a homemade vanilla flavoring. It almost had a caramel like note that paired nicely with the coffee. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. My wife and I both liked the vibe of the shop and the coffee was very good. I only wish my Americano had not been filled with grounds at the bottom.
